All apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be updated using another iTunes account/Apple ID, nor can they be transferred to another iTunes account/Apple ID. You'll have to contact iTunes support, explain the situation & request they add your apps to the download queue of your new Apple ID:

Take the SIM out and reseat it. Was your phone jailbroken or unooficially unlocked? If so then when you upgraded the phone locked again to the original carrier. If that is the case you need a SIM from that carrier to use the phone or you could contact that carrier and have them unlock it for you

I am attempting to download ITunes on my new computer which is Windows 8 OS. Unfortunately I continue to get an error indicating that the app could not be downloaded, another time it was only partially downloaded, I turned off the firewall and that still didn't help. IMO, as a student pick the Air. You will find it is much lighter and won't cause strain over a full day of carrying it around. But don't forget to get a nice padded case/bag or slip cover for it cause you want to protect your investment.
If you haven't already go to the store and see touch and feel the differences ultimately one will feel "right" and then you'll know. Pick your upgrade options and enjoy your new mac! -

You need to use a newer Mac OS X version. A G4 can be upgraded to 10.5.8(if desired, buy a retail DVD from a source such as Amazon or eBay), but you'll likely find it more cost-effective to buy a secondhand Intel Mac.

If you forgot (or don't know) your passcode, restore the device from backup on the last computer it was synced with when the passcode was turned on... this will remove the passcode. If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, or you don't have a backup, you will have to force it into recovery mode & restore as a new device.

To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID.
If you are changing to a different iCloud account and need to migrate your data to this new account, when you are prompted about what to do with the iCloud data be sure to select Keep On My iPad. Then when you sign into the new account, when prompted choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account. -

I suspect unless he had some items in iCloud backup then they are gone. Connecting an iPhone to a different library from that to which it was previously connected will result in the device asking if you want to erase it.

okay, I figured it out. But for anyone else with this same issue. Open up your itunes. On the panel, on the left hand side, click downloads. It won't show your old stuff, but on the botttom right hand side, there will be a button you can left click that reads "download previously purchased" and everything shows. You just select all and confirm download. YAY! Glad I got my music back :-) Hope this helps

I have tried everything from reserting my password to trying different passwords but it asks me for a custom question that i dont remember creating.
