Settlement and posting

we have 12 transactions need to collectively settlement and collectively posting, can FTR_00 be used in collectively posting, how to? or we have to use FTR_00 for collectively settlement and TBB1 for collectively posting?
in FTR_00 I select 12 transactions one by one, I choose the fourth last button in the toolbar, then choose change, how can I navigate to the next transaction after I change the first transaction,? can anyone paste the screen, thanks

Hi Robin,
the Collective processing transaction FTR_00 is not intended to be used for posting, so you need to use TBB1 for posting.
in order to return back to the Collective processing transaction, you simply need to click on the green icon 'Back' (see a screenshot below) after you have done all required changes in an individual transaction.
Kind regards,
Renatas

  • Rebate settlement not posting

    Hi,
    I encounter the following problem with B3 and B1 billing types: Error in account determination message VF051 for Partial settlement and Final settlement
    A bit more detail:
    Create a rebate agreement with relevant conditions.
    Complete Customer Order Cycle Process with Billing.
    Accrual posted successfully.
    However when you display the open items in this Provision GL account, items are shown when you select Normal items. When Noted items is selected, nothing is displayed.
    I have create a rebate settlement credit memo request limited to amount in accrual account. It saved successfully, remove the billing block and created the Credit Memo that don't want to release to accounting.
    The same rebate conditions are displayed in document in 2 lines: one with a positive and one with a negative. The positive in the Net Value amount. When you check account determination analysis on the credit memo then it determines the accrual account and the rebate sales deduction account.
    It is possible that the accrual posted as a normal item could prevent the system from reversing the accrual in the provision account and we should therefore change it to post as a noted item.

    Hi,
    Try the transaction code KE4I, to assign SD condition type to COPA.
    Thanks,

  • Rebate settlement and VAT

    Hi Gurus,
    I am implementing retrospective rebates in SD.
    I have produced a rebate settlement document (in Poland (where I am working) that document is a corrective invoice request). With the billing document that I will produce from that request I need to post VAT in addition to the usual postings that SAP performs in rebate agreement settlements (that is: accruals reverse, client account profit correction and posting of rebate ammount).
    That means that I need somehow to include MWST like price conditions in the settlement documents.
    Unfortunatelly it seems that SAP does not allow including any new conditions in the pricing of those settlement documents. No new conditions can be added to the corrective invoice request.
    Is there any way to add price conditions to a rebate settlement document ?
    Or is it a SAP constraint that nothing else can be changed there in order to not to  mess with the normal rebate settlement ?
    I have a program that calculates the right VAT ammounts I have to post. If only I could include it somehow in the settlement doc. that would solve the problem...
    Thank you in advance for any advice

    Hello,
    Can you tell which Rebate Type are you using and which Sales Document type this rebate type generates?
    Thanks

  • Delete Expense Reports after Settlement and Transferred to FI

    Hi Gurus
    Please let me know how to delete the Expense Reports which are in status "Trip Approved" and "Transferred to FI" ?
    We have created many Expense Reports in the copy of Production for testing various scenarios. When we execute the Payroll Run, we do not want all the unwanted Expense Reports (which are Settled and Transferred to FI) to be picked up in the Payroll Run.  In a way, we want to clean up the unwanted Expense Reports, although they have been posted to FI.
    Also, please let me know the following :
    In Production, under what conditions, we can/should delete the EXpense Reports which have the status of "Trip Approved" and "Transferred to FI" ?
    I know that we can use T.Code : PRRL (Reset the Accounting Status), but kindly explain what exactly this T.Code does.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Production order settlement to post wip

    Hi,
    My understanding on production order settlement is to carry out 2 task :
    variance posting in the case the operation is complete
    cr p&l change in stock
    dr p&l price difference
    and also
    WIP posting in the case the operation is not complete yet.
    cr p&l change in stock
    dr balance sheet wip
    WIP calculation is done in KKAX / KKAO and posting is done in KO88.
    Now my question is, in KO88 setting I do not see any setting to tell the system to do the WIP posting. I only can see the setting to post to variance only.
    and OKG8 is to set which account to post to.
    So how KO88 know to post WIP?
    Thanks

    Hi,
    KO88 transaction code is used for both WIP and Variance settlement.
    It is the Order status which decides whether KO88 settles variances or WIP.
    When the Order status is Released, Partially delivered, Partially released, KO88 gives you WIP
    When the status is Delivered or TECO it gives Variances.  Hence this is the link which we establish in the WIP configuration OKGC and in OKG8 we link the GL accounts for WIP.
    For variance we assign in OBYC, PRD transaction

  • Accrual and Posting to a Account

    Is it possible for a condition record to both Post & Accrue as system allows me to put account key and accrual key?
    If I want to use accrual key - should i define the condition record as an accrual in control2 portion of condition record configuration?  Is it not possible to use a condition record that is not having accrual key to post an accrual?
    Can some one give me a bit more elaboration on accrual, account key?
    Appreciate your help.

