Hi everyone
Some BT TV customers incorrectly charged for Broadband usage in February.
We’ve noticed an incorrect Broadband usage charge for January usage has been applied in the February bill to a small number of BT TV customers on a limited broadband option. We are very sorry for this mistake.
What we are doing to put things right?
We’ve fixed the issue so it’s no longer a problem.
We’re crediting back customers for any incorrect charges.
If you have been affected by this we will adjust and automatically credit your next bill.
Question: How will I know if I have been affected?
Answer: If you have received a usage charge for January in your February bill and if you have a BT TV subscription then you will have been affected.
Question: How do I get a refund?
Answer: If you have not already had your automatic refund we will be automatically crediting the full charge on your next bill.
Question: I am a BT TV customer, why can I not see the usage monitor?
Answer:  At the moment, BT TV customers can’t view their usage. You will see this message:
The usage monitor is currently not available for a small number of customers. We understand how important it is to monitor usage, and as you're not able to view the usage monitor we will not charge you for going over your usage limit this month. You don't need to do anything, we'll take care of that.
If you see this message, please be reassured that we've not charged you for any YouView usage this month.

    I'd like to create company product catalogue on iPad.
    We charge for our paper catalogue but for some premium customers, they can obtain our catalogues for free.
    If I publish my catalogue with iBooks author, could I charge some customers only and not the others? Is there a way to issue coupon code or using any alternative method to achieve this?

    No.  If you want to give it away to some people, you would have to distribute it yourself by email, server download, etc., instead of via the iBookstore.

    Try giving it a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys, past when you see the red power down slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again.
    But  if that charger works just fine with your other iPad and not this one, I'd call up your local apple store and make an appointment so they can look at it. Usually when an iPad wont' charge (when plugged into the wall with its supplied charger) it's
    Bad outlet
    bad power brick
    bad cable
    and if the charger is working with another iPad then that rules that out and the thing left is something wrong with the 30 pin port on the iPad, or perhaps something with the battery or software that monitors the battery. ANd things like that are beyond a user fix.
    On the upside if the device is still under warranty - and barring any obvious signs of abuse or neglect - then it should be covered under the warranty.

    Since it's a new machine, contact Apple Service, iMac Service or Apple's Express Lane. Do note that if you have AppleCare's protection plan and you're within 50 miles (80 KM) of an Apple repair station, you're eligible for onsite repair since yours is a desktop machine. That also might apply to newly bought ones inside the first 90 days.
    FWIW, IMO, the AppleCare extended plan's the cheapest insurance you can get for your new desktop machine.

    iTunes Store menu > View My Account...
    Sign in and select "See All" in Purchase History.
    You can only see them in "batches" of ten. As far as I know there is no way to obtain a comprehensive summary.
    The prices are tabulated in that list. If they were supposed to be free, and they show that you were charged, then click the arrow next to the suspect purchases and click "report a problem".

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

    It's possible that the message you got was to update the AirPort Express Base Station's (AX) firmware...and that something might have gone wrong during the upgrade.
    Let's start by performing a "factory default" reset on the AX to get it back to it's original "out-of-the-box" condition.
    Then, let's set it up to work with your cable modem...
    AirPort Express Base Station Setup (AX) w/High-Speed Cable Modem
    Modem/Router Power ReCycling (optional)
    - Power-off the Cable modem, AX, & computer(s). (Wait at least 30 minutes. If possible, leave the modem off overnight.)
    - Power-on the Cable modem; Wait at least 30 minutes.
    - Power-on the AX; Wait at least 5 minutes.
    - Power-on the computer(s)
    Setup the AX
    With the network components powered down, set up the AX, using the AirPort Admin Utility, either connect to the AX's wireless network or connect your computer directly (using an Ethernet cable) to the Ethernet port of the AX, and then, try these settings:
    AirPort tab
    - Base Station Name: <whatever you wish or use the default>
    - AirPort Network Name: <whatever you wish or use the default>
    - Create a closed network (unchecked)
    - Wireless Security: Not enabled
    - Channel: Automatic
    - Mode: 802.11b/g Compatible
    Internet tab
    - Connect Using: Ethernet
    - Configure: Using DHCP
    - WAN Ethernet Port: Automatic
    Network tab
    - Distribute IP addresses (checked)
    - Share a single IP address (using DHCP & NAT) (enabled)
    Do not, at this point, set up any security (i.e., WEP/WPA encryption, closed network, etc.) to first make sure the AX is operating properly. Try to access the Internet wirelessly with your MacBook. If you're successful, go ahead and add any security features you wish.
