So after two weeks of trying to resolve issues with you.  Your sales rep promised me things at a certain rate and now I can't have what was promised me.  I want what was promised to me.  This is so rediculous that I have to go back down to a customer service center again and talk to someone.  Im probably not going to get what was promised to me either.  Im just astonished that you are still in business.  As I am looking through these forums the amount of negative responses to your customer service should tell you something.  You need to fix things.  I will NEVER recommend you to anyone.  your customer service is just unbelievable bad.  The people are nice, but what they tell you they are going to do and what actually happens are two different things.  Im just so frustrated with your lack of integrity in honoring what I was promised.  I know its your sales reps word against mine, but I have the service order to prove what we discussed.  If I was to be charged for certain things he should have filled it out properly, but then I would have known that his offer was bogus.  So Seriously Comcast you are horrible!

  • Very frustrated with poor customer service and lack of integrity

    Earlier today my wife and I bought a TV from your Huntsville, AL store (removed per forum guidelines). We were looking at your 32" TVs and had several questions about them. After flagging down a sales associate, we questioned the pricing of several TVs. They were advertised under the display as one price, then where the inventory was at, were labeled a different price. The sales person confirmed that the smaller price was the correct price and the displays were incorrectly labeled. We proceeded to pick out a 32" Vizio E320I-B1/E3 TV that was labeled $219.99 where it was stocked (There were two rows of this TV all labeled $219.99) and the display was labeled $259.99. Again, I flagged down the sales associate (Taylor) on the floor and questioned the display pricing vs the shelf pricing. He AGAIN confirmed that the shelf pricing was the correct pricing and the display pricing was for a different model. We proceeded to check out, purchased a 2 year protection plan along with an HDMI cord and were on our way, new TV in tow. On the way home we reviewed the receipt and noticed we had been charged incorrectly for the TV. It rang up as 259.99 even though it was clearly labeled 219.99 and we had verified TWICE with an associate that 219.99 was the correct price. We went back to the store, thinking we would be refunded the difference. After spending over 30 minutes with customer service explaining what happened, customer service informed us that they could not refund the difference even after we showed them where the TVs were at and priced as 219.99 AND verified with the sales associate that he had confirmed that price with us TWICE. We then returned the TV for a full refund, to which my money is still tied up in the transaction until sometime next week (all for a TV that was FRAUDULENTLY sold to me!!). Not only was it mislabeled, but your sales associate told me TWO times that the labeling was correct. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service that we received. It is beyond frustrating to me that your company is unable to honor a $40 error in pricing that your very own sales associate confirmed. I believe that the store was 100% at fault for this situation and am more than displeased with the original situation and the events that followed. I consider it a disgusting lack of integrity to fraudulently sell a customer an item and refuse to right the situation when able. There is no doubt in my mind that the store manager (Cedric) or division manager could have authorized the TV to be sold at the price listed (and confirmed by the sales associate twice!) but they simply chose not to.  Prior to today I had a positive view of Best Buy and considered it my store of choice for many items. My wife even did seasonal work for this store several years prior. Unfortunately, I will no longer choose to give my money to a cooperation that does not value integrity, honesty, and accountability. I understand that you are a large corporation and my few purchases probably won't even put a dent in your profit margin, but I would just like to remind you that I represent your entire customer base. If this is the type of customer service that your company prides itself on, then I am sure this is only one of many incidents. I find that extremely unfortunate. I will now be purchasing the same TV from another company for $259.99 (where it was actually labeled correctly, and the sales associate is able to accurately confirm the pricing). My future business will not be with you after today.

    Purchasing a new TV should be fun, exciting, and straightforward, and not be complicated by unclear signage and conflicting information. I very much regret that this was your experience at the Huntsville store.
    I completely understand your conclusion that -- after the attempts to verify pricing that you made -- you should have had no questions and no surprises about the cost of the TV after purchase. Did Cedric give you any explanation as to why the TV you bought rang up at a different price or for his not honoring the display pricing?
    It is wholly disheartening to hear that this experience may influence how you shop in the future. It is my hope that you will one day give Best Buy another chance to win you over.

  • Lack of Integrity and Competence from Verizon's customer service/billing

    I recently made a trip to the DR and as such needed global communication for the duration of my trip. Ahead of my trip I requested the service with customer service with a guarantee that the service would be billed only for duration that I requested. My billing for last month, June, reflected just the opposite. Verizon charged me yet another $100 for the month of June.
    I called customer service to request billing corrective action to which I was told that I had two choices. One, pay the current amount 300+ and wait for a refund or two, pay the actual bill and allow the refund to balance itself out. I was assured that the latter would not result in my account falling into default.
    I just received July's billing to which the $100 credit was applied but my account was placed into default. I called customer service once again to rectify their mistake. My request was not to refund me immediately, rather to take my account out of default. I was told by several departments, billing, service, and plan service, that they would NOT make good on my account. Further, I was told that unless I paid the past due balance, that is a result of their mis-billing, that my account would face interruption.
    I have been with Verizon for more than 6 years now and have never been in default or past due status. I have never had such an incompetent experience with Verizon. The lack of integrity that was demonstrated resulted in me stating that Verizon would loose a valued and loyal customer to which they replied "we;re sorry you feel this way."
    I am extremely dissapointed in this particular service and the lack of integrity that was demonstrated. If this is how they deal with mistakes that they make, then I willnot want to continue with their service.
    I thought that I'd share my story so that others may be aware in hopes to avoid such dishonesty and incompetence.

