Sent Emails triggering notifications?

OK... Here's a strange one: in the past couple of days, when I send an Email from anywhere other than my iPhone (ie. Mac Mail app) I am getting a notification with my sent message, as if I am receiving Email. This one is baffling me. Gmail account set up as an Exchange ActiveSync account. Sent mail is set up to be a "push" folder, but this is an entirely new behavior; in the past the only purpose pushing my sent mail served (and all it did) was having it right on my device as soon as I sent it from somewhere else, without having to download it. Certainly never received notifications about them. Anyone have an idea what's going on?

Delete the account on your phone under settings> Mail, contacts, calendars> hotmail account> delete. This will not erase anything on your email account as your phone only accesses the server. Then you can add the account again in the same place in settings. Just make sure you have the password so you can add it right away. Sometimes people forget their password because they never use it. If that's the case you can go online and click "forgot password" and resset it before you uninstall it on your phone. Hope this helps.

For some reason my automatic emails no longer send after my webinars. I have set the time to go 24 after the scheduled time. I can't seem to find the protocol for making sure these are sent, any ideas? Thank you.

You can check the status of email triggers in log file (debug.log). Also, email triggers (suppose event host enable the Thank You email trigger and default schedule time is after 24 hr) is sent to event host so when event host received that email that means that email is sent to other participant as well.

I don't think you can achieve this with single designer workflow. You need to create WF for each site to send email to site owner because WF does not has capability to find site owner name in dynamic way.
You have to publish your workflow for each site and also need to send set the owner group manually for notification.

Email / Inbox Notifications

Hi everybody,
Got a little challanging problem here. The email connectivity is properly setup in our portal and KM is sending notification emails on all subscribed events etc.
However, i'm wondering if the following can be achieved :
KM Sending emails when a subscription is created
Notifications are not sent via email, but only shown in the recent notifications iview
During subscription "could" eventually choose to force either one of the two - iview or email.
I've looked of course into the Channels and Channel Originators, but it seems that both events (subscriptions & notifications) are risen by the notificator.email originator. This can be changed to NULL or otherwise to prevent the sending of emails and then notifications are only shown in the iview. However, this blocks both new subscription emails and notifications.
Any idea if and how those two could be split ?

yes . with the blog http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-31014 , I was able to get MSS (Leave approvals etc) into POWL but not the notifications. i searched on scn, but for notifications i was not able to get into powl inbox.
for MSS, i used the configuration configId=HRMSS_AC_POWL_INBOX
http://eccserver:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ibo_wda_inbox?sap-wd-configId=HRMSS_AC_POWL_INBOX and got
but notifications were not appearing using configuration HRMSS_AC_POWL_INBOX.
so tried using the generic configuration IBO_WDAC_POWL_INBOX
but there also notifications are not appearing. so thought of checking in workflow forum.
i was happy to know, if notifications can be viewed in browser without using POWL.

Automated email shipped notifications

I am not receiving Paypal automated emails shipped notifications. I don't receive them with the tracking numbers from sellers. Is there an option somewhere I need to enable?

please check the TRX SCOT , to see if Mails are sent out correctly.
Over there you have to customize your mail server for the mails you send out.
Particularly check in options "default domain".

Customer receives the marketing information. on these two topics got no idea on these things at all. I cant say about the documentation but what I know is we have to perform the Scott configuration in the system,Maintain the distriution list in custom table for email detials of the customer & develop an exit which will send the required information on event of saving the document..Hope this will help..

Service desk-Email Triggering Action is not getting scheduled

Hi,
I have scheduled an action wherein a mail will be triggered to reporter whenever the status changes.
But this is not happening inspite of all the proper settings maintained in Conditions for Actions.
This thing is working properly in my Development system but not working in Production system
I have tried all the possibilities but still not able to reach any solution.
Could you please suggest me something.?

I checked SCOT settings too.
The action is not getting scheduled only so email triggering will not take place.
I cant see the action in Transaction Data of support message.

I have an iMac running Yosemite 10.10.1 & Outlook 2011 for Mac. For a while, sent emails went to a sent folder on the iMac so I have a collection of sent emails there. How can I move them to a sent box on my server so I can see them on other devices?

Go to: Apple > System Preferences > Universal Access and in the Seeing tab make sure that the Display Enhance contrast: is set to Normal.

After upgrading to IOS 7.0.3 the problems gone.
There is no mention of this being a bug or a fix so im thinking a software glitch was the issue.
When I look at a message in my inbox and it says "To: JB Manz" - I click my name and it shows my contact info including my 4 email addresses and the address the message was addressed to is highlighted blue, others all black.
Not sure how it got fixed but it's working like it used to.

If you hold the iPad in landscape orientation you should see your email account id (or Mailboxes if you only have one email account set up on the iPad) shown top left. Tap on your account id (or Mailboxes), and then tap on Sent to show your Sent emails. You should then be able to select an email and Reply/Reply All/Forward/Print them via the arrow icon top right.

You'd fill in the fields for the to, from, subject, cc, message body using variable(s) you populated upstream in the process.
You're not there yet, but most people struggle (me included) getting the email server set up to send the emails once the process is deployed and running. Here are the steps:
In Enterprise Manager:
1. Expand "SOA" -> right mouse click "soa-infra" -> click "SOA Administration" -> click "Workflow Notification Properties".
2. Select "Email" from the Notification Mode dropdown and enter email adresses for the three fields.
3. Expand "User Message Service" -> right mouse click "usermessagingdriver-email" -> click "Email Driver Properties".
4. Scroll down until you see the email server properties -> enter the appropriate values in these fields: OutgoingMailServer, OutgoingUsername, OutgoingPassword.
Verify that the user(s) you want to send emails to have an email address set. If you are using the default WebLogic security, in the WebLogic Console:
5. Click "Security Realms" -> click "myrealm".
6. Click the "Users and Groups" tab -> click the "User" tab.
7. Click the user id of the user you will be sending email to.
8. Click the "Attributes" tab -> make sure the "mail" attribute has a valid email address. If it does not have an email address, once you have entered it, be sure to hit the Enter* key to have it stick in the field.

How can i delete all of my SENT emails at once?
