Somehow I have AcronisMigrateEasy on my Mac (I do not remember installing it - it causes Safari to crash several times a day (I get a message blaming the crash on this plugin). How do I get rid of it? Or, does it do anything I want?
There are three popular methods of uninstalling apps on a Mac.
Contact the developer and see if they have an uninstall routine. You can also look in the Apps folder to see if that app has it's own folder and look in the folder for something that will uninstall it.
Drag the app to the trash
Use a utility such as AppCleaner.

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

If you mean you are opening jpeg files that have already been edited in camera raw, that is normal.
Otherwise, that's very strange. There are many users who would like to be able to open in camera raw by default or from the Organizer and complain not to be able to do so!
Which Elements versin? From the editor or the Organizer? -

So does anyone know how to delete too much music ? Down loaded previous purchase music on my IPhone 4s in ITunes &'some how it downloaded too much of one album have 12 copies of same music all one album . So how do I get rid of it ?
Two things you could try that may or may not help.
1) Force Quit Finder. Hold the Option+Command+esc keys together and Force Quit Finder.
2) Try a Restart -
Since I downloaded Mozilla Firefox on my new computer, Babylon search engine keeps taking over my home page. I have deleted it from my computer and have installed Google as my home page - It has just done ANOTHER hostile takeover and completely kicked Google off. I have recently started to receive inappropriate mail. Although I have never opened it I can tell that it is of a pornographic nature. As well as this I constantly receive mail offering me P**** enlargement drugs. Since I am a lady of advanced years I want neither of theses !!! Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this unwanted stuff. I receive at least 4 of them everyday and am quite frankly fed up putting them into junk and deleting them, but still they keep coming. Can anyone help please.

Firefox crashes several times a day. I have not found a pattern yet. It crashes randomly, I suppose.
Firefox crashes. I think Facebook is always running. I've tried in safe mode and with all plug-ins disabled but it keeps crashing randomly. Some days no crashes at all. Some days three crashes in one minute.

I have a group of macs that were osx but are now windows xp. How do I get them back to osx?
I need help getting some macs to being macs. The last guy working on them didn't understand them so he changed them all to windows xp. Now I would like to get them all back to osx. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Yeah I tried that but it won't load because windows hard drive setup is different than the macs. I need to figure out what I need to change from the disc utility to allow osx to install on the hard drive.

When I check I have a large amount of material described as Other and is coded yellow on the information bar."Other" simply means anything that isn't recognised as music, video, images, software (apps) or a backup. So, PDFs, .doc files, text files, disk images yadda yadda yadda. All sorts of things.

While Demo's suggestion will remove the existing Apple IDs from the device, it is my understanding that there is a lifetime cap on the number of Apple IDs that can be created with each device. If a device has reached that limit, I would not expect that erasing the device would allow creation of more Apple IDs.
The relevant sentence in the iCloud Terms and Conditions is in the third paragraph of REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF THE SERVICE (the first major section:
"Apple reserves the right to limit the number of Accounts that may be created from a device and the number of devices associated with an Account. High-speed Internet access is strongly recommended for use."

You should be able to link an existing iCloud account to the iPad. If you don't have one, you may be able to create one using a browser on a desktop of notebook computer.

Yep. Same here. There's a NEW feature in iOS7 for Find my iPhone. It requires a passcode. My wife never had a passcode and doesn't have her computer to restore the backup.
Spent an hour on the phone with customer service last night trying to restore the phone to factory settings but it didn't allow us access.
Right now we have a 9-month old brick sitting on the table.
Who in their right mind decided to release this feature that requires a passcode without checking first to see if the user has a passcode?
I was not really polite to the support staff last night on the call but the person was very professional. Kudos to how he handled my call but this is just stupid. So Microsoft-like, so un-Apple-like.
This feature with this iOS rollout is a big failure and my wife, who didn't want an iPhone until she got (and loved it) but is now out looking for an Android device. Apple has lost a customer that they had only recently won over.

Thunderbird crashes several times a day since I have a Fujitsu laptop.
It just crashes - not yet while I'm working - just out of the blue while I'm doing something else or nothing. I have this problem since I bought this new Fujitsu laptop. Anything else stayed the same. Windows 7, firewall windows, anti-virus program Avira like before. The only add-on I use is "Lightning" which is the calendar function. It crashes twice a day, sometimes it's okay for 2-3 days. Can't think of any coincidences. Firefox internet explorer is working fine. I send the crash report each time with the chosen option to be contacted which I hope will happen one day. Couldn't find anything about the crash problem in connection with Fujitsu in the www. Thanks for any help.
I gave you a link to get the crash Ids, I could probable find them using the email address but if you can not be bothered to post the Ids as requested, I can not be bothered to put my self out looking for them.
Crash reports go to development and on occasion if they need additional information they use the email address provided. They do not use it to contact everyone or even most. Occasional would be an apt description.
And you are quite correct I am not on the Mozilla team, at least I am not employed by them. There is no Mozilla team in Thunderbird support. It is a community project managed by a group of volunteers. So if your waiting of Mozilla to contact you or provide you with support you will be waiting a very long time.