    Self referential integrity simple means that the parent end of a foreign key constraint is in the same table as the child end. Consider the SCOTT.EMP table. Every manager is also an employee. Hence there is a foreign key between the MGR column and the EMPNO column.

    Ok the error code after 8 hours of downloading said  error code 9006. I’m not too good withcomputers and I’m really battling with this. And tell me is it really necessary to download update 4.3.3... If I’m having so much trouble it really makes me deponent to try and try again...I have the iphone 4 16 GB  4.3 (8F190) version. Model MC603SO. Itunes10.2.2.14...
    And why does it take 6 – 8 hours?

    Material Master data is integrated with all the modules not only PP & FI it also integrates with SD, QM, CO, PM and so on.
    (a) MM and PP Integration through MRP Type in material master

    DIM is basically Informatica repackaged under the Hyperion label. They were not secretive about this, when the deal was made, before Oracle purchased Hyperion, Hyperion and Informatica entered into an agreement to resell Informatica as part of System 9. It was introduced to replace HAL.
    Now, I haven't heard anything solid on this, but I've noticed since the Oracle acquisition, you really haven't heard anything about DIM. Oracle has a competing product called Oracle Data Integrator, and I've noticed lately that in the literature, they are positioning it as the integration tool, with no mention of DIM.
    Since Oracle Data Integrator does the exact same thing as Informatica, I do not envision DIM being around for very long. I suspect within another release or two it will be replaced with Oracle Data Integrator.
    Just a hunch.

  • Seriously what gives with my messaging/email icons? please help!

    Since the outage I have had serious issues with accessing my messaging/email icons! I have posted about this before. I deleted t service books registered the hrts and sent the service books and I have did more hard reboots with device on more then I care to count! On wednsday the icons worked for 4 hours and back to the same issue and went through everything again. I did a master reset and still nothing! Has anyone else had this issue? I do not have access to another phone to call support and I am about at the end of my rope here. Please! Please! Please! Somebody help? Somebody? Lol

    The only things I would suggest first are things you have already done...
    Go to OPTIONS> ADVANCED OPTIONS > APPLICATIONS > HOST ROUTING TABLE > then press the Menu (BlackBerry) Button > REGISTER NOW.
    and 
    Try removing your battery - then replacing it - allwing your phone to reboot.
    You have the BlackBerry data plan?  
    The only thing I know is to call your carrier.....

    HI, I don't understand - Seemingly I can't have an any type of PRIMARY Apple ID that has an apple ext. Instead I have to use a work email or even worse a google, android, MS email for my primary address to work - What is the point in directing customers to competitors? I already tried Apple direct but I didn't seem to get a conclusive answer to my question.
    Also why can't you password protect the email app on the ipad or iphone?  Its really frustrating that my email is availble for anyone to see once the screen password is bypassed. And yet my laptop (which I only use ironically) continually asks for my password once I have closed down.

    You cannot delete an Apple ID, you can only choose not to use it.  Also, your @me.com address is associated with this ID and cannot be moved to another ID or be used to create a new ID.
    All you could do is create a new ID using a different email address with your name in it.  If you do you will have an associated @icloud.com email address.

  • Serious Battery Problem: Lack of Charge and Quick Drain

    I have a 15" Macbook Pro purchased late July/early August 2008, model number A1260 and has its software completely updated. I use the computer every day and, aside from the occasional cycling after getting the battery charge down to 0%, charge the computer every night.
    Recently, my battery seems to be dying a LOT quicker, with the worst case of me leaving my computer to fall asleep with "Better Energy Savings" settings activated at 72% charge and coming back after about 15 minutes of cooking to find that the computer had completely died. After plugging the computer in to a power source, it took 10 minutes for the charge to change from 0% to 1% and, after reaching around 18%, I unplugged the power source and plugged it back in, triggering a change in the battery monitor that made the 18% charge reading jump up to 81%.
    According to the System Profiler, my Power statistics are as follows:
    Charge Information:
    Charge remaining (mAh): 3016
    Fully charged: No
    Charging: Yes
    Full charge capacity (mAh): 3512
    Health Information:
    Cycle count: 564
    Condition: Fair
    Any ideas on what the problem might be or what I can do to solve it?

    That's over 2 years of charging once every day cycles that you accumulated in just a little over 1 year. Personally, I don't recommend taking the battery down to 0%; it sounds like you have been 'riding it hard'. Batteries don't last forever.
    If you purchased AppleCare, you can see what Apple says; without AppleCare, there isn't much you can do but buy a new battery.

    For Apple notebooks with removable batteries — such as previous generation MacBook and MacBook Pro computers — a properly maintained battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 300 full charge and discharge cycles.
    You are well over that.
