SIP Error 484 Address Incomplete.

Hello,
Some users complain that some calls doesn't works...
I have check the monitoring and I can see that calls have a SIP error 484 : Gateway responded with 484 Address Incomplete.
My mediation server was directly connect to the provider gateway, I have open a ticket to their support, but I have no return for the moment.
I didn't see any error in the event viewer of mediation server.
All my users concerned by this problem have their line uri filled correctly.
In waiting their answer, can I verify something in the Lync environnement ?

Are these for inbound calls or outbound calls or both?  Is it always the same number that fails?  Can you reproduce the issue by having the user call the number that failed again?  Are you normalizing to E.164 on the gateway as well as your
Lync dial plan?  For outbound calls, I'd verify that you're normalizing all calls to E.164 format before sending it to the gateway so that it never receives a partial phone number.  I'd also confirm that the gateway is normalizing numbers coming
from Lync into a format your telephone company will accept if they don't accept E.164.  For inbound calls, I'd ensure that all calls coming from the gateway are formatted as E.164.

    As was mentioned by the expert this is not an error related to the material master. Something that you have in the addess in your customer is missing in APO.
    First try to identify what is the customer that is generating the issue. Then check the customer in ECC and review your customizing in APO and ensure you have the country codes and Regions maintained in APO.

  • PO is getting created but showing error is address with status of IDoc - 51

    Hi Experts,
    I am using IDoc type  - PORDCR103
    Process code - copy of  IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR1 (Function Module)
    After processing through WE19 it is generating an IDoc number with status - 51 showing error in Address , But it is creating a PO.
    My requirement is In status -51 It should not create PO.
    Inside IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR1 a Bapi  'BAPI_PO_CREATE1' is used for creating PO. Here In RETURN parameter of BAPI a Row is comming with Message type - E.  Some other messages are also there of type 'S' and 'W'.
    After processing ,  PO is getting created with staus - 51.
    Please help me .

    Hi,
    in ur code ur filling the idoc data rcord, control record ryt ..before u append data to idoc data , u r also validating and u might be doing in loop for appening the idoc data.
    if there is any error in idoc then it won't distribute the data, it will be in error status only..u can only see the data in WE02. Then u can also change the data in WE02 and redistirbute it via BD87.

  • IPhone 6 Plus 16GB blue screen crashes: Read, error type:Address map hole or size mis-match

    Hi folks,
    Some time ago I had a 16GB 6+ and it crashed with the blue screen, so I returned it. I now have a brand new one that I got from Tmobile ($75 return fee) and although it has mostly worked just fine, I have gotten 2 blue screen crashes. Below are the details from the phone's log.
    What strikes me is the message "Read, error type:Address map hole or size mis-match".
    Does anyone know if this could be caused by a hardware defect?
    I've gotten one of these crashes running iOS 8.1.2 and another in 8.1.3.

  • ASA 5525, v9.1.2 - IPAA: Error freeing address ip-address, not found

    Hello everybody!
    The following problem:
    VPN-dial-in on the ASA .
    There are different VPN group policies , each with its own DHCP pool .
    Authentication is performed by the AAA AD .
    Everything works properly.
    However, 3 users of a VPN group can not dial in . On the firewall then this error always comes in the log :
    IPAA : Error freeing address 172.24.16.41 , not found
    That address is nowhere else on the firewall , but was once assigned to a user . But this Network Object is deleted now.
    The DHCP pool for this VPN Group goes from .33 to .63 .
    I don not understand why the ASA always wants to take the .41 However, even if no one else is logged in via VPN .
    No matter which one of the 3 users I take, the ASA always wants to assign the .41 .
    For all the other users that are having no problem, it assumes a different IP from the pool.
    I recreated the pool, created another pool and assigned that pool, I rebootet the ASA. No luck.
    Also did a "clear arp".
    No improvement .
    Ideas ?
    As I said, all other VPN groups and users have no problems.

    Problem solved.
    The User is only allowed to be in one of the VPN-Groups in the ActiceDirectory.
    Those 2 problem-users where in two VPN-groups.
    So, problem fixed.

