Service Quantity from PReq to PO

Hi,
I have a question that relates to the purchasing of services.
I am able to increase the service quantity (ESLL-MENGE) on a PO to a value that is greater than what was requested/approved for on the purchase requisition (when converting a service requisition to a PO).
Is there any way to prevent this? I have set the message 06 076 (u201CMaterials of requisition & item & alr. ordered in fullu201D) to an Error but this is relevant only for materials. Is there something similar for services (I read online about message SE 438 (u201CQuantity & exceeds target quantity & for the purchase req. by &u201D), however after setting this to an Error, the system still allows me to order more on the PO than what was requested/approved on the Requisition).

Pls take the help of ABAPER.At the time PO Save compare the PR qty and PO qty.
If both are same then only allow to save the PO otherwise through an error message.
With the help of function module it can be achieved.

PR is there with service line items. When i create PO with reference to this PR, the service line items quantity are getting copied and ordered for partial quantity of those service line items. When i tried to order for the same PR, again full PR quantity for the service line items appear and it is allowing me to save.
Is there any message no or user exit available to avoid this excess ordering of Service line items.

Copy of target quantity from Contract to Sales Order

Hi all,
The desired document flow is Quotation --> Contract --> Order.
Thru copy control the target quantity from quotation flows in to the contract, but the target quantity is not copied into the sales order from the contract.
The document type with the item category for the document types are as follows :
Quot. Doc type ZQT (Copy of AV) and item category AVN (Standard item)
Contr Doc type EWK2 (Copy of WK2) and item category WVN (Maint contr item)
Order Doc type ZSD (Service Order) and item cateogry WVN(Maint Contr item).
Please suggest a solution.

Copy Control is used ,
Copy control is basically used to transfer information from one document to another. In other words it helps in connecting and sharing information between two documents in a cycle like from example between quotation and a sales order. The following controls available at copy control configuration -
You can store copying requirements at every level in copying control. Copying requirements contain the specific requirements for each business process and can be stored at every level. The reference document can only be created if all these requirements have been met.
Examples of copying requirements that have been included in SAP standard system are
a. Header level copying requirement 001 checks, for instance, whether the sold to party in the source and the target document are the same
b. Item level copying requirement 301 checks, for instance, whether the item that is to be used as a copy has a reason for rejection or completed status.
c. Schedule line level copying requirements 501 ensures that only schedule lines with an open quantity greater than zero are copied.
To control the copying procedure, at each level you create:
a. Data transfer routines these routines control how fields are copied from the preceding document.
b. Copying requirements you define requirements that are checked when you create a document with reference. If these requirements are not met in any particular case, the system issues a warning or error message and if necessary terminates processing.
c. Switches there are switches for setting specific controls for each transaction. for example, you can activate or deactivate the transfer of item numbers from the preceding document at the header level for sales documents..

Copying of Service items from contract into Purchase order

Dear Friends,
We have upgraded from 4.6B to ECC6.
Previously when we create Purchase Order with reference to Contract(i.e.Release order),we select service line items by selecting service selection button from PO and select the service line items from Contract,then whatever the line item whether line item 30,or line item 60 copied from Contract is copied into line item 10 of Purchase order in 4.6B version.
But in ECC6 ,it is copied into other line item but not copied into line item 10 of purchase order.
Please suggest ,what needs to be done, what went wrong.

Pl. elaborate whether the quantity 1 is appearing at Item Overview level or at Item Details level. At the item overview level the quantity will aleays be 1 with unit of measure as AU. At item details, you will be able to view the actual quantity of services copied from contract.

Service order from a repair order

Hi,
I want to create a service order from the repair order (sales order).
In the sales order, i select "repairs" for the prinicpal item. After that, in the screen "Change Repair request xx: item data". this message appear " The system generates an item porposal automaticaly. Copy proposal?"
But the system take a long time and at least do not create the service order.
Another message appear, when i select SM Order "A service order has not been found for action 'Repairs' "
What's the prerequisites to create a service order from the repair order.

Pre requsits for this are :
Maintain Strategy group 84 in MRP 3 screen in material master.
Go to t-code OISD, here you can maintain plant, material,work centre, task list.
Now go to order creation put your material & quantity is 1 & enter system will genarate service order,
Go to item data >>> schedule line , here u will find service order tab click on that tab service order is displaying
else use IW32 or IW33 to see service order.

Creation of Sales Order and Service Contract from Inbound IDOC

Hi Experts,
My requirement is to create a Sales Order as well as a Service Contract from one Inbound IDOC. I am getting the Inbound IDOC from a third Party. The message type is ORDERS and Basic Type is ORDERS02. How ever i am using an extension type IDOC which carries all the required data for Sales Order and Service Contract. My requirement is like, to create a Sales Order first.
I have created a Z FM which is attached to the Process Code and subsequently to the message type. Inside the FM i an calling FM 'IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS' for creation of Sales Order. After that i am changing the IDOC data for the Document Type. I am changing the document type which is responsible for Contract Creation.
Then I am again calling the FM 'IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS' for creation of Contract with the help of IDOC data. But here the Contract is not getting created. It's getting failed during the Batch input session.
I need to solve this problem as soon as possible. Please help me. If there are any other options also please share.

