Simplify VI that is recording a rate but is currently using too many shift registers

I have a VI that was made by the director of scary movie, so beware, this VI is a nightmare!...or at least to me it is.
Background:
I have 20 pans and I have a water level sensor that outputs a voltage from 0-5 Volts. By knowing the volume of the pans, I calibrated the output to be in gallons. The real output I need is a volumetric flux, which is gallons per minute per square foot. We are currently achiving this by using a VI that a summer intern made (See attached). It works well, but it is just so messy and hard to clean up and expand. The plan is to have 100 pans total and I don't want to copy paste this code 5 more times!
Questions:
-How can I collect a rate differently? If you notice on the calibration subvi attachement, the rate is calculated manually knowing how fast the loop is going in the main VI. I don't know if this is the best way
-Can I get rid of the shift registers some how?
-Is there a way for me to combine the calibration subVIs so that I don't have to have one subvi for each channel?

Ok guys, please see VI's attached. The VI that I need help with is "AWC - Commercial Main VI - Rev0" and the messy part it's towards the bottom.
I have been cleaning up this VIs and making subVIs for a few months now (time on and off) but I can't seem to get a grasp on how to minimize the big shift register mess.
Maybe some background on myself might help? I'm a ME but I have been using LabView for easy project for the last 2 years. I took Core 1,2,3 class of LabView so I guess I know enought to be dangerous and to get myseld into trouble. I don't practice as much as I would like to and that's probably why I'm stuck with this big mess.
I will also accept any other tips that anybody has offer in any other part of the VI. I can also clarify any parts of the VI if that helps.

I found an answer to this on another page (I was having the same problem) This worked for me:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

You can set up a maximum of 3 accounts with any device. After that all you can do is either re-use one of the accounts already created or set up a new one using another iOS device or Mac running OS X 10.7.4 or later, if you have one. (You can't delete iCloud accounts.)

How do I set up family sharing when one family member doesn't have an apple id but is currently using mine?

I am trying to set up family sharing for my wife and me. I have a Macbook pro (running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1) and an iPhone 6. My wife has an iPad 2 and an iPhone 4s. All software is up to date. Currently we have one Apple ID which has both of our email addresses. Do I need to delete one of the email addresses and open up a new apple account with that email address? Will we lose anything if we do that?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
Because there are only two of you, the solution that I may recommend for sharing content would be to use one Apple ID (the one you already have) for iTunes and App Store purchases between both of you. This will allow the both of you have access to the same purchased content. If you would like to have different Contacts, Calendars, etc., you can create a second Apple ID for use with iCloud. This will allow you both to have separate iCloud information but still have access to all purchased content from iTunes and the App Store.

You can use different Apple IDs for iCloud and Store purchases and still get all of the benefits of iCloud.

An APP that points to the tower you are currently using

Here is a really nifty or shall I say really cool or maybe helpful APP. See attached screen shot.
We were in Catalina State park in Tucson, AZ in our Motorhome and another motorhomer told me about this Android APP. It is called OpenSignalMaps.
This APP will bring up a map of where you are and then show your location on the map. Then it will "take its time" finding the cell tower to which you are currently connected and draw a red colored line between your location and the tower.
All the local streets are shown on the map. It seems to work best if all 3 of your GPS's are ON but it also did work well when I turned OFF the Verizon GPS leaving only the other two ON.
With the rather weak Verizon 3G only signal at Catalina State park it took about 5-9 minutes to find everything and draw the red line.
OTOH, when I drove through Tucson with it's stronger Verizon 3G/4G signal it found the first tower in about 2 minutes and as we were driving I watched it change to a different tower three times. The red lind just jumps in a new direction...cool. You can move the map around to see both ends of the red line it you uncheck "Turn OFF auto cenetring" because if you don't it will keep centering on your location.
Be patient it is a bit slow but you won't use it that often; although, it might be nice to confirm which tower you use at your home, business location, or ???.
When I arrived home I just started it, set the phone down, went to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee, and about 5 or so minutes later it had found the tower.
It also shows the RSSI (name of the tower).
It's free so if it's to slow for you just uninstall it.

If your location on the map is off press the MENU button (lower left corner of your phone). Then when the next screen appears Touch "my location" and it will move the your blue colored location ICON to your current location.
Also, you can touch the tower ICON to see the tower's SSID, SID, and Received signal strength. WIKI has good definitions for these acronyms. If you go to CELLS (top of screen) you can also see the RSSI and the overview shows the signal strength in %.

I do not have a backup from Mavericks, but Yosemite is causing too many problems. In LAYMAN'S terms, is there a way to get Mavericks back without losing all my files?

I updated to Yosemite while I was overseas and didn't have strong enough internet to do a Time Machine backup (it took hours to get Yosemite as it was and now I know that was dumb). Yosemite has made my older Mac almost un-usable. In LAYMAN'S terms, Is there a way I can go back to Mavericks or even an older system without losing my current files? I know nothing about computers and have not been able to find anyone in town that could help. Even the guy at the Genius Bar at Apple couldn't figure out how to help me. This whole Yosemite debacle has been the first time I've been disappointed in Apple. It has gotten me questioning whether I should go back to a PC.

Too Many Activations - But I only have it on one computer!

I have Photoshop CS3 installed on my home PC and am currently trying to install it on my new laptop while I am away for two months in the States. However, it says I've used too many licenses already.
I only have the program installed on my PC, so my laptop should make my second device, right?
I've tried going through the Contact Us pages but it sends me in an endless loop which just brings me back here to the forums every time with no option to chat to staff at any stage, no matter what I enter.
I start at the 'Give us more information' page, go via photoshop, installing and activation, too many licenses, etc. I follow it to the 'cannot deactivate' page, which says 'click here to contact us'... and that takes me back to the 'Give us more information' page, over and over.
Please help! I can't get by without Photoshop while I'm away.

Hi William. Unfortunately, Vista is not a supported OS for Lightroom 5 or Lightroom 6. You'll need Windows 7 or later. See here: System requirements

I use an Akai usb turntable with the Audacity sw delivered with it. To monitor during recording I also use the LineIn utility (all this on a Macbook Pro with Mavericks).
It works fine, only the input volume of the usb audio port cannot be adjusted (at least I did not yet discover how to do it) and the volume of the music is lower than other music imported into iTunes from CD or iTunes store, but still acceptable.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
