If your daughter's Apple ID appears for updates with a particular app, then it was her Apple ID that bought the app and only her Apple ID can update, redownload and suthorize devices to use the app.
If you want this app for yourself, you will need to delete her licencsed copy of the app and buy the app for yourself using your Apple ID.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

The app you are trying to download my be a zipped file and more space than 1.3GB. go to settings/general/usage and delete what you no longer want to make more space

You would have to purchase a retail Leopard installer DVD. Since they are difficult to find you may need to search on eBay, Amazon.com, and Google to find a suitable copy.

Check for 'others' in iTunes against your iPhone.
Restore from a previous backup to reclaim some of it.

As Carolyn said, you'll need to have space on your device. If you want to see how space is being used up by what applications you can follow Carolyn's advice: Tap Settings > General > About
One option is to delete some old applications.
Another options is to temporarily remove your music.
Another option is to transfer some photos to your computer to make space. To do this, open iPhoto and click "import photos. Just be sure to check the option "Delete items from camera after downloading" or you won't actually delete anything and won't make any space!

You cannot. The apps are assigned to that Apple ID and there is nothing you can do to change that. You could choose to download them again with the new Apple ID, any paid apps will need to be purchased again.

Your phone needs more storage, buying storage on iCloud.com doesn't change that.
Delete some of the stuff off of your phone, it's full.

Installing the OS X Lion Update 10.7.3 (Client Combo) reinstalls the App Store for you which may help. Restart your Mac after the combo is installed.
It's ok to do this even though you are already running v10.7.3.
If that doesn't help, if you have anti virus software installed, disable that.
If you have an app called LIttle Snitch installed, that can prevent apps from updating.
