Software Report - How to clean it up?

Hi guys,
I just came up with the following query to get the list of software (in Add/Remove Programs) installed in All Systems collection and based on a certain string contained in the client's hostname.

Set @CollID = 'XXX00001'
SELECT DisplayName0, Count(*) AS 'Count', Publisher0, Version0, @CollID as CollectionID
FROM v_Add_Remove_Programs arp
JOIN v_FullCollectionMembership fcm on arp.ResourceID=fcm.ResourceID
JOIN v_R_System_Valid rsv on arp.ResourceID=rsv.ResourceID
WHERE fcm.CollectionID = @CollID and rsv.Netbios_Name0 LIKE '%SITECODE1%' GROUP BY DisplayName0, Publisher0, Version0
ORDER BY Publisher0, Version0
Now, the report works, but I've got a problem. How can I clean it up?
Let's make an example, I ran this query on a single machine (changed sitecode1 with my laptop's hostname) but I've got also double informations! For instance:
Microsoft Office Standard 2013 - Count is 2
Microsoft Visio Standard 2013 - Count is 2
Movie Maker - Count is 2
Photo Gallery - Count is 2
Windows Live Essentials - Count is 2
Microsoft Lync 2013 - Count is 2
You understand that if I ran this query on 3000 clients I will have a fake report!

Thanks, I'll give it a try.
In the meantime I had the idea to go ahead and search by product ID rather than by name.
Does anybody know the difference between ProdID0 (from v_Add_Remove_Programs) and ProductID0 (from v_GS_INSTALLED_SOFTWARE_CATEGORIZED)?
They're two different type of Product ID, is it possible that the second one only applied to the software deployed through SCCM?
When I try the below, it seems to work ok, the problem is that I need to get all ProdID0's! I think I should used the structured product id (rather than, for instance, Office14.VISIO):

With the above (when ran on a restricted number of clients) I seem to get the correct number of the specified software. Again, I probably need to use the huge product id rather than the small one since, for instance, the short version doesn't exist for Lync
2010.
Using {81BE0B17-563B-45D4-B198-5721E6C665CD} on all inventoried machines, (I hope) I'm getting a reliable count, it also split them by version. Any suggestion's appreciated.
