Sorting Entries by Date Entered

Question

Can Address Book cards be sorted? I can see a (entered) date but need to sort by the most recently added and can't figure out how.
The entry date is grayed out and doesn't seem to be a field that can be slected or sorted. There must be a waya to see the most recent entries.

What do you need to do? If you have done an import then the group Last Import is helpful. If you just need to see the names of those you have added recently, try the script below. You could play with it to sort the whole list, but it would not affect Address Book's display order. Likewise you could dump the lot into Excel, but it would still not affect the display order.
You could suggest to Apple (OS X Feedback) that this should be a feature.
