Oh my goodness this is such great news. I have been using my macbook and just got a new imac and the macbook is just not holding up with so many pictures. and it runs slow. there is just too much on my macbook to work smoothly in elements. I just downloaded!

Have two computers. One has Thunderbird working fine. Other won't let me sign on to Thunderbird, despite ALL info being exactly the same (incoming server, outgoing server, ports, password, etc) Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

Hold the Alt key down and type these letters TD, (or Gear symbol on the top right/ Internet options/ Delete button)
Check All of the boxes and Uncheck the very top box,
Click on Delete.
Close ie,
Reset ie9 or ie10 manually,
Click the Start button on the Taskbar,
Click on Control panel,
Click on Internet options,
Go to the Advanced section,
Click on Reset button on the bottom,
Check the box to Delete personal settings,
Use the recommended setup and install options.
Shut down your machine.

Have others experienced a nightmare in signing up for 3 computers on Creative Cloud?

Have others experienced a ridiculous nightmare, wanting to register 3 computers for Creative Cloud? I signed up for TWO subscriptions. Spoke to supporton the phone to do this. Got all signed up on my Adobe ID.... and have been charged for the second month now.
I only just realized that I couldn't use Photoshop on my laptop, because I have "exceeded my limit" of reigstered devices. ON the phone with support, obviously in India, I spun my wheels, and spent an inordinate amount fo time, trying to figure out how to fix the issue... with the agent we couldn't even figure out how to FIND my two serial numbers on the computers, to determine which computer was registered with which computer.
After more than an hour of this, and the agent consulting his senior manager, he comes back on the line and informs me that I cannot register two subscriptions on one Adobe ID and email!!!
Then I insist on speaking with the manager. He tells me the same. I say why then did they even ACCEPT my two subscriptions on my ONE Adobe ID and email?? When I go to MY ADOBE account, it clearly shows the two orders, and the two subscriptions... and on my singel Adobe ID and email.
This is clearly ridiculous.
The manager has now asked me for 48 hours, for him to "discover who gave me the misinformation and when". I told him that that is their internal issue. I could care less about WHO and WHEN. I only care about this issue being resolved, and as quickly as possible. I will also insist on a refudn of the two months charged for a second subscription that was fraudulently accepted.
Has anyone else experienced this story, wanting to register for 3 computers (or more)? What was your coutcome?

Just wondering why you didn't take the Creative Cloud for Teams route, rather than take out two subscriptions. But do you the Application Manager installed on each machine? If so, that should show who is signed in on each computer. It sounds like the same user is signed on with all three computers, in which case sign out from the one with out your apps installed on, and sign in again using the other subscription ID.
If this proves problematic, uninstall the Application manager from the third machine, and sign in on the Adobe CC site with the new ID and start from scratch.
But surely it would be better to sort out the mess you are in, and swap your two subscriptions for a 'Team Subscription'. Go ask in the Creatice Cloud Forum, and make it clear in the thread subject window that you need help from an Adobe staff member. We frequently see Adobe staff step in on these forums, to fix complicated issues.

We would need to cancel one of the subscriptions and then you could sign up again using another ID.

I've got CC on two computers : my mac at work and my pc at home to make some extra work or emergency if needed.
The fact is that my home pc will be replaced at the end of the week by a new one.
I'm aware about the fact that my licence gives me the possibility to install CC on two computers only, but if so, how can I make Adobe CC understand that the new PC will replace the other one, and that the other one will be formated.
I will always use two computers.

How to keep playlists in sync between two computers?

I have a MacBook Pro and a regular desktop Windows 7, and I have all of my music on both of them. However, I constantly keep adding new songs to different playlists all the time, and this makes it hard to keep everything in sync with both computers and my iPod because I usually sync from my Mac.
Right now I export the updated playlists on one of the computers and import it on the other, but it's quite the hassle just to keep some playlists in sync. I tried using home sharing, but it just keeps downloading duplicates everytime I try to import, I would've thought it was smarter by just adding the new songs but appearently it isn't.
So, anyways, is there any easy way for me to automatically keep playlists in sync between two computers?

I am indeed subscribed to iTunes Match. Are you saying that with Match, it will sync my playlists? I will have to check this when I get home. That would really be a nice surprise!
I sync my iPod to iTunes on my Windows 7 box, but use iTunes on my Mac for synching my iPhone 6 and iPad 2. Normally, I'd be modifying a playlist on the Win 7 box, adding or rearranging songs. However, occasionally, I might download a song to the iPhone while out and about. Then, when I'm back at the Mac, I'd do a sync and add that new song to one of the playlists. Should Match then be keeping the playlists on the two machines in sync?
As for the library replication, I had to do that when I first signed up for Match. I was WAY over the 25k song limit, so I made a copy of the library, and in that copy deleted enough songs to get me under the limit. Also discovered scripting and did some really neat things with that tool. Still have the option when I start iTunes to use the old library, just in case there's something there I need to copy to the smaller lib.

They need to sign into the itunes store with your account credentials. You have to be OK with them knowing your password.
Then they need to find the same exact app and pretend they are going to buy it again, and press the buy button. A popup should appear saying it's already been purchased. If they don't get THAT notice, perhaps they haven't found the same exact app.
My advice is to just buy stuff on one PC. I wouldn't even buy stuff on an iPhone, but that's me. I'm surprised you posted you'd already connected the iPhone to the new laptop. Didn't everything on it get erased? Apple designs iPods to only sync with one PC. If you want to sync with more than on PC, you have to jump though some hoops like this

I do I identify two computers to iTunes/App Store? Does this require I set up home sharing? Please help because I have two computers at home that I would like to upgrade to Lion - someday.

You open the Mac App Store on each machine and sign in with the same AppleID.

Can I desintall and re-install Adobe CC on one of my two computers (in my subscription I am supposed to be limited to 2 computers)?

You can install and sign in on another (third) machine but that will normally sign you out on other machines. If you are able to sign out of the troubled machine then do so.

Two computers, how to encrypt/secure mail on both?

Apologize if this has been answered before. I have two computers: a laptop and a desktop, and I use Apple Mail on both. I would like to send signed/encrypted mail from both. I got myself a Thawte personal certificate and installed it on my desktop machine. So far so good, have had no troubles signing/encrypting mail through Apple Mail on the desktop machine. I now want to do the same for my laptop.
Do I need to get another unique certificate from Thawte or can I somehow copy the certificate on my desktop to my laptop? I wish to use the same gmail account on both machines so I don't think a second unique certificate of the same email address is possible. Anyone do this before with success? Thanks for any help.

You can just download the certificate(s) from the Thawte site again on your laptop, then import it into Keychain Access and set it up that way.
