DAY 11 was only connection lasted only 26 minutes what guided me? if the unit is defective misuse anger sony fix and give me ... if the device actually has defects from the sony .. i have 2 option 1 - Make a new handset!                            2 - or be reimbursed devolta have value! know why I chose the option 2 get my money back ... q because I knew it was not misuse my mistake and yes sony ten times I hope you guys send me a new phone I would rather get the money back .. then on the 12th I went to a store and bought a brand new handset than the s5 pq could not be without phone .. and of course do not know q tbm would be quickly receive the money on more sony did it anyway ... the atentende guided me so q q exit the report of the sony unit would get in contact with me ... PASSED DAY 12, 13,14,15,16,17,18, nobody sony came in contact with me I was waiting .... DAY 19 my surprise I get the mail apparatus sony .... so I already had a new phone ... and the worst appliance I received was not sealed by sony brand and had to use was a white .. . whom I had bought and have preferably black in color ... the note that came with the phone is saying: defects: not league, insastifacao return per customer (doa) values ​​of the product 958.13 first donation I paid not want and have the right to choose the color and model of the device that I want .. and secondly why in this note with the value of 958 if I paid 2499.00 prices are abusive? DAY 23 I was called back to sony 23 minutes told me that I was to wait two business days that sony would get in contact with me about my money ... WAITED 2 DAYS THAT WAS MORE DAY 23,24,25   DAY 25 again got in contact with sony told me I was 15 minutes q did not come within the two working days and told me to wait for the same convesar ever to get rid of a consumer ... ok .. I waited and nothing happened on 25 Liaison DAY 26 one Saturday I spent the whole day trying to connect the sony system was down leguei for them 2 times a connection was 19 minutes and from them nothing systems fell I waited about 2 hours and returned the connection took just over four minutes so the system tava off the air .. the way was to wait until Monday ... COMING MONDAY 28TH called again sony did a total of 10 connections .. First call - one caters poorly prepared not know what I was doing 36 minutes with it knocked me down on the phone line went dead ... Second connection - I was 47 minutes tava more willing to talk with some q supervisoralguem send someone with power unable WHY THEY WERE IN MEETING WAS LATER ON Q EU .. beauty waited until later .. Third connection - after waiting to end up meeting them and that is more true the connection returned 21 minutes later I was able SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISORY THAT THE NAME WAS CAROLINE At last I said to my story ... she informed me that the sony enter in contact with me urgently in the period from 1 day util pow was happy agorar I get my money back ... THE DAY I ARRIVED 29 Happy awaiting call from someone from sony that I spoke to a supervisor ...   WHAT HAPPENS SONY ME SEND ME THE SAME MACHINE THAT I HAD SENT THEM ON DAY 21 so that the note has been saying updating of software STATUS; FIXED VALUE OF NOTE 300.00 NOW I HAD NO DOUBT THAT THIS DEVICE THAT WAS USED SONY HAD SENT PASSED AND SURE TO HAVE THE WORST PHONE SONY SENT ME WAS DEFECTIVE ... when I received it on 21 I did not move and called and not the day today 29 tabem not shifted and not called ... BEAUTY WHAT TO DO NOW WITH THE SAME DEVICE COLOR WHAT I LIKE AND NOT WAITING FOR THE CONNECTION OF SONY NE THAT WAS STILL ON THE DAY THAT THE USER HAS SPOKEN SUPERVISORY ...... Connect MADE DAY 29 When first switched on - packed one asking me to send the note to a italo.souza email excuse was that connection 18 minutes SECOND IN CONNECTION - 21 minutes had already sent the note by email and asked me ... and fixed up the excuse that he could not do anything because I was still within receive a call from sony (Particularly I already knew it would not Recer this link for those who waited 20 days for them to call and nothing) accepted the apology serves more with the hope of receiving this binding ... THE THIRD Connect-I waited 39 minutes and nothing they call me the deadline of them and even the 20 hours they call you the 19h22m I was already worried and wanting to solve a problem so I called over came the BIG slapstick THEM NEVER WAS ASHAMED TAO .. . falarm me the same story waiting until 2ohs more like the missing 20 minutes of the 20 hours I made a point to speak with a supervisor to answer to and informed me he was going to transfer the call knows what happened to the 20 pm I gave the supervisor esperendo meet me in my face went dead again after 39 minutes waiting ... to sum up IT SEEMS THAT I AM ASKING PLEASE DISREGARD AND A VERY LARGE WITH HUMAN-BEING, consumerist, WITH CLIENT WITH MAN AGENT THAT POINT REACHED MY GOD SO WHAT I WANT AND I HAVE MY RIGHT YOU WANT ME THAT REQUIRE ONE THING AGAINST MY WILL MAKE ME A NOTE WITH VALUE LESS THAN I PAID HOW WILL RESELL THIS UNIT ONE DAY AND WORST IS NOT SEALED APPLIANCE NOT KNOW WHERE IT CAME ABOUT ME WARRANT THAT THIS DEVICE AND SENT Q VOCES ME IF HE REALLY NEW RIMS IN THIS DIRTY BECAUSE SUPERVISOR OR NUNHUM DERPARTAMENTO SONY NOT TALKING TO ME!!!   • The Worst Customer Service of My Life and Why I Will Never Shop at Best Buy Again