    Hi
    Accrual Key is used only for Rebate conditions. For Rebate conditions, you need to specify Account key as well as Accrual Key in the Pricing Procedure.
    For Rebate conditions, you need to specify the "Account Key", which specify in which G/L account, the discount amount will be posted.
    This Rebate discount, we have to pay back to the customer when the Rebate will be settled and till that time, it is accrued with us.
    So, it is posted to a special G/L account meant for accrual only.
    For Rebate conditions, Accrual Key is specified in the Pricing Procedure, from which system identifies the appropriate account and posts the accrual amounts.
    The accrual rate and the Rebate rate both are specified in the Condition record created within the Rebate agreement.
    If the Accrual rate is not specified in the condition record, then system does not post any accrual to Accounting.
    When Rebate is settled, this accrual amount is apid back to the Rebate receipient and that is how Rebate is settled.

  • Problem with "SELECT...FOR UPDATE OF..." and "POST command" combination

    Problem with "SELECT...FOR UPDATE OF..." and "POST command" combination
    Problem in committing transactions in Multiple Forms (Oracle Forms) with POST built-in command:
    Consider that the following statements are written in WHEN-WINDOW-CLOSED trigger of a called form.
    Statements in called form (Form name: FORM_CHILD):
    go_block('display_block') ;
    do_key('execute_query') ;
    -- Data from table_b will be populated in this block, based on the value of COLUMN_1 obtained
    -- from TABLE_A.
    -- Example: If the value of COLUMN_1 is 10, then all the matching records from TABLE_B, which
    -- are inserted with value 10 in TABLE_B.COLUMN_1 will be fetched and shown here.
    if user_choice = 'YES' then
    commit ;
    else
    rollback ;
    end if ;
    Statements in calling forms:
    There are two calling forms having following statements and it is going to call the above said called form.
    CALLING FORM 1
    Statements in KEY-COMMIT trigger:
    post;
    call_form(form_child, no_activate) ;
    Statements in ON-INSERT trigger:
    select column_1
    from table_a
    for update of column_1
    where column_2 = 'X' ;
    update table_a
    set column_1 = column_1 + 1
    where column_2 = 'X' ;
    insert into table_b ...;
    insert into table_b ...; Statements in KEY-COMMIT trigger:
    post;
    call_form(form_child, no_activate) ;
    CALLING FORM 2:
    Statements in ON-INSERT trigger:
    select column_1
    from table_a
    for update of column_1
    where column_2 = 'X' ;
    update table_a
    set column_1 = column_1 + 1
    where column_2 = 'X' ;
    insert into table_b ...;
    insert into table_b ...;
    insert into table_b ...;
    Our understanding:
    Assume that both the forms are running from two different machines/instances, issuing commit at the same time. In this case, forms will start executing the statements written in ON-INSERT trigger, the moment POST command is executed. Though the commit is issued at the same time, according to oracle, only one of the request will be taken for processing first. Assume that calling form 1 is getting processed first.
    So, it fetches the value available in COLUMN_1 of TABLE_A and locks the row from further select, update, etc. as SELECT...FOR UPDATE command is used (note that NOWAIT is not given, hence the lock will be released only when COMMIT or ROLLBACK happens) and proceed executing further INSERT statements. Because of the lock provided by the SELECT...FOR UPDATE command, the statements in calling form 2 will wait for the resource.
    After executing the INSERT statements, the FORM_CHILD is called. The rows inserted in to TABLE_A will be queried and shown. The database changes will be committed when user closes the window (as COMMIT is issued in its WHEN-WINDOW-CLOSED trigger). Then the SELECT...FOR UPDATE lock will be released and calling form 2's statements will be executed.
    Actual happenings or Mis-behavior:
    Calling form 2 starts executing INSERT statements instead of waiting for SELECT...FOR UPDATE lock. Also, the value selected from TABLE_A.COLUMN_1 is same in both the calling forms, which is wrong.
    The rows inserted into TABLE_B are having similar COLUMN_1 values in calling form 2 and they are fetched and shown in the called form FORM_CHILD.
    Note that in calling form 2 also POST only is issued, but the changes posted there are accessible in calling form 1 also, which is wrong.
    Kindly suggest us as to how to fix above problem. It will be much use, if you can send us the information regarding the behavior of Oracle Forms POST built-in also.
    Our mail ID: [email protected]
    Thanks a lot in advance.

    You have several problems:
    1. On-Insert will ONLY run if you have created a new record in a base-table block. If you haven't done that, then the POST command will not cause it to run.
    2. Select for update without a "no wait" will lock records for the first form, but when the second form tries this, it will hit the ORA-00054 exception, and will NOT wait. The only way you could make it wait is to issue an UPDATE sql command, which is not such a good way to go.
    All POST does is issues SQL insert or update commands for any changes the user has made to records in a form's base-table blocks, without following with a Commit command.
    Also understand that Commit is the same as Commit_Form, and Rollback is the same as Clear_Form. You should read up on these in the Forms help topics.