  • CR Dev XI Installation Error - "Installation Suspended, Incomplete"

    I am attempting to do an unattended installation of CR Dev XI using the installation parameters defined in the user documentation. What I am running into is a consistant error message "Crystal Reports Setup Error" "Installation Suspended, Incomplete ".The install runs 99% of the way and when the error occurs the install aborts and the shortcuts are not created. When attempting to launch the application it displays an error "Couldn't find Keycode.dll".
    If I run the same installation script a second time on the same machine - the installation kicks into repair mode and completes the install.
    I was able to trap the MSI exit code and the MSIEXEC returns a "0" - which indicates that MSIEXEC installed the code in total with no MSI errors detectable.
    The script string is the following:
    Setup.exe" CLIENTLANGUAGE=EN REBOOT=ReallySuppress /qb! PIDKEY=XXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports Developer 11" COMMONDIR="C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0" ADDLOCAL=ALL
    Note the the PID has been X'ed out   I have tried a variety of MSI switches ( /qr , /qn, etc ... ) and the results are the same.
    How can I get this app to install cleanly on the first pass? Is there an updated install? I am trying to install Crystal Rpt Dev 11 - Version 11.0.0.1282.
    Any insight is greatly appreciated...

    I'm having a similar problem when trying to install CR Pro 11.5.  Here's the string that we have been using.
    start /high setup.exe ADDLOCAL=ALL EXCLUDEDOTNETFILES=1 EXCLUDEJAVAFILES=1 EXCLUDERDCFILES=1 CLIENTLANGUAGE=EN REBOOT=ReallySuppress PIDKEY=XXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 11.5" /le c:\temp\cr_11.log /qn
    The last part of the string is for logging and we are consistantly seeing an error at the end of the installation returning an error of 1603 when we set an ALLUSERS=1 and a 1604 when we use ALLUSERS=2.
    The results are the same as yours.  If I interrupt the installation after the error, but before it is completely backed out, and reboot the machine, the installation picks up and completes successfully.  The problem area seems to be in the adding of the shortcuts to either the All Users desktop or the specific users desktop.
    We are at a point where we are going to open a support call in order to get this resolved, but it sounds like a bug in their installer.

    it has very simple solution to it
    in the window where you are printing address  and passing the address no(ADRNR)...that correct address no(adrnr) is not being passed to it thats why you are facing the problem
    for this firstly check if you declaring the address no variable in both input and output paramters in the code of that window and secondly check
    if your  address no(adrnr) is not coming as blank
    this will surely help you

    This is because an  alternate Address Details are being Pulled and the form errors out Since there is a validation in the smartform which needs the NAME1 field to not be Blank.
    I had this issue Printing, emailing a Smart-form for a Purchase Order.  It turned out that the Storage location address was maintained for the Storage location in the PO. 
    I Deleted the Storage location address in the IM. Enterprise Structure > Definition > Materials Management > Maintain Storage Location for the Storage location.
    Table view (V_TWLAD)
    Now that the Alternate Delivery address is not checked , the issue does not arrive anymore. Note:  If the Storage location address is needed, the NAME1 field for the address should not be left blank. Once the NAME1 field is specified, there will be no error printing the Smartform

    We need to send mails using the UTL.MAIL package and have installed them on the database.
    Whenever I am trying to send an email I am getting the following error:

    The test code which I am running is as follows:

    Everytime I am getting the same error.
    This seems to be working with an exchange mail server but never on the SMTP server.
    In the SMTP server logs the sender address is not having the angular brackets <> unlike the other mails which are being sent over.
    It seems that the SMTP server is pretty strict and the SMTP admin will not change any settings on the server.
    The oracle version is as follows
    Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
    Could you please help me out with a solution.
    Some how the angular brackets are geting stripped off (which UTL MAIL package generally does), Is there any way in which I can include the angular brackets.

    I dislike UTL_MAIL - clunky and poor abstraction interface, and not well written.
    Had a look at the code. It does this:

    END LOOP;The GET_ADDRESS() function process the ALL_RCPTS parameter, returns the 1st address from it, and updates the (in/out) parameter with the remaining string.
    SQL> var address varchar2(200);
    SQL> exec :address := '<[email protected]>,[email protected]';
    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
    SQL> exec dbms_output.put_line( 'get_address='||UTL_MAIL.GET_ADDRESS(:address)||' address='||:address );

    SQL> The address is explicitly surrounded by brackets as per the RFC. So that is what your SMTP server should see.
    If not - perhaps then our UTL_MAIL versions do not match. Cannot recall from what version I pulled and unwrapped the UTL_MAIL package code I have.
    Personally though, I've ceased using UTL_MAIL a while back. It lacks in may respects. I have written my own mail package that supports multiple attachment, complex Mime formatting, attachments of 20+ MB in size, and so on - running on the UTL_SMTP interface (that provides the transport layer for sending mail). And for issues like you are facing, I suggest considering using UTL_SMTP directly.
