okay, i've tried changing my password, i've checked in with my bank on my credit card, but still nothing. It keeps saying to "contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" every time i try verifying my billing account. Any Help or ideas??

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

Recently, i've used my itunes account to purchased apps, songs, games, etc. But when i input my visa card number and code, there is a error shown up "please contact itunes support to complete this transaction". I can't purchase itune gift card or any apps in US store. I don't know how to fix this problem. So anyone know how to contact apple support by email( not phone 'cause i'm in Vietnam) or how to fix this problem directly please help me. Thanks in advance.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.