Actually there is problem with BDCDATA. Inside the FM it's calling transaction with help of BDCDATA. If i am creating a Sales order or contract alone its creating successfully. But when i am trying to create both, it's retuning sy-subrc '1001' after calling the transaction on the second attempt. Is there any problem with BDCDATA like we can't handle with less time gap? Please help and give your inputs.

Creation of Service Contract from Inbound IDOC

Hi Experts,
I am using Inbound IDOC type ORDERS02 with message type ORDERS for creation of Sales Order. Now my requirement is like to create a Service Contract from that Inbound IDOC. The IDOC type contains all the data require to create a Service Contract. The scenario is like, after creation of Sales Order it will check for the corresponding Service Contract exits or not by querying on a Z table which contains all those entries.
So my idea is to create a Z Program, in which it will check for the Service Contract and will create the same by reprocessing the same IDOC or by calling some Function Module. Please suggest how shall i proceed to create a Service Contract.
Is there any way to reprocess the IDOC or to collect the Data from the IDOC segments pass them to a FM which is responsible for creation of Inbound IDOC. Please suggest if this is feasible.

How to Fetch Sales Order Item Quantity from Customer table(ztable)?

Dear Guru's,
My scenario:
While creating Sales order the item quantity should be fetched from a Ztable. So iam using the Userexit "V46H0001 - - Customer functions for resource-related billing", in that i have implemented my code in the Function Exit - EXIT_SAPLV46H_001 and the FM documentation says
This function module allows you to change item information for generating a new item.
In order to achieve this, you must change the relevant field in the structure C_VBAPKOM.
So i activated that exit and wrote the following code to test it as follows;
break-point.
C_VBAPKOM-zmeng = 10.
But it seems not working, even it doesn't stop at the break-point when i type the material number for the item in the sales order and press enter...
Please guide me in this regard, am i correct in choosing the User-Exit? what else have to be done in order to fetch the item quantity from the ztable....
Please suggest if there is some other way to do this, i also heard that we can do this through Routines...

I have not seen the wsdl yet but your xmlbean types generation looks familiar.
This is one reason why you could get the error with the xmlbeans type.
error: src-resolve: type 'Array@http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/' not found.
Workaround: To allow the XmlBeans to be built from this type of WSDL correctly, add the schemaLocation attribute. For example, if the original WSDL had an import such as:
<s:import namespace="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"/>
It should be changed to the following:
<s:import namespace="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" schemaLocation="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"/>
After this change you should not see the error.

Error during Replication of Service Contracts from CRM to ECC

Hi,
I'm encountering a problem when replicating a Service Contract from CRM (I'm using SAP CRM 2007) to ECC.
I insert a first Item which is not relevant for pricing (let say, product 123)
I Insert a second Item relevant for pricing, with reference to the previous one (let say, product 456)
I release the Items and I save the contract
When I try to go in edit mode in the Contract, an error appears:
An error has occured in the system DE1CLNT200 while copying the document
Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020
Diagnosis
Errors have occured while transferring the document into another system. Remove the error messages from the enclosed log.
Transmission log
u2022     SALES_HEADER_IN has been processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)
u2022     Material 0 does not exist in plant ZX01 / country CH (Notification E V1 391)
u2022     Error in SALES_ITEM_IN 000101 (Notification E V4 248)
u2022     Sales document was not changed (Notification E V4 219)
It seems that the program does not recognize the product (the error message says "Material 0", not "Material 456") ...
Any idea?

Web Service (SOAP) From Oracle Forms

From the exaples of calling web services (soap) from pl/sql, it seems very poor and troublesome. I've seen a few articles with good points about why not to do this from pl/sql. So, I was hoping someone in the forums could share their opinions and approaches to using web services from forms based applications. I would ideally like to hear reasons people chose not to use pl/sql.

There are some examples of calling web services from forms on the Forms OTN page - works fine although I would encourage the use of the new JVM pooling features as this will aid scalability and performance.

Error occurred while accessing application id Excel services application unattended service account from secure store service

Hi,
I follow up the book "Professional SharePoint 2013 Administration" to build the SharePoint 2013 BI include Excel Services. and created the Secure Store services to save the user SP_Install for member.
For Now, I can upload the worksheet and open it in browser, but when I tried to refresh it, the SP 2013 show error "Error occurred while accessing application id Excel services application unattended service account from secure store service".
does anybody can help ? and do I need to turn on C2WTS ?

Excel Services can be used with Secure Store in three primary scenarios:
Unattended Service Account
Embedded Connections
External Data Connections

Stop Message while saving Service Order from IW51

Hello,
I am getting bleow error while saving service order.
System: Status object does not exist. Message Numner IW351
Actually I have done one enhcement in the User exit of the Sales order in the form Routine...
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
From this depending upon the some validation i am populating Error message,
I am creating sales order through service order from the Transaction IW51.
When i Try to save the service order i get the error messages which is coming from my validation which
I had put in the MV45AFZZ.
After the error messgae i press ENTER and then try to change the order by clcicking on the advance shipment.
As soon as i click on that i get a STOP messgae.
Which i as below.
System: Status object does not exist
I m not getting why it is coming.

or If ambiguity with usage of STOP being obselete use EXIT after message.