    This afternoon I decided I wanted to buy a Playstation 4. I discovered, while browsing Best Buy's website, an offer to trade in a PS3 Slim and controllers for $100 +$10 per controller. I took in the console, three controllers, and two games valued at $12 and $5 respectively for a total of $147 in trade in value. I knew what I was supposed to be getting when I walked in the door.
    So I enter store #1155 (Charlotte-Northlake) with the intention of trading in my PS3 and accessories, for a PS4 Destiny bundle. A very simple transaction, that could have easily been handled quickly (and was later handled quickly and painlessly by GameStop). I approach the desk and encounter this lethargic looking automaton named Ashlyn. Or something like that. I explain to her what I want to do, and how much I expect to get out of the trade in. She says "Well, you'll get whatever comes up on the thingy". So I set my console, 3 controllers, 3 cords (HDMI, power, controller), and two games on the counter next to the thingy (computer) and she proceeds to test to see if the console works. She incompetently moves the device and power cord over to the plug in station/screen to see if it works. After much confusion over which plug goes in what hole (I literally watched her try to plug the power cord into the HDMI slot), they stand around trying to turn on the controllers and connect them to the console. She finally discovers she needs the controller cord and asks me for it. I look on the counter to discover that it is no longer there. So I run out to the car to see if it's there, and it isn't. I come back in, and ask her if maybe she dropped it when she picked up the power cord, and she looks at someone else and says in her best impression of an incredibly rude person, "He only brought in two cords". I told her to look on the floor, and of course she found it. So they plug everything in, everything works, great. Now punch in whatever it is you punch in on the thingy and give me my PS4. Nope. Now she has to spend 20 minutes sighing and shaking her head at the computer while repeatedly asking me if my PS3 slim "is 500 GB" to which I respond, literally every time, yes. Eventually she gets help from a distracted eastern european co-worker who asks me "How much is it?" and I say "100" to which Ashlyn replies in another fantastic impression of a terrible customer service worker "He told me it was 500". I clarified that I meant $100 and 500 GB and they proceed to shake their heads and sigh at the screen as they fail to understand what I can only assume were heiroglyphics. So at this point Ashlyn has called me a liar twice, and has not once made eye contact with me, or attempted even the most basic customer service. She finally comes to the price of $117 dollars which I say "That's not right, did you get the controllers?" Naturally she did not. But also neither of them knew how to use the heiroglyphic thingy in front of them, so finally they said "Well, we can't do it in our system, so you'll have to take $117". I said no, took my stuff, and walked out. Ashlyn is a terrible customer service "specialist" and should be quickly fired.
    Part 2:
    So shaking and fuming I walk out the door to my car with my console and accessories in tow, and decide to call the other Best Buy near me at Concord Mills (Store #268). So I call, explain what I went through, and the girl on the other end of the line says "Oh, some people just don't know where to find the the right thing to do it" and said I could come down there and get it taken care of. So I head down to Concord Mills with hopes of finally making my simple transaction. I get there, tell the girl at the desk what happened, she more or less ignored me, and said she had to take it in the back and test it. Fine, do your thing. She comes back, and says "Where did you see the hundred dollar thing?" so I look it up, and WHILE I'm looking it up she says "I know what deal you're talking about, but I can only give you $40 dollars because this is in poor condition" once again in what I can only assume is corporate standard "Terrible Customer Service Rep Tone". I told her that a console is still in good condition if nothing is broken and it works perfectly, and that a few scratches don't mean "poor condition", this isn't a disc. She says "I'm not marking this as good condition, all I'll give you is $40." so I angrily picked up my stuff, and walked over to the GameStop in the nearby mall. Told him what happened, he took the console, checked that it worked, gave me $140 for everything, I paid the difference for a PS4 and they sent me on my way. 15 minutes. 2 hours of rude customer service reps at Best Buy sent me to GameStop, and I will honestly never set foot in Best Buy again.

