hello all I am Brazilian and my computer is in Portuguese bought the LR 5 here in japan and downloaded the LR in the adobe site try turning the key to activate a message appears saying that the number is invalid which will

1. Make sure you have ADMIN privileges.
2. Manually enter the serial number. Many people have an same issue (cut and paste) and there ends up being a leading or trailing space.
3. Use zeros (no "o"s). Use ones (no "i"s)
4. Make sure the serial number is for the version you actually installed, not an older version.

Serial number not valid for diadem 9.1 but valid for 9.0

Our serial number is suppose to be valid. We have paid. I was told I could download the software, which I have done. I installed and it says that this serial number is not valid for this version of diadem, which by the way is 9.1. However, I can install 9.0 and the number works fine. I want 9.1 though, not 9.0. Running this on Windows XP pro.

Yes, I knew this. I have been working with Linda from NI and am still awaiting a response. We have purchased this. We have had the same serial number for the longest time, as a matter a fact, its the only serial number. We were suppose to get this version and I was suppose to be able to use my serial number with this. While I have been waiting, I was hoping that maybe someone else had run into this problem and new of a resolution. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Can't find download for Acrobat 9 STD--the Acrobat 9 download is for PRO, and my serial number not valid for PRO.

I'm switching to a new laptop, and I want to bring my Acrobat 9 STD with me. Deactivated it on the old laptop, went to the download page for Acrobat 9 and downloaded it, got to the part in the installation where I entered my serial number, and the installation wizard said it was invalid. That's when I noticed the download was for Acrobat 9 PRO, not STD. I used the support chat and explained it to the support person, and he gave me a link for the 9 STD download. Unfortunately, it was the same page. I downloaded it again. Still 9 PRO. Anyone else have any ideas where they're hiding the Acrobat 9 STD download?

Finding the file all depends on how you did the install and if you downloaded the install file. If the install file was downloaded to the TEMP folder, there is a slight chance it may still be there (should be in Windows>TEMP, not sure on MAC). It may have a name similar to the Pro download of AcroPro90_efg.exe. The Pro would be change to Std and I am not sure what the efg stands for. I would search for AcroStd9*.exe. There seems to be a download for AA 9 std available at http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-acrobat-x-10-pro-reader-suite-direct-download-links-ddl.ht ml. I have no idea if that works. I had found one place where a staff member said he is working on getting links up for all the older versions, not just the trials (that are Pro). I simply searched on Google for Acrobat 9 Standard files. I can't find the message by the staff, but there is one in the last week or two as I recall where a staff member was providing links for folks on an individual basis.

I can see that you have upgrade version of Acrobat pro 11, it is asking for previous qualifying serial number, a case has been assigned regarding this 0212208202.
I am going to mail you the serial number required & which is registered under your email ID. Please enter that serial number & let me know if it worked.

J’ai acheté l’upgrade pour LR 5 et je n’ai jamais pu installer la version définitive avec ce n° de série.Ce n° de série n'est pas valide. La durée version d’essai est terminée et donc je dois retourner à LR 4 pour continuer à travailler ? Pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas?

I'm trying to download CS5.5 Design Standard Student and Teacher on my Windows 8.1 machine and receive a "Serial Number Not Valid" notification. I have already downloaded the product on my Macbook Pro a few years ago, but was under the impression I was allowed to download it on 2 computers. Anything I can do???

the serial number for a mac installation is not the same as for a windows installation. and, in fact, cs5.5 is not a dual platform product so you cannot install it on a windows machine unless you have a windows license/serial number.
you could upgrade to creative cloud. the subscription apps (cs6, cc and cc 2014) are all dual platform.

Installer tells me serial number not valid photoshop elements 13

i'm trying to install photoshop elements 13 multiple languages mac that i downloaded tonight online. i purchased photoshop elements 13 and premiere elements 13 as a package a few days ago on line but it appears that what I purchased was for windows and not for mac. I have a serial number for each (photoshop elements 13 and premiere elements 13). The installer is not accepting the serial number as valid for some reason. I'm guessing that the problem was caused by the fact that what I bought was english windows and what i downloaded as mac -- which is what i need. help me please!

Logic 9 Serial Number Not Valid

I recently backed up my computer and did a complete OS reinstall (starting from stratch and not using the old image due to old corruption files). I then decided to manualy copy over Logic Pro 9 files from the backup drive to the new image. I went to open Logic and it asked for my serial number. I typed it in and then it decided to crash on me. Well no big deal, I probably didn't copy all the files. So I deleted as many files as I could find and then proceded to reinstalling Logic 9 from my Logic Studio disc set. Entered name and the serial key during the beggining of the install and it says "Serial Number Not Valid" and asked me to type it again and gives me the same message. After 3 failed attempts, it closes the installation program. I have tripple checked my spelling in the key and have checked forums regarding this problem. I have already attempted to move the ID files in Library/Application Support/ProApps to the desktop; no change. Any input would be nice. Thank you.
I am running Mavericks 10.9.1 on a MacBook pro 2012.

Was your copy of Logic Studio 2.0 (the one containing LP9) a full version or an upgrade version?
If it was an upgrade version you need to enter your original LP8 serial first.... and then it will ask for your LP9 upgrade serial...
If it was the full version, contact Apple directly and ask for their assistance.

Note: Once you have successfully installed LP9.. you must upgrade LP9 to the latest version 9.1.8 before you run it, via software updates... as you are running Mavericks...

Stock data of serial number not suitable for movement

We have a situation where we have had to put some serialized parts on a rework production order. When we are trying to bring them back into stock, we're getting a message that says "Stock data of serial number not suitable for movement." I'm guessing that this is because this serial number had existed in stock before (since this is a rework of an existing material/serial number.) We need to receive this back into stock using this same serial number. How is that possible?

Issue activating CS 5.5 Design Premium. Serial Number Not Valid but has been used for 4 years.

I have just deactivated CS 5.5 on my old iMac, when i try to use the same serial number when installing it on my new Mac it tells me that 'the serial number is not valid for this product'. Any ideas?

Design Standard CS 5.5 serial number not working for Photoshop

I am trying to install the Design Standard CS 5.5 but am having trouble with Photoshop. All of the programs installed and open correctly except for Photoshop. When I try to launch it, the Adobe Application Manager comes up saying that the serial number is "not valid for this product." The serial seemed to work during the install and both InDesign and Illustrator launch without any problems. I have also tryed uninstalling and then reinstalling Photoshop, but I still have the same problem. I am running Mac OS X 10.6.8.

Are you definitely installing Design Premium CS5, not a similar sounding Creative Suite? And not CS5.5?

Lightroom Serial Number not Valid

A while ago I downloaded Lightroom and was using it with no problem. Accidentally, I uninstalled the program from my mac. Now, when I try to reinstall it, I get a red "X" whenever I enter my serial number. Because of this, I'm not able to proceed with installation. I've contacted the chat support, and received a new dowload link, but I'm still confronted with the same issue. How can I use Lightroom again? Can I receive a new serial number?
