Sending price condition in WBBDLD for POS outbound

Hi experts
I am facing some problem when do configuration in order to send the price condition to POS through message type WBBDLD.
Client is using ZP01 tag price instead of VKP0 as the condition
Below are the config that I have performed but the price is not sending out.
1. (Sales and distribution --> POS interface --> outbound --> maintain POS condition type group) A new condition type group is created that replace VKP0 compared to the original SAP standard one.
2. (Sales and distribution --> POS interface --> outbound --> maintain profile for POS outbound) A new POS outbound profile using the above new condition type group
3. Site maintenance WB03, assign above new POS outbound profile to the specific store
4. (Logistics-general --> assortment --> assortment list --> controlling condition change analyses --> direct entry for creating the worklist --> activation of the direct entry for creating the worklist) tick "direct entry indicator" for 50 assortment list
5.  (Logistics-general --> assortment --> assortment list --> controlling condition change analyses --> maintain filter setting for condition types) Add a new row for ZP01 for table no. 901
Really appreciate your advice.

Hi Honghai,
Actually it's based on the customer pricing procedure. The default one is VKP001. If you assign the other customer pricing procedure in Tcode: OVKK, you should add the condition type to the corresponding pricing procedure.

  • Send price conditions to external system

    Hello,
I would like to send the price conditions to a non SAP system. The IDOC COND_A02 seems to be the solution for sending the price conditions modifications to this system but is there a programm to send an initial set of idocs with all conditions (like RBDSEMAT for materials)? I cannot find any.
Thanks in advance for any help provided.
    Julien

    Julien,
You can send prices to external system from pricing reports, transaction V/LD.  For example, I used this to send sales prices to an external system using pricing report 15.  Here you can enter your material selection criteria including, condition type.  This will generate a report which you can then send to external systems.  I apologize, but I do not remember the menu path from the report result off hand.
    Ram,
Make sure you have activated change pointers for message type COND_A, create or change a price and excute RBDMIDOC for COND_A.

  • How to send price condition changes to external system

    Hi all,
By using trans: VK11/VK12 we may add and change pricing conditions for a particular condition type.
We want to send to PI changes beeing made (for amount, date interval, e.t.c...). Our condition type is ZPRB, involving the following table to be changed: A090, A662, A677, A663 (in addition to KONH/KONP).
We thought we could program changes/insertions in the process to a new table refering the changes, and use a proxy call to be triggered upon this table, but unfortunately these transactions (VK11/VK12) does not contain any User Exit. So we have to make changes to the standard SAP if we go for that solution.
My question is therefor: Is there a better way of transferring the price changes made by these transactions (ALE/Changepointer, BAPI, IDOC, e.t.c...).
Please advice and describe what is the best solution?
    Best regards
    Leif Lohne.

Good idea. Doing this exposed 2 problems:
1 - First problem: The program changes in the midi file work from logic, but not when the midi file is played from a Mainstage external instrument channel strip. So it seems that Mainstage is stripping out the program changes. (Any note play information in the midifile is played from Mainstage, but not the program changes.)
2 - Second Problem: The sys ex event instruction (I typed in manually in the event editor in logic) to change performance modes on the external keyboard is not working from logic either... So I must be doing something wrong?  I have to create the sys ex event manually, since the external keyboards I'm using don't transmit mode changes for me to record into a midifile. In this case, I'm using a Yamaha S90ES, and manually created the sys ex event in logic for mode change to Voice:
    Yamaha S909ES Voice mode:  $F0 $43 $11 $7F $01 $0A $00 $01 $00 -$F7+
However, the mode does not change when the file is play back from logic...
    Sure appreciate your help...

  • Price conditions changes - IDOC

    Dear all!
We have price condition with key combination: Material group - Sales unit.
When smb changes this condition, an IDOC WP_PLU should be generated for all materials for the changed group.
As far as I know standard functionality can generate such IDOC only for price conditions  on material level. Am I right?
How can we implement this task? Could you, pls, recommend  suitable exits/badi/extensions if it is the only way.

