So ANNOYED! I changed my apple id and it wont update on my app store. Now I can't download anything.
Not sure what is going on. I changed my apple id, made the new one my only apple id. And my iPad won't recognize it. It is still using my old one especially in the app store. It won't change at all. Anyone have suggestions?
If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad. If you created a new account then any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can download updates to its apps.

It seems Apple is having some issues at their end. There have been hundreds of posts on the forum with the same problem.

Is anybody else still not able to use the App Store? I can't download nor update any apps. I have an IPhone 5 device not currently updated to iOS 7 as my partner also has an iPhone 5 running iOS 7 and it seems to have some issues at the moment.

Download I OS 5 and now I can't download anything.
Okay so I updated my iPad to I OS 5 and now I can't download anything. It just gives me a waiting on apps and books. As for the videos and music I get preparing to download. My router looks like its download even when I stop the download. It blinks every time I turn on the iPad but I cant download any thing. is there anyone that can help me fix this?
Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc. -

First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPod. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).

I accidently connected and synced on my mums itunes on her computer. I then did my best to delete of that computers ITUNES. She now has my updates on her APP store. How can i take this away? Thanks
That happened to my brother earlier. He went into Facebooand then into another app and the same thing happened. he ended up having to restore it. Mine stayed with the Apple logo for a bit but its back to normal after pressing the buttons a million times. I hope you get your problem sorted. Goodluck!

All apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be updated using another iTunes account/Apple ID, nor can they be transferred to another iTunes account/Apple ID. You'll have to contact iTunes support, explain the situation & request they add your apps to the download queue of your new Apple ID:

I changed my Apple ID and had problems with my Account.Once iTunes Store had sorted those out I decided to back up on my 3 devices.Now my Notes and Reminders are all old ones and the new ones I created in the last few days have disappeared.
Ok. Found something that said to shut down and hold the option, command, p, and r keys on restart. Held them down for a few restarts and everything automatically signed in and works. Woohoo!!!

Somehow I tapped the wrong button and ended up in the Spanish App Store. I got a message saying I can only purchase apps in the American App Store. How do I get back to the American App Store? Thanks in advance. Btw, I use an iPad 3.

I downloaded the last update on my iPad and now I can not download from the apple store or iTunes. I just sits there and continues to act like it will but nothing happens. And then it times out and goes back to home screen. Have a 32 so have have plenty of room.
What would you advice I do? I purchased this iPad in dec 2013.Double tap your home button to bring up the most recently used apps.
You'll see the app icon below and a screen shot of the app page above.
With your finger swipe the app page above the app icon upwards to fully close the apps (you should do this regularly).
Now, reboot your iPad. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. You won't lose any data or settings.
When your iPad comes back up, see if you can download again. -
I changed my Apple ID it works when purchasing new apps but when I have updates for my apps my old Apple ID pops up and I can not update, how do I fix this?
If you changed your Apple ID. It should work for new purchases or updates. If you created a new ID, then you have to use the old ID and password in order to update the apps. Purchases are forever tied to the ID used to make the purchase and ID's cannot be combined nor can the purchases.
If you need to sign I to your old ID go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap the ID and sign out, and sign in with the other ID. -
