[Solved] medit warning/error after update

This is what I get now when I open medit from the command line
$ medit
medit: Symbol `FamErrlist' has different size in shared object, consider re-linking
and medit can't figure out when a file being edited is modified on disk.
The affected package is medit 0.9.4-4, reverting to medit 0.9.4-3 solves this.
Oh and I guess this doesn't work because I'm using gamin not fam.

I am running nginx 1.0.6-2. on 64 bit OpenVZ. This problem occurred after update form 1.0.5. When I try to reach a simple static page with hello world I get 403 error. I hadn't touch configuration file. I tried to manipulate with permissions but still nothing. Here is my currently permissions.

Putting your web root in /usr/share is a stupid idea. You should just override defaults with /srv/ as appropriate for your own setup. The shipped default is only so it shows a page at all the first time you start it up, not a recommendation you put your own files there.

Hi all,
im having some troubles after the installation of SP19 (from SP16 in NW04) with File Adapter (File->Idoc scenario).
In message monitoring (Adapter Engine), I have several messages with status "System Error". The error text is :
Received XI System Error. ErrorCode: INBOUND_BINDING_ERROR
ErrorText: ErrorStack: Error in sender agreement for party '', service 'LEGACY_DEV', interface namespace 'http://XXXXX.com/XXXXXX', interface 'INTERFACE_OB' No sender agreement found for , , , , ,
Im sure that the Integration Directory settings have not been changed. So I tried the following, but the problem persists:
- Deactivation/Activation of File Adapter channel
- check that user XIISUSER is not locked
- checked SXI_CACHE (it seems ok)
- Many CPA full refresh
- Dummy modifications of File Adapter channels (a dummy modification of the description)
- Reboot J2EE
I've seen that someone else had problems after upgrading to SP19. I'd really appreciate any suggestion of how to solve my issue.

Does any experience this problem after updating to ZCM11sp1?

Thank you for your responding. I have already checked to view Internet
sites in compatibility mode with no luck. I tried several different

.wav error after update

This past week my curve did an automatic update when I plugged it into the manager. Prior to the update I was able to play the .wav files that are emailed to me by my office voicemail system. Now after the update I get an error stated unsupported format. I'm on Sprint.
Anyone know why this error is occurring and how I can get it to play the .wav files again?

I get the same error after updating through Help->Check for Updates. I am at version 1.1.2.25 and the update does not change the version number of Oracle SQL Developer (Help->About), it remains at 1.1.2.25 (although if I look in extensions tab, it says: oracle.sqldeveloper 1.1.3.27.66 Loaded, possible bug in displaying version number?). I ran the update several times and was able to reproduce the error under a specific condition. If I am connected to a database at the time of the update I get the error. If I am not conneceted at the time of the update I do not get the error.
As stated, by Donal, sql developer seems to get over the problem after restarting itself twice.

After installing the last Updates for my SharePoint Farm 2013, I ran into an issue. When I try to connect to the site, I get this error :

And there is a lot of strange behaviours within my farm. I cannot run a psconfig, the services FIMService
and FIMSynchronizationService cannot start, I can see the category "Office 365" in Central Administration but I have a SharePoint Server 2013, not online or any 365 thing... And I cannot uninstall previous SharePoint Updates...
Any idea ?

If you are using SharePoint 2013 Server edition, please re-download the
SharePoint Server 2013 SP1(KB2880552) instead of SharePoint Foundation version, then install it on the server and check results again, here is another post with similar

My office's HP printers weren't working anymore this morning, my cups log showed the following errors after a pacman -Syu.
It looks that libnetsnmp.so.25 is required by hplip 3.11.10-1, but the latest net-snmp 5.7.1-1 provides libnetsnmp.so.30.

Unfortunately the software you obtain from the Printer Software Update doesn't include the HP Scan application - only the print and scan drivers. I just checked on your product and it doesn't appear that there are plans to release an updated HP Scan installer for this model.
On Mavericks it seems your best option will be to use Apple's Image Capture scan application. You can find this application in the /Applications folder. You also have the option to scan using Preview. Look in the File menu for the command to import from a scanner.

i got a serious problem after updating like this:
$mplayer
mplayer: error while loading shared libraries: libtdb.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
maybe something about libtdb & libcanberra goes wrong...
can anybody solve the issue?

sudo pacman -S librsvg did the trick. (I don't know why, since it isn't a recompile)

It seems that only a Darktable plugin needed correcting, again a re-install fixed that.

[SOLVED] Balsa error after update

Hi
After doing the big update and fixing the sound problems i discovered that my balsa program didn't work
When running from terminal it produces this error.
"error while loading shared libraries: libgtkhtml-3.6.so.18: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
after reading som advice concerning this type of error I updated the gtkhtml package.
To my suprice it is version 3.8.1-1
Shouldn't a newer version cover backwards??????
Can anyone advice me what to do to get balsa up and running

I have never used ABS before It was simple. I just followed the Wiki and didn't change anything in the PKBUILD file. Did the makepkg
Then I used pacman -U balsa-*
and it was done.
It is even a newer balsa than in the repository

[SOLVED] GDM/Gnome Issues after Updates

hi everyone!
ive run into some pesky problems (possibly nvidia related) after a full update this morning. after booting up, gdm tries to run, but it crashes and retries over and over again with this message (shown in systemctl status gdm while running):
Failed to contact accountsservice. Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.Accounts: GDBus.Error: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.TimedOut: Activation of org.freedesktop.Accounts timed out
i tried installing lxdm and lightdm (the former loaded, the latter didnt), but that also didnt seem to work. with lxdm i couldnt log in to gnome (screen just went black), with lightdm i had no luck at all (didnt start at all).
can anyone point me in the right direction to debug this?

i installed nouveau and lightdm again and checked the status with systemctl. seems polkit is looking for a file called libmozjs-17-0.so:

i checked /usr/lib and found libmozjs-24.so… weird

so i reinstalled a package called js17, undid all my changes with lightdm, slim et al, reinstalled nvidia and it seems it works!

Last update (at 2014-04-16) gives me a great headache.
All my keyboard shorcuts had become useless: freezings reach up to 30 secs.
Number of applications are bricked, i.e. evolution can not to read any message from imap server.
I have a bulk of errors in my journalctl. This is cut of them (Hmm, what do you think about a necessity to punish the guy that invented localized logs?)

Invalid Color Space error after update Reader to 9.3.3

After updating Adobe Reader to 9.3.3 I run into the Invalid Color Space error when trying to open a PDF file created with CorelDraw 12 in the format PDF/X-1A. This format needed by a printing office to print the file. The strange thing is that Reader opens older PDF files exported from CorelDraw in thsi format normally without the error message.
It happens only with PDF exports made after the Reader update. CorelDraw settings are as previously used.
Exports in other formats, other than PDF/x-1, X-1A and X-3 open normally. How to solve this??
