Solving a procedure

PLEASE HELP URGENT PROBLEM!!!
I have a problem with solving a procedure.
The question is
Granting access for membership to the next person on the waitinglist,
and estabishing a ordinary membership in the clubb.
This is a golfclubb database.
I think that I must delete the waithing list number and then assing a new membership number
It contains a table for waitinglist, person and a subclass Member.
Plase help me

What exactly is your problem? Or are you just expecting somebody to do your homework for you?

How to solve the "procedure has not been executed or has no result" error

Recently we are getting the "procedure has not been executed or has no result" error while executing Procedures and Dynamic SQL queries in our PowerBuilder 12.5 Application. Can anyone diagnose the cause of such error messages? Better still can someone help us in finding the resolution for this issue?

The Database is SQL Server. Here follows the error details:
ERROR Code: -1
ERROR Text: procedure has not been executed or has no result
Row Count: 0
Terminating application-
I am not even sure if the error is from Database or from Powerbuilder itself. The code is a simple call to a procedure:

[SOLVED] Question: procedure for official developer/trusted user keys

A simple question, I hope:
I've generated my key, signed the 5 master keys, and granted `marginal' trust to each. Afterwards when updating, pacman asks if I'd like to `import' several keys attached to names that I recognize from the developer community.
My question: After importing in this way, am I finished? Were these new keys confirmed to be signed by 3 or more master keys?

Difference procedure and function

some tasks solved both procedures and functions.when we go to function and when we
go to procedure.

One other difference is "Using the RETURN Statement"
In procedures, a RETURN statement does not return a value and so cannot contain an expression. The statement returns control to the caller before the end of the procedure.
In functions, a RETURN statement must contain an expression, which is evaluated
when the RETURN statement is executed. The resulting value is assigned to the
function identifier, which acts like a variable of the type specified in the RETURN
clause.

LV crashes when I try to save a VI - "fpsane.cpp line 269 error"

Dear LV users:
“Fpsane.cpp, line 269 error”
I have this error when I modify the VI and try to save it. Often I run it once and save it without problem. When I modify it again and try to save it, the error appears and LV crashes.
First I made a 6.0.2 upgrade and later I followed the “solving troubles” procedure at NI home page, like empty the TEMP directory and so on.
Later I sent my VI to NI support and I received the confirmation that they were able to reproduce the error, but not able to isolate it. Also they wrote that “Maybe can be a problem with the charts” and “it could be a bug in LV 6.0.2 which is fixed in LV 6.1”.
They saved my VI as a 6
.1 version and there were no problems (any error).
The problem is:
“ LV 6.1 is the next release (newest version) of LV and it will be released this year (the date is not fixed). That's not an update like LV 6.0.2 but a new version of LV. It must be purchased”
So I have a trouble here. I have some VIs that contains some parts in common. Now they are crashing too. I’m not confident anymore to make tests and modifications, since LV will crash again. What I’m doing after run my VI is exiting LV and open the VI again. Only after I can realize (and save) the modifications. This way is really a pain in a neck....
Please, can someone tell me a good way to isolate this problem or to solve it? I really don’t want to wait LV 6.1 nether to buy it to solve this “bug”....

Dear LV users
Sorry for not have included the VI.
"test time save format.vi" is a learning program that contains some ideas to be used in another one. The error (fpsane.cpp) that appears here also was detected in LV 6. On the first time after grouping/edit some controls.
This error occurs when you modify the VI and try to save it. Often you run it once and save it without problem. When you modify it again and try to save it, the error appears. This is the same problem that happened with 2 other VI, even with one LV original example (after grouping).
The same error happened in another computer (also running NT4). All libraries were rebuilt during the installation of LV 6.02 and the TEMP directory is empty.
I hope that this vi will help us.

ORA-12952 and Oracle 10g XE problem with migration to 11g XE

My DB (Oracle 10g XE) reach storage limit. I have tried to migrate to 11g XE version but unsuccessful.

1. When I tried to delete some old data from USERS dataspase by some PROCEDURE I got the next error:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo tablespace 'UNDO'
This problem I solved. PROCEDURE generate huge buffer for transaction. Therefore I deleted the old data by small pieces.
After I have deleted the old data the Application start to comunicate with database without ORA-12952 error.
2. I've reduced the size of SYSAUX (http://remidian.com/oracle/purging-sysaux-tablespace-purging-awr-reports.html) down to 94%
3. I has SYSTEM tablespace 100% full. When I've tried to resize the SYSTEM table up I got the ORA-12952. Then I've increased the SYSTEM table size by 1M. In such way I got additional 9Mb for the SYSTEM tablespace (from 360Mb to 369Mb 98%). Is any other way to reduce of the SYSTEM tablespace filling?

Problem in a package

Hi Guys,
I have a package with 3 steps, in one step a flat file is generated, the second step go to a remote server and deletes the flat file if exists,
the third copies the flat file to the remote server.
When I run my package all the steps are executed but the flat file not have the size that must be. I think that this happen because inmediately
that the flat file is generated is send to the remote server.
Is there any way to delay the execution of the second step some seconds to give time to the first step to finish completely?
Any help to solve this will be appreciated.

Hi Guru,
Instead of using a package steps why dont you use procedure steps.
create a procedure with multiple connections
first command: File generation scenario
second command: OdiSleep
third command: Remote server check
fourth command: Copy to remote server
your problem will be solved because procedure commands will execute in sequence

You cannot post new Thread If you have more than 10 Open Threads. First Close the Threads if they solved.
Procedure for Clsoing thread is Identify the Thread and in Top of Thread there is an Option Called Answered By Clicking in this option you can close your thread.
One More option to Identify your Thread is in the Right Corner there is an Options called Your Questions If you click here it will show your own threads.

Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData when Scheduling

Dear Experts,
We have a Web Intelligence report that refreshes in the Rich Client without a problem. If we try to schedule this report, we receive the following error message.
A database error occurred. The database error text is: Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData. FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND. (WIS 10901)
I've read the related SAP Note that says this is due to large data volumes, but it refreshes in the Rich Client fine. We've also restricted the WebI queries as much as we can and the underlying BEx query is also heavily restricted.
We're running BOE 3.1 SP2.
Any help to solve this problem will be massively appreciated,

Think is not million of records if cells if you have 10 dimensions and 100.000 records you will have this problem, because is million of cells.
How many dimension do you have in the query panel?
Other issue that I had with similar error number was related to LOV, and I solved this procedure:
1. check your Web Intelligence Processing Servers are enabled and running?
2. Does the user have the appropriate rights to the universe and connection underlying the report?
3. Do an integrity check on the Universe and resolve all cardinality issues from the migration.
Once all the integrity issues were resolved and the LOV's recreated u2013try to re-export the Universe, which will resolve the WIS errors.
4. check you have the Universes existing in the correct universe folders.
5. And also check the disk space.

Error MDDataSetBW.GetCellData (WIS 10901)

Hi all,
Iu2019m working with Business Objects series XI 3.1 and SAP BI. It give me the following error when I try to refresh a query in WebI after add on an additional characteristics. If remove that any characteristic, it works fine.
"...MDDataSetBW.GetCellData. See RFC trace file or SAP system log for more details. (WIS 10901)"
Please help me on this.

[Solved] Wine Problem: Cant Locate Procedure In DLL

I'm trying to run a windows exe via wine and it when I double click the program a message box pops up that says "The Procedure * could not be located in the DLL MSVBVM60.dll" IIRC this DLL is one of the ms visual basic runtimes and I've tried a few things to remedy this problem but none of them seem to work. I don't really use wine that much so I'm no expert with it, I tried adding the DLL to the preferred list but that didn't fix anything. The DLL's are in the same folder as the application and the app itself is portable so it doesn't need to be installed. I installed the VB6 runtime files with winetricks but I still have the same error. Any help would be appriciated.

Until a better explanation comes along, I've added this info to the BG:
Don't worry if some of the letters show up as white squares or as other symbols. It's probably just the console font missing those glyphs. The glyph codes are correct and if you press the correct keys they will show up fine when (or if) you set up a graphical environment later.
