I have the same requirement, I have used badi FI_INT_CUS01, and I set get_otf = 'X' in the method INT_PRINT_OPTIONS, so before the spool is closed (method INT_PRINT_SPOOL_CLOSED), I could have the OTF data to send it by email.
The only problem is that in that method you cannot get details about partner, so that you can send the the mail to that particular partner.
Would you be so kind to share with me the solution you have found for this?

Problems when trying to send a smartform through fax
Hi,
Im currently confronting a problem when sending smartforms through fax to multiple recipients.
This is the scenario Im working on:
The client needs to be able to send a document, could be a PO or invoices, to diferent recipients at the same time. So far in case of purchase orders, we have been able to find the respective faxes and emails for each of the partner functions.
Functionality for email is working as desired but when sending faxes I have problems.
Reviewing the output through SOST I get all my receipients which are email and faxes. Emails are fine since it creates a PDF attachment with the order and all of its details.
For fax I get the same even though the paramenters are set for fax.

Hi All,
I wanna send the quotation format to multiple vendors in PDF through mail.
I have developed RFQ using smartforms.
Please lemme know how to do this and wat r the steps to be taken.

I want to send a smartform through email as pdf attachment.In the code I have hardcoded the receiver mail id.But I don't want this to be sent only to a particular receiver.I want this to be sent as many people as I can without hardcoding their mail id's in the program.How can I do that?

Connection to btinternet account through Mail
I have a btinternet account which I have been able to access through 'Mail' whilst traveliing in the US and UAE. on 13th June Mail stopped being able to connect to me btinterent account. I have tried to reload the account using the procedures described by both Apple and BT but it still doesn't work when I am in the UAE. It does work when I am in the UK!
Secondly, whilst I can access my mail through webmail, all mail before 13 June appears to have been deleted. Can anyone help?Presumably you have a paid-for Yahoo account which permits POP* access (the free account doesn't). If you have this set up in Mail, go to Mail Preferences>Accounts>the Yahoo account: click 'Advanced' and tick 'Remove copy from server after retrieving a message' (though actually this is the default so it ought already to be ticked): set the pop-up menu below this to 'Right away'.

Developed program to send sapscript output through mail in pdf format, the program running properly, even function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 returning sy-subrc 0. But the external mail is not going to user lying in SAP outbox with message <b>"Wait for communications service"</b> . SCOT is properly configured, tested mails sending through SAP office.

A cyclic job runs, which processes the messages seen in the SOST queue.
Are you sure it's not the frequency of the cyclic job, rather than the
number of messages in the queue, that you are observing? In messages
that are queued and before the cyclic job runs, "wait for comm. service"
is the normal status.
If you mean that there are always 4 items queued in SOST regardless of
the cyclic send job, then I have no ideas. I would have thought there
was no way to do that.
when the send job runs it just never
picks them up & sends them, while it picks up many others. The send job
is somehow blind to these; no error message occurs. In this case, I
'delete' them from the queue (in SOST) and then 'undelete' (drop down
menu -> /Go to /Deleted Items) them and then re-queue them. THEN they
actually get picked up & sent when the next cyclic send job executes.

How to send internal table data through mail from report in foreground

iam trying to convert the internal table data into excel format and sending it through mail by runnning the report in foreground.
mail is going sucessfully with excel format,but iam facing the problem in the excel format of the material column as follows:
the matrno shows the wrong format -2.63E+11 instead of displaying correct format-263215000000.
Pls suggest the alternative process for the above mentioned problem.

Try to copy 263215000000 in one of the cells of excel sheet and press enter.It will automatically convert into -2.63E+11 .
This means the default formatting of the excel sheet makes this happen.If you convert the format of the cell to "NUMBER" then u will get the required result.
But I doubt whether or not it is possible through ABAP programming.

How to send original filename as the attachment name through mail adapter?
Hi,
I have a File to Mail scenario where the file is picked up from a folder in R/3 system and is sent as an attachment through mail. The requirement is to send the file unconverted and with the same file name.
When tried without creating any ESR objects, it was sending the file with the name Untitled.xml.
Since the filename has to be picked dynamically, I am not able to configure it through module parameters also (where we can set it through Content_Disposition)
I tried configuring it as mentioned in the following link: [http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=138084630]
But still it is going as Untitled.xml with the whole mail package as the content of the attachment.
Any pointers to solve this issue will be of great help.
