Skip Modules in Module Chain and change the SI,NS and CC in sender channel

Hi Experts,
We have a module chain A, B and C in the sender file adapter. Is it possible for any customize module to by pass modules B and C based on some condition. Our requirement is to call module B and c in a particular condition and to ignore them for another condition.
Also , can we change the Sender interface, Namespace and the Communication component of the message before sending it to the Pipeline, which will invoke some different interface depending on the condition.

No it is not possible.. Advised will be to call first module and there in it decide whether to invoke B or C.. So you shoudl not have B and C as separate module in CC, instead the logic should be in A

There isn't a feature in Adobe Send for setting and end-date for a file's availability. At any time, you can Unshare the file, however.

Why does the port settings on my iPad change every time I sync with my computer. After syncing I have to go in and change the port settings so I can send and receive emails on my iPad.

Every time iSync my iPad 2 with my computer it changes the port settings. Has anyone else had this issue?

When you sync the iPad, do you have mail settings configured to sync to the iPad? You could have different settings on your computer that might be affecting the email set up on the iPad when you sync.

ICal: Changing the assigned calendar of an event sends out a new invite to all participants

iCal version 5.0.3:
I have multiple accounts set up (iCloud, shared, Exchange) in iCal.
I've noticed that when I receive an invite that is assigned to the wrong calendar (e.g. to my icloud calendar) and I then change the assigned calendar to the Exchange calendar, iCal actually sends an invite to all the attendees with me as the organizer of the event!
Instead of just changing the assigned calendar in my iCal, it creates a new invite on the new calendar from me to all the invitees.
This seems to be new behaviour (bug) in version 5, as I can't remember this happening in earlier versions. It stopped being funny when it just did this with a company-wide HR event to all employees
My default calendar is set to the Exchange account, but iCal seems to ignore that ever so often when adding new invites
Any ideas on how to prevent this, or do i have to wait for an update to iCal?

Welcome to Apple Discussions.
I often do the same thing (ie create an event in the wrong calendar). Are you aware that the assigned calendar appears in the info pane. You could simply select the correct calendar there, even reassign events.
I understand the desire to do this with Quickeys, though I suspect very few people here use Quickeys. So if you don't get an answer here I'd suggest you consider the Quickeys forum: http://forum.cesoft.com/

How do I change the hostname used when Mac Mail sends EHLO

Hi All,
I work for a tech support group and one of our clients is experiencing some trouble sending emails. When they connect to their outbound mail server Mac Mail sends the EHLO command with a hostname like 01:23:45:67:89:ab.home
Another Mac on the network sends a hostname like 00:A0:C9:14:C8:29.home2
So they appear to be the a Mac address for the computers NIC followed by a generic location in this case .home, not sure if thats a generic Mac thing or something they chose to configure but because the hostname is not an ip address and contains ".(dot)home" the outbound mail server our client uses believes it to be a domain so then rejects it as an invalid domain when a lookup on it fails.
I've changed the hostname of one of the Macs using the command "cutil –-set HostName new_hostname"
This has changed the hostname when checking it by the hostname command in a Terminal but Mac Mail still persists in using the old hostname. We've tried rebooting the machine and rebooting the machine with the left shift key held down as I believe this does some kind of rebuild of configuration files, but still the old hostname is send when Mac Mail sends EHLO.
How can I force Mac Mail to pick up the new hostname or is there something else I need to do to change it?

You can sign out from the account in iBooks and then sign in to another one.
From the menu bar, choose: Store->Sign Out
Then sign in again with the desired ID: Store->Sign In

Function Module /BAPI for changing the components in Production order

Hi,
We are in ECC5.0. We have requirement wherein we want to change /delete the existing component of the production order and add new component through RFC call from an external system. We tried to use CO_XT_COMPONENT_ADD FM for adding new components and when we tested this FM in SM37 with data there were no error messages . When we checked the Production order ,no changes were made to the production order component. Tried to use Commit statement and there is no change in the system behavior.Can some one help me to understand the system behavior . If possible kindly suggest me some alternate FM/BAPI .

Changing the background color of page when sending an i-photo in an e-mail

I want to choose a different color background than white on the e-mail page that contains my i-photo image. Is this possible ?

You are using iPhoto 9 (11)? If you are then the themes would be obvious when you select iPhoto as your mail client in iPhoto's General preference pane (upper left hand image)

However, I was mistaken in that the background colors for those themes can't be changed. The same goes for the stationary themes in Mail.

How can I change the default account from which I send mail

Currently I have 2 email addresses/accounts. When I send an email, the older address appears as the "from" address, if I don't remember to change to the newer one. How can I make the newer address appear as the default "from" address?

To be able to call a function module in an update work process, you must flag it in the Function Builder. When you create the function module, set the Process Type attribute to Update with immediate start
Alternatively u can use this function module.
CRM_STATUS_DATA_SAVE_DB
BAPI_CUSTOMERCRM_CHANGE (If u wish to use a bapi for this).
Also , Let me know what error you got when implementing other function module.Does the function module didnt return any error but still the value is not changed for pricing condition type?

Can some one please suggest me a Fn. Module/ BAPI to change the fields
LIKP-BTGEW and LIKP-ANZPK.
I found that the BAPI 'BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE', doesn't have these fields to change.

Change in the model of Process chain and its impact

Hi,
We have lot of infopackages included in the Process chains which has the processing type as "PSA only and then update subsequently in data targets".
Now i had changed some of the infopackages to the processing type as PSA and then into the data targets option!
But in the process chain the process type update from PSA is still existing!
I am not sure whether i should remove this process type in process chain after changing the process type in the scheduler
Any ideas?

hi raj,
do not remove the PSA & update step as it is a fulproof method for the data load.
if u'll try to remove and activate the Process chain it will show warnings but still activate the chain.
the data load sometimes may get loaded and other times it may not reflect in the data target although the step will be green in the process chain.

Change the transaction status when creating a follow up activity

Hello All
We need to change the activity status if a follow up document is created from. E.g. If an activity is created type 001 then a follow-up activity type 003 as a follow up document from 001 the system automatically changes the activity status from open to in process. See if you can "exploit" CRM_COPY_BADI and function modules CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN to change the User status or CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN for System status.

How to change the order of photos?

When uploading pictures from a pc through iTunes it mixes up the order of the pictures ( although they were created one after another with continous numbers in the name of the files) . And in iPad you do not have the ability to change the order of the pictures for a slideshow , or to move the pictures within the album... Why? Is there a way to control that?

From the Library Module you can change the sort order.