    Hi,
         Please refer below steps
Please create partner profiles through WE20 for customer type KU for message type WP_PLU(under Outbound messages)
Then activate change pointer for message type WP_PLU through tcode BD50
Maintain condition type group by navigating Sales and Distribution -->POS Interface -> Outbound-->Maintain POS Condition Type Group
Maintain profile for POS by navigating Sales and Distribution -->POS Interface -> Outbound--> Maintain Profiles for POS Outbound
Maintain POS pricing procedure and assign using OVKK(for customer in this case site)
You can schedule a daily job using Report RWDPOSAN(WPMA) or RWDPOSUP(WPMU)

  • ME22N change Exchange rate type at price condition level

    Hello,
In ME22N exchange rate type is 'M' by default. When a price condition has currency different than purchase order this 'M' rate is used.
Now I need to change this 'M' rate but for particular price conditions (and exchange rate type can be different for each price condition). Don't ask me why:-) This requirement comes from business consultant and he knows that there is no user exit for this. I need to modify standard. The problem concerns items price conditions.
I'm not asking you for a complete solution, but maybe you can give me a hint where to start? What is the function module which perform price calculation (where exchange rate is used) in ME22N.
I tried to change KOMK-KURST in price condition rule (the procedure which is called to check if price condition has to be calculated or not). It is called for each price condition and I know a name of price condition. But I think the exchange rate type is read at the beginning and stays unchanged even I changed KURST.
I also found function module READ_EXCHANGE_RATE, which has rate type 'M' by default. I could put my modification in place where it is called. But it is not called when I press button Update price. It is only called when I change the currency of condition and press enter. This FM is called in few places in ME22N but not when I'm refreshing prices. Maybe during a refresh it has already an exchange rate? If so, READ_EXCHANGE_RATE could be a solution, but... It is not called when price conditions are created for the very first time (when I create PO item). Maybe system calls different FM?
I also tried to use trace (ST05) to see where systems reads from TCURR, but I think some buffers are used and TCURR is not in trace.
So now I'm stuck hoping for your help.
    Best regards

    >
The problem is that if I set a new exchange rate type, it will be the same for all price conditions. My requirement is to have different exchange rate type for each price condition. The pricing procedure will loop at each price condition, and depending on condition name I need to have different exchange rate type.
    Example:
condition XMER is in EUR and must be converted to USD (factor should be 1,234)
condition XMET is in EUR and must be converted to USD (factor should be 1,567)
Now the factor is the same for all price conditions.
I have found interesting table XKOMV. It contains price conditions and there is a field with factor value. Now I will look for the place where this table is filled with data or for the place where I can modify factor values before XKOMV is used in pricing procedure.

  • IS-MAM: using statistical price condition in the order

    Hi all
In this period, I am involved in a job project to an Advertising Management company.
The sales process implies the revenue recognition occurs when the advertisement is published (publishing doesn't temporally concide with invoicing).
After publishing, it is necessary to introduce a billing plan in order to split the sales order amount in a predefined number of billing with a predifined amount.
In order to determine the right amount for billing, We thought to apply the following SAP solution:
    - to add in an order a statistic price condition relevant just for billing and not for relevat recognition.
Through test cases, we verified that this statistical price condition determines
a delta position in account determination.
is this a standard SAP functionality? should be possible to avoid a new account determination in revenues accounts?
Thanks in advance for your help
    Best Regards, Lucia

    Hi,
the path to define the access sequence  is
    IMG>>>MM>>>Purchasing>>>>Conditions.>>>>Define price determination process>>>define access sequence (M/07).
for this you can actually use the existing ones which suits your condition records level. otherwise create a new table for it and then use it in the access sequence.
then assign this access sequence to your condition type in M/06.
    for your reference

  • Price conditions in bid.

    Hi all,
I have a simple question: it is possible to deactivate the range of validity in the price conditions of a bid.
The price conditions is available for the vendor if the flag USE_CONDITIONS is set in the bid invitations, but I have to insert two price conditions with the same range of dates.
    Best regards,
    Norberto.

