Something went wrong while taking this picture

Question

Hi I see the question posted but the admin didn't give the answer could someone tell me how to fix this problem, Windows 8 and am not a teccie so please give answer in easy instructions.  It has not worked from the start, I bought this laptop last thursday.  Thanks

What we did is setting the TMP and the TEMP variable during sequencing to 'C:\ProgramData\GoogleTemp'. As a result, the OSD looks like this:
