SP-3102 - Unable to make VOIP phone calls after switching router

I had to change the router from Netgear (g) to Belkin N+ (n). Changed the SPA-3102 config to DHCP, it picked up an IP and showed the 1st 3 LEDs lit, status Registered. So, good news.
I am able to receive VOIP phone calls, but not able to make phone calls, it won't dial. I installed slogsrv.exe and got the following log: syslog.514.log. Unfortunately, it's chinese to me.

Try checking any settings on the old router which you might need to configure also on the new router to get VoIP working like port forwarding, dmz or disabling the NAT. The Belkin might have a feature like NAT which behaves differently so you might need to open up VoIP ports or enable NAT mapping and NAT Keep Alive on the SPA.

Since updating, anytime I try to make a phone call it appears that the phone connects but I cannot hear anybody on the other end. All I hear is my own echo?

That screen is telling you the iPhone has entered the recovery mode...you must follow the recovery mode instructions in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 to attach to a computer running iTunes, in summary:

I just ported networks and got my 4 unlocked through the network and iTunes. I can not make or receive calls. My network have sone everything they can but say the problem is not on their side. I have checked all the settings and I have re-installed but canted figure it out.

7962 VOIP Phone Dies After switch upgrade/reboot

Recently I upgraded several access swicthes (2960, 3650's) which have POE and Cisco 7962 phones connected. After the upgarde and subsequent reboot, the IP phones failed to power up and are effectively dead.
All that happen on the phone now is that when the POE cable is connected, the phones mute button LED light flashes before the spekaer LED lights up and remains lite up.
Approx 5 phones across multiple switches have died this way.
Can anyone tell me if this is a behaviour they have experience and how they may have recovered from it.

I am searching for a power adapter now.

Can't make phone calls after trying ti install 4181

Last night I installed the latest os 4181. (via wifi) it took forever. Got the BB logo for the longest time. I went to bed hopeing it would be done in the morning. Well, woke up and still see the logo. So i decided to hold the top button and reboot. It rebooted. All my apps and emails were there. But my text message icon was gone. I reboot again. Text message icon shows up but all my text messages are gone!!! I sent a text to myself and it works. I checked my software and it apparently didn't even upgrade to 4181! it's still os 10.1.0.2050 software release 10.1.0.2014. But I was glad that all my apps and emails were still there. Sad my texts were gone...but i live. Stupid me forgot to backup though.
I went out for the day. Didn't make any phone calls. Then i noticed i got a voicemail. I tried calling, but i got a message saying "Call Failure. Unable to connect your call Please try again." i tried dialing and it didn't work. WTF?!? I can't make any phone calls!! i tried to turn my network on and off (i'm with Telus) and still didn't work.
I got home and backed up everything. Thinking I'll try to download 4181 again, or maybe I should download my current os again.
Is anyone havening the same issues?!? I've read people lost their texts but they did have theirs upgraded to 4181. Mine didn't.

I did a chat w Telus yesterday and he couldn't figure it out. 4181 did not install on my phone. Its still 2050. It says my network is Telus and I do get emails and texts (although I lost all my text messages). The Telus guy said my network is fine. He sent a ticket to a tech guy and someone is to get back to me. I jst can't wait so long. I need to make and receive calls. I asked him to send me the link to reinstall 2050 but he couldn't find it. I tried to download the 4181 again. Same problem. Stuck st the bb icon for hours. I rebooted by holding down the top button. It rebooted. It did not install 4181. Lost the texts I sent yesterday. And still cannot make or receive calls. I am sooooo frustrated!! Going to Telus store today.

I`ve tried restarting, rebooting, nothing works.
The interesting thing is that SIRI can call to previous mobile numbers (without the new digit) obviously not connecting , and, can call to any other numbers as an office or home number. So the problem is the new digit in the mobile number

Ecuador has added an extra digit to mobile phone numbers but apple wont accept 10 digit phone numbers so we cant use facetime or apple IM or verify our new phone numbers. ( and Siri won't work either!) I have contacted apple support online but can't request a call back as the apple system says our new phone numbers are invalid. I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT I COULD NOT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS AND I HAD TO RESTORE VIA ITUNES. I HAVE DONE SO AND LOST LOADS OF APPS ETC (MY FAULT FOR NOTBACKING UP) BUT STILL UNABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS.

Phone is only a few months old and was working fine last night - it ran out of battery but on being charged up this morning it was effectively locked. I received an error message that I could not make or receive calls and I had to restore via itunes. I have done so and lost loads of apps etc (my fault for not backing up) but still unable to make or receive calls. Anyone had anything similar and can advise who I should contact or what I can do.

Verizon iPhone unable to make or receive calls

Hello everyone, my Verizon iPhone is intermittently unable to make or receive calls (yes I do have reception). Has anyone experienced this before? I've called Verizon customer service and they were no help and suggested replacing the device at the apple store which I did. Verizon tech support ended up saying they would look into my issue with the network team, and contact me, which they never did. Apple sort of suggested it's a Verizon issue, and was not going to replace it for that reason, until I told them my battery was dieing quick too (luckily I had a screenshot of usage). So they're kinda blaming eachother- and I'm stuck in the middle with no support/help. I've tried ALL of the troubleshooting procedures. Do you think it's a Verizon or iPhone problem? What should I do?
One reason I think it's a Verizon issue is, I've had 2 iPhones that had the same problem- what are the chances of that? One reason I believe it's a Apple iPhone issue is because ALL of the Verizon phones in my household work perfectly all the time, except mine. Again it's intermittent, which is why I recorded videos.

I have tried all the troubleshooting methods on the iPhone before this one multiple times by myself and with verizon tech support. Anyways, I gave it a try on this iPhone except the restore, because I want the apple genius to be able to run a diagnostic on it. I did the restore on my prior iPhone and he said he couldn't run the diagnostic because I restored it.
My results from the troubleshooting link:
1. Check Signal - I have 3/5 bars, still doesn't work
2. Reset Network Settings - I did that, still doesn't work
3. Verizon Update Preferred Roaming List - My iPhone gets "Call Failed" when dialing *228 (btw I already did this the day I got this iPhone).
4. Check Carrier - 4 of the 5 Verizon phones in my house work perfectly, so I doubt it's a carrier issue at this point. But I will give Verizon another call tomorrow morning to make sure.

I keep getting an error that I can't make any phone calls on Samsung S5. I just missed an important call, and I can't call them back. Now they're closed. I'm furious. I have internet and text is slow but going through. I can't even call to get help on this issue. I saw a response to pm @ATTMobilityCares. How do I do this? How do I get help if I can't call? My truck is at the mechanic, and that's the call I just missed, so I don't even have transportation. Ughhhh!