    Hi Muthu,
Yes, i can. I have simulated the creation of on PO via me21n with the same conditions, and all works fine.
    Just to be clearer.
The case that raise the issue was the follwing:
    SRM - Bid Offer
    1 Line item:
    Gross amount 15,17
    Discount %: 25%
Then the PO is created in R/3 and we find the following:
    Gross Amount: 11,38
    Discount %: 25%
    Final price: 8,54
The final price calculated is wrong, because the discount has been apllied two times.
I hope this help to clarify the issue.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Sending Sales Price & Conditions(VK11) Data

Sending Sales Price & Conditions(VK11) Data  ALE/IDOC Interface . please let me know the message types and tcode to send pricing condtion like BD10 for MATMAS .
    your help is appriciated
    thanks
    Naveen

IDoc COND_A01 (also see if the higher numbers work for you), message type COND_A, if memory serves.
To send (like BD10) - transaction VK13. Enter condition type, pick a Key combination (if applicable). You should get a screen with the key fields and the [Condition Info] button. Fill in the required fields, if any (the values don't matter, you just need to pass through the screen), click [Condition Info] button. This will open the selection screen - fill in the fields, as needed, click Execute button.
If you have done everything correctly, you should get a list of condition records with the checkboxes. Check the records that you want to send and click [Send Condition] button. On the next screen, provide the requested informaton for the IDocs.
You might need to configure a partner profile (WE20) and distribution model (BD64), of course.
    Good luck!

  • Manage two invoice posting for one price condition in sales document

    Hello Experts,
I am a new user in SD module especially for billing and pricing part, and i have a specific requirement from my client that i cannot find the solution. Could you please help if you have any idea to resolve the following situation:
I have a plant in UK which create a sales order for a customer X for a material M with a specific amount.
For the invooice creation, the goal is to create two invoices:
    - One with net value billed in USD,
    - one with GBP to bill the tax.
I tried to use billing plan, and i was able to generate the 1st invoice without tax through pricing procedure that don't manage Tax condition, however i am blocked when trying to generate the second invoice that contains only the tax.
Do you have any idea how can it be managed?
    Thanks for help
I can add more clarification if needed.
    Thanks

    Hello,
    Thanks for feedback.
In fact the Customer master data currency is USD, and company code is in UK so it is GPB.
The target is for some business case the customer is invoiced with Net value in USD, and the tax will be invoiced in GBP.
But the problem is that i cannot manage two currencies and two invoices for one price condition.
So I am wondering what is the best solution, How i can generate two output types for the same price condition.
I tried to set up pricing procedure without tax, to manage the Net value, in first line of the billing plan.
But i am not able to generate a seconde line with only the tax condition.
DO you think that is possible?
    Thanks

Why not, in me31k, click on condition button on toolbar for item conditions and for header conditions, click on menu bar path HEADER>CONDITIONS and maintain your conditions accordingly.

  • Report for Service price conditions in contracts esp. validity periods

    Hi all
I need a report that will show validity periods against price conditions for services in a contract. Can't find anything through the menus, SAP Help, Google.
Is there something as standard or will I need to cobble something together? The report needs to display conditions and validity periods by service / contract.
    Any ideas?
    Regards
    David

    Hi
Thanks for those, I had already found and tried a couple of those transaction. For some reason, those transactions aren't returning any results. I can get results if I branch into the 'Conditon info' screen, but unfortunately in this case the actual service numbers aren't quoted.

  • User exit for Price Conditions in VA02 (update, insert or delete conditions)

Hi folks. I would like to know if anyone of you has already worked with transaction VA02...I need a user exit, which could be capable to: Erase, Update and Insert new Price Conditions.
Scenario: The user will not enter into the Price Conditions Tab. He will only make some modifications to the document via VA02 and when he saves the document, then the user exit should update, erase or include new conditions based on some logic that the user exit will implement. does anyone know a user exit for this particular case, please !

    Hello Sri,
Ideally object DNL_CUST_CNDALL should get all changes done to customizing setting in R/3 to CRM.
Did you check the logs in txn CND_MAP_LOG_DISPLAY in CRM?
You can get some hints there, if any error has occured during the download.