  • GR with Excise Capuring and Posting ( Movements 103 and 105 )

    Hi
    We have the requirement like .
    1. we have the Business requirement like GR 103 and 105 movements types .
    our requirement: while doing GR with Movement type 103 will capture the Excise . While releasing Blocked stock to unrestricted will post the excise . please advise me how to configure .
    thanks
    @sakhi

    Hi Sakhi,
    When you post 103 the system takes it as GR blocked stock,not a valuated stock in plant.
    But you can capture excise invoice at the time of 105 --i.e Release blocked stock and Post the same in J1IEX  transaction.

  • Close open items and post balance

    Hi,
    Do we have any standard reports or programs which will consolidate all the customer open items. I mean clear all the open items and post a sperate transaction with new balance. This is not for fiscal year balance forwarding but has to be done every week for our client.
    Please do reply with any suggestions on how to do this. I am due to provide the solution for this.
    Regards,
    Satya

    Thank you for your replies.
    I have no idea about this report. Does this report generate balance of all open items till date instead of due in 8 or 20 days? Becz, the balance generated with this report is not matching with the balance on FBL5N.
    Also, what is the difference between F-30, F-32, F13E and S_ALR_87012178 report. What is the purpose of these and against what is this cleared?
    Please reply how these work. I need to see if any of these can be replaced with the custom program my client has.

  • Default key date, Document date and posting date needs to be changed automa

    Hi Experts,
    The user wants to create a variant for Foreign currency valuation, wherein the default key date, Doc date and Posting date needs to be changed every month automatically. Is it possible?
    Please let me know your thoughts.
    Warm regards,
    Murukan Arunachalam

    Hi
    Please follow this process.
    Only specify fields that should be changed
    Select these fields by entering an X in the checkboxes
    Enter a U in the UPDATEFLAG field
    Always specify key fields when changing the data, including in the checkboxes
    The configuration is an exception here. If this needs to be changed, you need to complete it again fully.
    Maintain quantities and dates in the schedule line data.
    1. Minimum entry:
    You must enter the order number in the SALESDOCUMENT structure.
    You must always enter key fields for changes.
    You must always specify the update indicator in the ORDER_HEADER_INX.
    2. Commit control:
    The BAPI does not run a database Commit, which means that the application must trigger the Commit so that the changes are read to the database. To do this, use the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT BAPI.

    I created site in iweb 08 and posted to netfirms... the pages are all loaded up but there is no nav bar, where the nav bar should be is only a small black dot on each page. How do I get the nav bar to load up and show? It was a disaster loading up my site as it changed the case of the letters and at first no pages were seen, so I had to go through and change the letters that were supposed to be cap, back to cap in every file. I don't know if this has something to do with it or not. The tech support doesn't have an answer. Please let me know if you have any ideas and solutions. Thanks bunches!

  • Why can not freeze book inventory Storage location and Posting block?

    Hello,
    I tried to freeze book inventory storage location and posting block at storage location level in SAP.
    1) OMBP -> "Freeze book inventory storage' is checked at that storage location.
    2) MI01 -> the 'Posting Block' and 'Freeze book inventory' in the Physical Inventory Document  is checked.
    3) Post the Physical Inventory Document by using MI02.
    But, I am still able to post inventory movement at that storage location after executing the above.
    (I run MB1C with movement type 501 at that location.
    I input the material number which are in the created Physical Inventory document.
    The posted manterial document is created after I run MB1C.
       The document date and the posting date in MB1C are the same date of Physical Inventoery Document.
    I can see this material inventory movement from MB51!! )
    My question is:  Why SAP is allowed to execute the inventory movement after the 'freeze book inventory storage location' and 'Posting block' are checked at OMBP and MI01 ?
    Any idea?
    Help me, thank you.

    Samuel

    Hi Nagesh,
    Thank you for the input. I am receiving Stock from vendor and while creating Inbound delivery i created the Handling Unit and also packed it and i could also post it (PG Receipt). Now when i am creating TO i have that error message. The Storage Location where i am receiving is 9001and i have also maintained the partner Storage location,,, its like this Plant(1000)-SLoc(9001)-Partner SLoc(9002).... now the Storage Location 9002 is not HU managed,, the reason i gave this Storage location is, initially i gave 9001, but system said "Storage Location 9001 and 9001 must have different management systems". So now kindly tell me what is the purpose of the partner Storage location and which storage location should i give, as my partner Storage location across "1000-9001-????" thank you again for ur inputs.

  • Difference between Parked invoice and posted park invoice.

    Dear All,
    I am trying to create a new program to extract the invoices posted by MIRO and MIR7.  I have no problem to find invoices posted by MIRO in RBKP and RSEG.
    However, as currenty one user will use MIR7 to park invoices and another user will use MIRO to post the invoices, I don't know how to sparate the parked invoice and posted park invoice. C's I have found that the parked not posted invoice and posted park invoice were all displayed in RBKP with transaction code MIR7.
    Thank you very much
    Emma

    Hi,
    *Park*
    If the Invoice document is missing some information that is required for posting. In this case we will park the document. Here some preliminary checks will be performed.  Balance might not be zero.But in this case updates were performed.
    *Post*
    The invoice was posted online and verified as being correct(Balance must be Zero). Updates were made.
    Please use RBKP-RBSTAT field to find out the different type os status.
    I hope this helps.
