Some external Users are getting Duplicate Emails from our domain

Some external Users are getting Duplicate Emails from our domain. I have Exchange 2013 and is properly configured. A user reported me that, I sent one email to the other domain's user, and it was delivered twice after 1 or 2 hours.  I checked the Message
track log on exchange servers and email was resubmitted and sent from the edge server after 2 hours.
I have no idea why this is happening? can you please help me on this issue.

Maybe some hidden rules cause this, I suggest use MFCMapi tool to double check whether there is any hidden rules exist.

    If you have Exchange, you can track the email from there to see if that yields any value. You can also turn up the diagnostic logging in Central Admin -> Monitoring -> Configure diagnostic logging -> SQL Server Reporting Services, and selecting:
    Report Server Email Extension
    Report Server Schedule
    Report Server Subscription
    Turn them up to Verbose in the Trace log, then monitor the ULS log when you identify a user who has received duplicate emails.

    Hi Ramesh,
    As far as I know, users should not get kicked out unless someone terminates their session.
    Even if they lock some data and the same data is needed by some job, it's the job that would fail showing data lock. Similarly, if some other uses tries to access the locked data, the user who is accessing later would face the issue of not being able to go to edit mode.
    It's possible to write programs that could specifically do this work of kicking out users before we run batch jobs, but let me assume that this is not the case with you.
    One possibility is that there is issue in livecache and so users are not able to access livecache or get kicked out from their active session (e.g. your log area gets full, then users would soon get kicked out after seeing the system hanging initially). This you would need to check at the time when users face issue. This would also mean that other processes that need livecache should also fail e.g. GATP, or SNP planning or PPDS planning related jobs would fail at the same time.
    If you could share exactly what error message the users are seeing, that could be helpful in resolving the issue.

    That's fine. 
    On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud. Switch Mail off then back on.
    Same with your iPhone. Tap Settings > iCloud. Swtich Mail off then back on.
    Restart the Mac.
    Restart your iPhone.  Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
    Hopefully that will prevent duplications.

    Someone is probably sending spam with your address forged on the To: line.  Could be one of your old contacts with a Windows machine has a virus that's doing it.  It's also possible your e-mail account has been hacked, though I'd think such a hacker would be a bit more purposeful.

  • Hyperion Shared Services -- External user containers getting missed out .

    In my hyperion enviornment user authentication is done through native directory and also through External directories configured to LDAP - OIDM . Frequently the external containers are getting disappeared from the shared services console. But when i restart the services its getting back some time. Some times it take some time to reflect back. I dont understand why this is happening.Quick hep is appreciated.

  • On 3G we cannot send emails from either our iPhones or iPad and this also happens with some WiFi connections but not all.  Yet we can always send emails from our Hotmail Email account.  What is causing this and what do we need to do to resolve it?

    On 3G we cannot send  Business emails from either our iPhones or Ipad and this also happens with some WiFi connections but not all.  Yet we can always send emails from our Hotmail Account using both 3G and WiFi.
    We bought the iPhones and Ipad so that we could send emails while we are out of the Office, but we are not able to do this unless we can find a WiFi connection. Incoming emails are fine.  We use IMAP, for Business emails just incase this is relevant and I know that Hotmail is POP3.
    Our technical IT knowledge is not great, so we look forward to your suggestions as to how to resolve this. 

    Contact whomever supports the email account and get the correct Outgoing email server settings from them.

    I keep getting an email from Apple telling me that my Apple Id has been successfully reset.  I did not reset it.  Since early June 2013 to now i have had to reset it 3 times.  It is not an easy one to remember either. Initally I thought it was some pfishing expedition but no purchases have been confirmed by my visa.  My kids use my Apple Id to download APs and I am informed when this happens.  Nothing strange happening on the financial site at all. Just frustrating as we have to keep updating the ID to use messenger, I cloud etc on all of the devices.  I called Apple Support and the girl initally said she knew nothing about this but then spoke to someone else and they are aware of this ongoing problem and are working on it.  Any suggestions? Are others having the same problems?

