Since upgrading my iphone 4 to OS 7.0.3  (11B511)  I can't use G3 or connect Wirelessly to any router or hub

I upgraded my operating system when prompted a couple of days ago. I am not frequent user of the phone and use it only for Music, Emails and Facebook.
Yesterday at the pub I noticed that I was unable to obtain a wireless connection to the pubs broadband. but didn't give it a thought.
Today I have heard nothing from my phone so I checked the settings and noticed I could not obtain my own BT Hub4 nor would it latch on to any of the wirless points that I normaly do.I also see that instead of 3G it indicates a E at the top of the screen (I don't know whatthat means).
The phone is unusable but there is nothing on the Apple support website. It is only about 4 months old but I don't seem about to contact anyone at Apple about this. Will someone out there please help. Is there a way of reverting to the previous OS? Do I have to go to a Apple agent/repair shop? What the heck do I do???

I have a very similar problem in Arizona, USA. Virgin Mobile is my carrier. Early in October, the phone seems to have lost it's 3G ability and is exceedingly hesitant to connect to any WiFi networks other than my home WiFi. I've spent countless hours on the phone with my service provider and they have escalated my problem to a higher tier tech group that is looking at the problem now. I've also called AppleCare to ask if I could revert to iOS 6 and was informed that Apple products, once and update has been added, are unable to revert or move backwards. AppleCare said they would like to just exchange my phone for a new one but I am 50 days outside the 1 year limited manufacturer warranty period. Virgin, of course, will not replace the phone for me despite this being a network problem. The responsibility of which should fall on their shoulders. My side of the contract is to pay and pay on time which I have always done. Their side is to provide the services promised at time of purchase and they have dropped the ball. Hope someone out there has an awesome suggestion that doesn't involve going into iTunes and tweaking it or jailbreaking the phone. Until then....namaste.
