Hi Guy's,
Please help me present requirement like convert the simple list report to ALV format.
I worked to convert the simple to ALV but i struck up at : in selection screen contain 2 radio buttons
1.Detailed 2. summary.
when select the Detailed it displays the 8 fields information.
when select the Summary it displays the 3 fields information.
how to work this senario.

Assuming that both lists - detailed and summary - have the same fieldcatalog but should display different numbers of columns the correct approach is as following:

Thanks for your reply, I know how to implement the FM for ALV but little confused where to call , See my correction below it is displaying the result in different way that ie...first displaying Equipment no, name,.correctly but the other values such as km,L,HR all are displaying zero first, when I press back then it is displying the value twice thrise........keep on displaying duplicate records continuesly when back back is press can anyone correct this please

Hi All,
I want to create a Header for <b>MY ALV List Report</b>!
How can i achieve the same. It should come above <b>ALV</b>.
ALV report i had already written and it is coming correctly.

is there a standard t-code that may list multiple vendors (if they exist) for a range of source lists? better to solve with abap query?
(ex. say there are 1250 materials and want a list of source lists, with vendors or even one vendor if it only has one)

Hi folks,
I need to get ALV grid display in my list report when selected the interval values from the selection screen. If I change the values in list of ALV grid it needs to be updated when I press UPDATE pushbutton. The output of list should be in ALV grid display.I need sorting ,flitering,totaling functionality in the list output.
For example if I selected BUKRS = 100 and 200 in the selection screen ,I need to display the ALV grid list in below the selection screen as ALV grid display...
Its urgent as I am new to ALV grid functionality...

Issue Regarding ALV List Report
Hi,
I have prepared a ALV List report.
I have made use of <b>REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY</b>.
I have put a <b>check box</b> in the output at the begining of every Record.
Now what i want is to put a <b>SELECT ALL</b> & <b>DESELECT ALL Buttons</b> on Application Tool Bar & If i hit on them i should be able to <b>SELECT & DE-SELECT</b> all the <b>Records/Check Boxes</b> in the output.
Can anybody tell me the logic for both <b><b>SELECT & DE-SELECT</b></b> functionalities.

It is not possible to save layout in BLock ALV display but possible to change layout. There is no parameter to save. It is not possible to store the layout as it has several structure.

Font is small while printing alv list report
Hi,
while printing ALV list report font is too small, can you tell me where i can increase the font size. I tried in GUI font ,In which i can increase the font for GUI, not for ALV priniting . Can any body help me to solve this problem?

I think You are talking about header text in ALV , while printing ALV list i need to increase all the font size.. In fieldcatlog there is no option called Style...for increasing ALV font line item details. Can you tell me which style you are talking about?

Hard drive suddenly fills up for no reason
For the last month or so my MBP has been going crazy. There is about 7 GB of free space on the drive, but out of the blue it will give me a "not enough free space/delete files" warning. The computer will show me with as little as 2 MB of free space.