    My younger brother got his hands on his own PlayStation 4 a few months ago, and ever since then, I don’t think he’s talked about anything else. In fact, whenever I go to my parents’ house for a visit, I can always hear him discussing game strategy with his friends through his headset.  While I’m not much of a gamer myself, I certainly understand the PS4’s appeal, so I can see why you were excited to take advantage of our Sony PS3 Slim Trade-In offer and trade up to the new console.  It’s disappointing to hear that your visit didn’t go as smoothly as planned though, and I’m sorry for any frustration this caused while you tried to figure this out on your own.
    With any trade-in offer, we should always be assessing the item in question to determine its condition. This is done to make sure you are getting the best offer possible. An item may fall under in four categories - Good, Fair, Poor and Substantially Impaired/Not Working (see here for descriptions). As Ashlyn wanted to figure out which category your PS3 Slim fell under, she took the time to see if your console powered on and made sure your controllers worked properly. This doesn’t explain why she may have had difficulties adding on your controllers to the promotion though. If an associate isn’t sure about how to do something within our systems, they should be asking a member of leadership for guidance.  I’m sorry if oversight caused you to leave the store unsatisfied.  
    Having said this, I appreciate it that you were willing to provide us a second chance and visited our Concord Mills store.  I can understand your frustration though if this store didn’t feel that your console met the terms of the promotion and therefore didn’t meet minimum $100.00 offer. In the terms and conditions of the trade-in offer, we do state that the console must be in good condition to qualify. I truly apologize for this discrepancy. Regardless, I’m glad to hear that you were able to trade in your PS3 Slim for a new PS4 console, even if it wasn’t through us.  
    Experiences like the one you describe are never ones we like to hear, but thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to let us know about it. As a company, we realize there may be areas in need of improvement, and without feedback like yours, we wouldn’t be able to identify them properly to promote better service. Please know that I have documented your concerns as this a great opportunity for the store to learn from, and it is my hope that you give us a second chance in the near future.

    Here for your case suggest you to configure RDP session time limit so that your user can disconnect\log off once the specific time limit reached.
    You can setup the session time limit in different method.
    1. Open the Server Manager, select Remote Desktop Services.
    2. In Remote desktop Services, in right side you can drop down to collections.
    3. Select the collection which you want to edit the settings.
    4. Under collections Properties, select Task and then Edit Properties.
    5. In Properties dialog box, select Session.
    6. You can find all thetimeout settings under session collection properties; edit according to your requirements and then OK. 
    And apart also by group policy setting as below.
    Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Session Time Limits 
    User Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Session Time Limits 
    -  Set time limit for disconnected sessions
    -  Set time limit for active but idle Remote Desktop Services sessions
    -  Set time limit for active Remote Desktop Services sessions

    First man up and admit, that itunes does not suggest, but tells you that update is available and you made a
    decision to download and update. Once you man up - think if you still under warranty. If that is not security
    software according to the link provided, it is hardware. So second try another network, may be your network
    has additional security or firewall. And third decide if it worth to you pay 149 for that phone or get it replaced.
    Unless your 3gs under warranty.

  • Dreamweaver cs5.5 on win 7 recently failed to open/load and just stops loading and goes away.  Never makes it to fully load.

    Try turning on your OS's hidden files and clearing the program cache: Deleting a corrupted cache file
    If that doesn't work, renaming the personal configuration folder at the location discussed above can fix issues the cache clearing doesn't. If neither of those work, restoring preferences can help: Restore preferences | Dreamweaver CS4, CS5, CS5.5

    Not sure.  It may also have never been reported to AT&T as stolen.
    It won't really matter.  The hardware ID of the phone is associated with the Apple ID and password of the person who originally activated it.  That is association is stored on Apple's activation servers and only the original owner can remove the association as discussed in the article you were reading.  Until that happens, the activation server will not reactivate the phone without the proper Apple ID and password being entered.

    1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
    2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
    3) sync the device
    iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.
