Service Restricted for Non-Payment of Paid Bill

I can't believe having paid/cleared a bill online 6th June, how my service could be restricted 21st June ofr non-payment. That's ridiculous! To make matters worse, you have to wait 24hrs to get service back.

    my service will be suspended for non payment of $2,000 thank you verizon for not working out any payment plan. I will file a complaint. Once they do this can I call up and restart as a new customer or work something out that I can have my services back but start all over?
    I already talked with finnincial department and they can care less about me they did not want to do anything. How are they refusing to do payments for someone on wellfere and only makes less the $100 a week.

         Surely, you jest!!!!     As a tax payer, I resent having to pay for your TV.  Get the very basic service!  Then, pay your bill or lose the service.   Verizon is not operating a charity.

    hi all,,
    I know how to setup service desk for SAP use. Can some one provide me some tips on using solution manager - service desk for non-sap as well? eg: the company wants to use service desk for normal activities as well, as laptop not working, server down, other system issues etc.
    The questions I have are -
    1) Any specific structure to be created for the non-sap? The way we use in SAP specific environment is to use "SAP Components" while creating tickets. How can we create tickets for non-sap components? What will be the "responsibility" selection?
    2) How about the Ibase? For SAP, the ibase already have the data from SMSY. How can I get data for non-sap systems? Anything is SAP to keep the Asset management data (like entries of laptops, servers etc)

    Hi,
    Can i create and error message for the cancellation of paid billing document? If yes, how can i create such.
    Overview:
    Accounting document is created upon creation of billing document. Upon payment, document cleared is the accounting document created. There are instances wherein accounting document was already cleared but our user is still able to reversed billing document. Now, i want to create an error message or user exist wherein, when a user will not be able to reverse the billing document if the accounting document attached to this billing document is already paid.

    Hi Rachel,
    You can make use of the exit (Include) MV45AFZZ. The corresponding form routine is FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.
    In this exit, For the given billing document ( which is going to be cancelled ), pick up the accouting document from BSEG tables.
    For this accouting document, Pass this to BSAD Table ( Customer clleared items) 
    If BSEG-BELNR = BSAD-BELNR and
      BSEG-Acc.Year = BSAD-Acc,year )..
    Then throw a error message and EXIT.
    So for all the cleared docments , user can not cancel the invoices.

    Does Solution Manager support Service Report for non-abap?
    We can schedule and view reports for ABAP but for all the non-ABAP such as J2EE stack (PORTAL) we can not pull out a report.
    If the answer is yes please let me know where I can get the documentation of how to setup SLA for PORTAL or non-ABAP.
    I found a document on EWA non-abap but non for SLA.

  • How many people think it is robbery to be charged 16$ per line if your account is shut off for none payment?

    so even this forum does not work properly... Nothing here is simple.  I have many issues with Verizon.. 1. Why am I charged 16 per line if my account is shut off when I can't pay on time. I work full time and was a full time Nursing student... (VERY very busy)! We switched from alltel and there was a $40 charge per account.Yes that is right I pay late sometimes... KEY WORDS HERE>>>>  I PAY!   I feel like I am being robbed from. Does anyone else? How is this legal? I have only one account.. each phone is not a separate bill. 2. The automated phone service is so horrible and frustrating it makes me want to cry or scream. 3. Financial services closes at 9pm so I can't make payment arrangements when I have the time to do this.  Convenient for them since I have 4 lines that get charged 16 per line to be turned back on! 4. They charge so much why can't they pay for 24 hour staffing like some of the other companies? 5. I always pay what I owe. 6. I pay SOOOOO much, why don't they treat me like they appreciate my business????????  Just wow! 

    How is it legal. Because you did not fulfill your end of the contract, pay on time. 
    If late on a house payment there is a penalty. Late on a car payment a penalty. late on electricity, water or gas, ya run the chance of a shut off and to turn it back on, there will be an add'l charge. It costs VZW to suspend an account, keep the lines available for you when you do pay and to reactivate the lines.
    They do not shut it off the next day after being late unless there is a pattern. Usually, the first time a notice and service continues during the month. The next time 5 days after the bill was due...when the new billing cycle starts.
    Were you ever proactive and get with VZW BEFORE you were going to be late to let them know so arrangements could be made??? You are 1 of 93 million lines. Not one person there knows your situation.

However, if you keep overpayments on an excess credit service agreement, the system knows to treat any transference of these credits as “payments” and therefore it can transfer holding balances to true payables.

    go to FBL5n/FBL1n  enter the vendor no and execute,  then select that patcular invoice no. when ur making payment through APP it will not clear that paticular invoice.

  • New special G/L indicator for down payment when doing billing

    Dear Master,
    As you know, when create down payment invoice by VF01, system choose default special G/L indicator F. Now I would use new special G/L indicator for this transaction.
    The reason I must change is when you do cancel down payment invoice, the accounting document of cancel down payment will not have any lines items so I have to change with hope the cancel down payment will contain lines item as normal cancel invoice.
    Is there anyway to do that? I highly appreciate your support!

    I have other concerns belong to cancel down payment request. As you know with notes item, cancel of notes item will not have any lines in accounting doc. Now I would have lines detail inside so Is there anyway to do that?

    Peter, I had the same problems!  I could set up my account for iTunes without a card by doing the following:
    - open iTunes
    - Sign In
    - Get the message saying that the account must be reviewed for iTunes
    - click Review
    - Ok the Use Terms
    - on the screen where you see your username, password, security questions, there are two check boxes at the bottom for receiving emails from Apple (marketing stuff).  I was always deselecting these, but one time i just left them checked and clicked Continue
    - after leaving them checked, i then saw the NONE option next to PayPal.
    I did this with my existing account.  I tried creating a new account, but if I deselected those two options, i didn't see NONE even with the completely new account.
    Hope that helps you!  It was a bugger for me too!

    Hi I have a subscription for a student plan but it has been paused due to not being able to take payment. I now am trying to get spotify to retake payment. I logged in to my account and am trying to repay to unpause my account but there is no opetion to retry to take payment.     Update.... After a 24 hour e-mail delay, itunes cancelled my subscription with netflix and refunded my money. Itunes also asked me to resubscribe to netfix through them. I called Netfix and had my subsription started again in less than 2 minutes not using itunes. It was so nice being able to talk to someone on the phone with instant satisfaction. Sorry itunes, with today's technology there is no excuse for e-mail delays.
