Small noobie documentation question

Question

For something like...
public static void main(String[] args)
        Scanner in = new Scanner(System.in);
        System.out.println("PLEASE USE NUMBERS ONLY!!");
        System.out.print("Enter the first digit: ");
        double aFirst = in.nextDouble();do I have to put

Do I have to put anything for the @ part? Like @param or something like that?
I know this question might not make sense... but I don't know how to explain it correctly.
