Shipment issue

Hi All,
I am working on shipment issue.
In vi01 tcode after entering Shipment Number,if GRR for corrsponding entry
has not yet done, then I am giving error 'GR WAS NOT DONE FOR DELIVERY DOCUMENT NO xxxxxxxx IN SHIPMENT NO xxxx'
For that I am badi 'ZCL_IM_BADI_SCD_CREATE_CHC'.
Actual problem is in VTTP  delivery number for which I am checking is '0336024015 '.And in MKPF table there are two entries for this entry.
For  delivery number '336024015 '& '0336024015 ' two Material Document( mkpf-mblnr).For 0336024015 GRR not done and second entry is '336024015' GRR done.
The delivery number from vttp is always '0336024015 'And  when we compare it in mkpf it check with '0336024015 ',for whicg GRR is not done.But user has done grr for '336024015 '.
And from mkpf it always picks '0336024015 ' instead of '336024015'.So although grr done the error comes.
So to solve this problem I used convversion_exit and removed first zero from entry '0336024015 '.
It works,but it gives error for other shipment numbers in vi01 for which delivery numbers are proper '10' digits. means like '0336024015'.

Dear,
Just check whether Picking and Confirmation of TO has been completed before processing Shipments. Moreover, check whether posting periods are open for the month of processing shipment.
Kindly get back, if problem still persists.
