Setting up Podcast Server: error 256, message says uninitalized constant ActiveSupport::Dependencies::Mutex

Settings up podcast server for the first time, everything seems fine, but the Configure Podcast Producer helper fails on setup.
the error in the Server log, which repeats is:
Loaded Podcast Library ...
Migrating database: ... /db.sqlite3
... setup_pcastserverd_library failed: 256
also interesting is the Error log, which repeats:
rake/rdoctask is deprecated, Use rdoc/task instead (in RDoc 2.4.2+)
rake aborted!
uninitialized constant ActiveSupport::Dependencies::Mutex

I've tried changing the location of the Library, doing the standard as opposed to the express setup and turning off the Podcast Capture web application (which turns itself back on on save). Xgrid also works, with single signon and i'm using OD w/ Kerberos.
I host some rails apps on the same machine, so it's possible that i've updated past whatever the podcast server needs (as it seems to be written in ruby, and obviously uses rake) but It seems weird that the server wouldn't catch these dependancies.

first of all the iphone 4 is not a 4G phone
second it sounds like your iphone could be locked to another operator then the sim you have inserted

Error message using print set-up utility" server-error-service-unavailable"

while trying to use my printertoday, an error message came up" server-error-service-unavailable". i cannot add the printer in the printer set-up. it is showwing up, so i know that the usb connector is working. has anyone ever encountered this before?

Try following:
- Add a TimeStamp Datatype Column to the table on the SQL Server
- Rebind the tables into your database
- Try your code again
You never should run an Access Application against an SQL Server in readwrite mode without having TimeStamp datatype columns in your tables. Already for performance reasons this is a must and also, if you have datetime datatype fields on
the SQL Server that are not exclusively maintained by Access, as the SQL Server may add miliseconds when writing the data. Same for Single precision datatypes, that may be rounded until you get the result back from the server. If you have a Timestamp datatype
column in your table then Access is sure the record wasn't changed in the meantime and will not recheck the received record again against the database for changes in one of it's fields.

This problem didn't go away yet. I'm having it too in Access 2007 (SP2 not installed yet) with a SQL Server 2008 Express backend. I'm sure my code is not reference any form controls or other object references. Access just complains if you try to run an Execute
with "DELETE" on a table that has an identity column. I've resorted to deleting using a DAO recordset and loop instead for now.
I actually started out using MySQL with MySQL's ODBC drivers and my statement worked fine. Only when I migrated to SQL Server did I start to have this problem.

hi every now and again, but more increasingly a message pops up saying server error 504. What does this mean I wonder? I'm given two choices Stay offline or Go Online. Any clues

Here's what I did: I clicked on the the calendar. The ICal tool bar comes up. Under iCal, I clicked on Prefereneces. A box came up; I clicked the Accounts tab. In my case the "Enable this account" box was checked. I unchecked it, and the problem went away.

Cisco 525G - 504G - 500 Internal Server Error SIP message

We have been experiencing a problem for a while now, but recently it has started to affect our largest customers who are raising questions. Basically we have a call flow that makes the phone generate a 500 Internal Error SIP message which drops the call. The Scenario is as follows:We have a find me follow me feature and if we set it up to ring the handset for 1 ring and then ring the hsandset again for 2 rings, when the second INVITE comes into the phones, it intermittently ( 30%) of the time throws a 500 Internal Error message. As most customer have a variant for this find me follow me feature it is affecting a lot of people. We need to raise this as a fault so that it can get looked into. I have attached packet traces, but I need a list of other traces that you need in order to investigate the problem

Guess the issue here is that the phone is getting the second invite (with the same call id) within an interval lower than 0.1s the first transaction was closed, so either you change the call id in the second Invite message or you guys increase a little bit that interval at least to 0.5s. The preferred way actually would be to try to change the call id of that second invite.

Setting up Podcast Producer errors out

It looks like I am almost done having this setup. My PcP 2 server is setup and forward / reverse DNS are working. I've kerberized the service.
When going through the setup assistant, at the last step, I am getting an error message that states setup of the PcP failed.
My podcast producer startup log returns this:

How can I resolve the problem with No Host Name in System configuration. As far as I can tell, everything is setup properly on that box.

I had the same issue too and scutil verified my HostName (not to be confused with what `hostname` returns) was not set:
admin$ scutil --get HostName
HostName: not set
this did the trick for me:
admin$ scutil --set HostName foobar.domain.private

I'm trying to transfer Adobe 7 to another computer and can't deactivate; server is unavailable, message says to call but phone support is disabled.

If they would just say "we don't support that version - at all" I could swallow it and move on, but the message is that the server is unavailable for technical reasons. 7 is just fine for me...anyone get through this successfully/any ideas?

In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you tried a complete uninstall/reinstall as per the following documents?

How do I fix the server Error I get saying the server does not recognize the RETR command? I can send but not receive.

I am using the Godaddy email service with a POP account. some of my clients are working but many are showing the RETR error from the server. I have deleted the popstate.dat file and this did not solve the issue.

Selecting a link under Illustrator's "learn essentials"tab produces an "Internal Server Error - Read" message

Adobe Activation Error: 256

What can I do to resolve this error message? I'm trying to activate, so I can read library books on my iPad through Overdrive. I did the Overdrive update and since then it has issues with my Adobe digital. I originally was getting the "ASC4 License Initialization Error:-1001" message every time i tried to download a book so I Deauthorized Adobe on my iPad then tried to Reauthorize and now I'm getting the error 256 message.

Libraries have what I'll call a direct download approach via Overdrive.
That is to say the destination device is hooked up to the network, and the
ebooks are downloaded to that device.
You can consult with your library's technical support function to determine
how to hook up your iPad to their system directly. If they say they can't
do that because of technical reasons - or because of software reasons -,
then we'll have to use an intermediate computer (a Windows PC or a MAC),
download the ebook to that device, and then use other software to transfer
it to your iPad. In the Windows world, the best way to do that is to use
iTunes to do the transfer. I am not a MAC guru, but I think that it's
pretty easy to hook the iPad to the MAC.

Internal server error while connecting SAP's customer financial fact sheet with iOS device

I am trying to connect SAP's customer financial fact sheet latest ( version 3.7) with iOS phone/iPAD (version 7.1) but it shows internal server error,
when trying to connect Neither "Gateway (direct)" nor "SMP Cloud" enabled with port 80/443.

are these LUNs shared or standalone?
I don't think it's really wise to have more than one DSM on the same server, so you're mixing the EVA and 3par DSMs and on 2003...
other than ensuring that HBA firmware and drivers are all up to date and DMS drivers are at the latest, not much else you can do from the host side...maybe update the storport.sys driver to the latest for that OS
are you sure that the HBAs are in fact supported/compatible with both storage back-ends? what about their driver/firmware/DSM versions - some SANs are very picky when it comes to this stuff, check the interop matrixes to find out
overall, if you don't need SAN connection to one of these storage back-ends, I suggest you get rid of it and its DSM
