Show_lov in when pressed enter

Dear All in 10G forms i want when i press Enter the LOV should display .
So which trigger should i use ?

yes in the test item it self .
As per the requirement i need to write in Mouse double click and when user press enter , then the lov should display .
So for enter key what trigger i have to writ.
I am writing in Mouse_double_click this code
declare
     v_res boolean;
begin
     v_res := show_lov('PURPOSE_REC');
end;
Same thing i have to write for Enter .