    If the system didn't ship with Mountain Lion originally and you didn't purchase Mountain Lion yourself, then you will need to purchase. A purchase by the system's original owner cannot be transferred to you.
    Unless you have another system on which you have purchased Mountain Lion, you will need to first install Mac OS X 10.6.8 on the iMac, for which you'll need either the original installation disks, if the iMac came with 10.6, or a retail copy of 10.6. Install 10.6 and upgrade to at least 10.6.6, and then you can buy Mountain Lion from the Mac App Store, presuming of course that the imac can support Mountain Lion. See:

  • Unable to select SOME external users in person or group column in SharePoint O365

    Here's a head scratcher.
    We have an O365 SharePoint(G3) instance.
    Sent external users invites to join the site from the SharePoint Group that the external user will be placed.
    External users accepted invitations and now have access to the site with the correct permissions.
    Permissions assigned to SharePoint Group.
    Some external users can be selected for "Assigned to" field (person or group column type).
    Some external users canNOT be selected for "Assigned to" field (person or group column type).
    When typing external users name that canNOT be selected, the error message "No results found" appears.
    Went to Site Settings > Site Permisisons > Check Permissions and typed in external users name that canNOT be selected, the error message "No results found" appears.
    I have no idea why this would happen for some external users and not others.
    External users that can be selected and those that canNOT be selected are in the same SharePoint Group and have the same permissions.
    Could this be due to how the external user set up their account?
    Help me please. This is driving my crazy.

  • Receiving duplicate emails from all last year!

    I have been receiving duplicate emails from November 2011 all morning, and they were long since received and deleted.  The total will be 14,955, and after five hours, we're only up to June.  What's going on, and how can this happen?  I can't get my current emails until this is finished!

    I'd like to get an answer for this as well.
    A couple of days ago, I updated from os 10.4x to os 10.5x. Since then, there have been a handful of e-mails which have been plaguing my system. Roughly 10 times a day, the e-mail will show up as a new e-mail. When I use "mail2web.com" to double check that there are no messages on my server, it shows that they are no longer there. Still, every hour or two, these handful of messages show up again as if they are new, and this has been happening for 2 days now.
    Feel free to e-mail me if you have any suggestions. The suggestions already listed didn't work for me.

    There are no completely bug free email clients including the Mail.app and Outlook has its share of bugs for such an old/mature email clients and some glaring ones that MS has been aware of for a long time but has chosen not to do anything about since these do not affect exchanging email with other Outlook users.
    Outlook has always had problems with Mail's RTF and the degree depending on the Windows and Outlook versions used by the recipient.

  • How can I stop getting duplicate emails?

    I've been getting duplicate emails for as long as I can remember. I've tried the suggestions I've found on these forums, including getting rid of MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded2 from the three mail accounts I use. I have two domains of my own, and my .mac email account, and the duplicates occur with all three accounts - and it's driving me crazy!
    I don't get duplicates of all my emails, and it seems quite random, but it does happen a lot.
    This happens on my G4 laptop at home, and also on my G5 iMac at work.
    I am anxious for a solution that actually works, because nothing I've seen suggested or tried has helped.

    David, the problem appears to be that random messages are downloaded more than once from a server (it could be any of my three servers, two of which are my own domains, and the third of which is my .mac account, which is set up as a .mac account rather than a POP account).
    I did notice this, and wouldn't be surprised if it's the cause of the problems: on my home machine, in the ~/library/mail folder, there are three POP account folders.
    Two of them match my current email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]), while the third is labelled "[email protected]@mail.hrksf.com,"
    even though I currently use [email protected] rather than [email protected] With me so far?
    On my work machine, in the ~/library/mail folder, there are two POP account folders. One is actually for a domain that no longer exists, the other is the same as #3 above - [email protected]@mail.hrksf.com. Somehow, mail.app is using these two folders to download my mail. I have tried deleting the folders but mail.app recreates them. I'm not at work to check at the moment, but I don't think either of those folders contains a MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded2 file.
    I don't know if it matters that these folders don't match my accounts, but I imagine that it does. Any ideas?

  • Getting DUPLICATE email attachments of videos taken

    I took video using the phone's own camera app and forwarded it to my email ONCE. Now, I am getting duplicate emails of this same video attachment every time I open my email. Has anyone experienced this? How can I fix it?
    Also, every time I open my email, it says "Cannot Send Mail - An error occurred while delivering this message." Then at the bottom it keeps saying "Sending 2 of 6" or "Sending 1 of 6", etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Both issues are ones normally experienced when there is an issue with the mail account not the iPhone...
    If you've already tried a hard reset...then I'd remove the mail account from iPhone...then add it back....this usually fixes synchro and dup item issues...

    Outlook is just an e-mail client, just like the mail app on the iphone.
    Your e-mail comes into your e-mail account, which you access from both Outlook and the Mail app.
