So I keep getting the "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction." note in my apps, and I tried contacting iTunes, but I can't fine the express lane or any means of contacting them.

So as I said, I keep getting that statement, and all the forums keeps saying use the ITunes store express lane, but I can't seem to fine the buttons for the express lane.cplease help.
