SPA 525G Phones rebooting during phone calls

Hi,
My office uses a SPA 525G system and recently phones have been randomly rebooting during phone calls, causing the calls to drop. I have seen previous forums on various sites about this being a common problem but still do not have a clear answer on what a good solution might be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

my iphone 3Gs will reboot during a call some times after five minutes or it will go for twenty minutes with no problem.

Blackberry 8320 crashes & reboots during voice calls

Hello,
I have a 8320 on T-mobile, the phone has worked well for well over a year. Over the last few months, the phone has begun to hard lock & reboot during voice calls. This issue happened suddenly, e.g. over the first year it never happened. Now, it happens all the time. I did update the phone to v4.5, but there is not correlation to the update to 4.5 and the issue occuring (it was working well with 4.5 for some time before the issue started up)
Basically, given a voice call which lasts over 60 seconds, there is about a 50% chance the phone will grey-screen and reboot.
Carrier: T-Mobile
Curve 8320, v4.5.0.81 (platform 2.7.0.78)
File free: 14268148 (after recent battery out reboot)
Application: no user-installed apps... just whatever comes w/ T-mo
After the issue started occuring, (per suggestion on the forums) I replaced the battery with a brand new Blackberry CS-2 battery... issue still occurs.
This is my wife's phone. There are no additional apps installed. It's basically used for SMS, brickbreaker, and voice calls (in that order...). No WiFI, no BT, no email. I really don't want to have to replace this phone, but it has become basically useless.
Any ideas or suggestions to try?

Actually, my wife now tells me that it has been happening almost right after I updated it to 4.5... so maybe there is a correlation.
I don't see the previous software on T-Mobile's site. Does anyone know how I can revert the phone to the older revision?

Phone rebooted during call

Got the phone yesterday... Was out for a nice walk this moring talking to my mom on the phone and she went silent - looked down at the phone and the AT&T logo was there - the phone was rebooting. Had been on the phone for maybe 7-8 minutes and it had been up to my ear the whole time, so it wasn't a combination of anything on my part.
Only seen this once so hopeful it's a once off.
Nice phone Nokia - please stick to it and work out the kinks. Giving this phone a shot and I'm a potential long-term customer (have had nokia phones in the past when I lived in Europe)

First please backup your data and perform a soft reset on your phone (press and hold the volume down and power buttons) until the phone reboots and see if that solves your problem. There have been a fair share of problems reported of the AT&T variants of the 920, and a reset has often solved it. Try it and report back to us how it goes.
Failing the hard resets working, you will need to take your 920 back to your point of purchase, or if they are not helpful, then you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care point for them to inspect.

Phone reboots during downloads

Hi.
My Nokia 6630, used as a modem, often suddenly reboots during long downloads.
So the connection is interrupted.
Can anybody say whay this happens, and how to avoid it?

yup. same thing happened to me. I did a factory reset three times. it still didn't help. I really didn't want to do a factory reset because I'd lose all my data from all the game levels and notepads, etc. but at the end, I finally did a factory reset and the problem still occurred. during its reboot, it got stuck frozen at the google sign for about 5-10 minutes, I pulled the battery and tried it again. Again it got stuck at the google sign. i had to do it numerous times until the home screen finally showed up, half an hour later. i got fed up, i believe the phone was defective so I requested for a replacement.

Phone reboots during conversation

This isn't the first time this has happened but last night while phoning a friend my iphone rebooted a number of times. There didn't seem to be a time period when this happened and I wasn't moving about, but as you can imagine this is a very annoying thing to happen and a true reason that might see me discontinuing my use of the 3GS.
I see a large amount of other posts on this topic and yes I have left feedback, but I feel another thread needs to be opened on this problem as a free case isn't going to fix this! I did note that I had just about every app open while this was happening so it wasn't a true reboot, but the apple logo came up and I had to wait for the phone to restore before I could use it again. Sounds like a software issue to me!

8110 reboots during phone conversation

I have plenty of free memory and my BB functions properly all the time. However when I am on the phone the entire device just randomly shuts down and reboots. It just turns off and then turns back on like it normally would if I had turned it off and then on. It brings up the hour glass for a while and eventually is starts back up. What is going on? Everyone thinks that I am hanging up on them.

E90 Reboots during internet call

hi,
i am facing a new problem wid my e90. it reboots itself when i make an internet call(mostly DURING the call and sometimes AFTER the call). i have been using internet call for a about a month now without any probs. just started facing it today. can anyone help please.
the changes i did in the last 24 hrs were:
1. edited my sip profile (only changed username)
i had no problems when i used the same profile wid the previous username all dis month. so kindly advise what could have triggered this poblem.

found the problem,
i noticed the rebooting sequence getting worse as it happened every 2 - 3 mins. so this is what i did,
1. removed my memory card and run the phone. it seemed to work normally. no hang and no reboots.
2. removed the battery for a while, then started the phone again ( without memory card )
3. now inserted the memory card... and the phone seems to have worked fine ever since.
anyone has a logic to wats the reason behind this sequence?

Random reboots during phone calls after upgrading to OS4

My 3GS is rebooting without warning in the middle of calls after the upgrade - never did this before. This has happened at least five times today without any pattern: one 50-minute call was fine but other shorter ones have been cut off without warning. Battery is fine. It's been doing this ever since I upgraded last week.
Also I have noticed the whole phone has slowed down dramatically, presumably due to multitasking loading up the CPU?

Phone screen during phone calls

Hi all,
not at all happy with the v2, as seems to be the consensus around here. My old 8gb with original software performed loads better, but we all know the problems despite the great possibilities it shows.
The big problem I'm having is with the screen during calls - previously the screen would go off when it's up against my head. Sensible, right? Now, the screen stays on during calls but switches off as soon as I pull it from my ear - kind of difficult if you're trying to end a call!! Currently I have to wait for the other person to hang up or I have to be lightning quick with the finger. Is anyone else having this issue???

Two things that could be happening-
If you are using the password lock feature on the phone, that is a bug that I hope apple fixes soon. As soon as you finish the call, it locks so you can't really end the call. You have to click home, enter the password, then hit end call.
If you aren't using password lock, what is probably happening, because I do this quite a bit, is the proximity sensor is towards the top left of the phone above where the carrier is displayed. When the phone is near my ear, the sensor goes on so it goes black, you move it away, it lights back up, but if you are still on a call or the call has not hung up which is usually the case because you want to press end call and if you hold the phone with your thumb or any part of the hand anywhere near the proximity sensor, then it goes black; move your hand towards the bottom of the phone and it lights back up.
Again I think apple made a bad call on the placement of the proximity sensor. I have the same issue with how they placed the speaker location. Almost always when I'm playing a game I'll end up covering the speaker on accident blocking the sound and then having to move my hands to hear the game sound/music.

Phone beeps during phone calls

My Galaxy S4 periodically beeps during my phone conversations - both myself and the recipient can hear the beeps - how do I turn that off?? My phone is fully charged and I don't have any notifications (new text messages, new voicemails, missed calls, etc.)

I need some additional information to better assist you. Are you hearing the beeps on every call? Does the beeping sound go on during the entire call or does it stop after a while?

Phone locked during a call...not responsive

I got myself a 16gb iphone 3g but im experiencing problem now with the auto lock set to 1 minute. When i make a call and waited for 1 minute or 2..the phone auto locked itself. Though i pressed the home button few times but the display seems nt appearing. I've tried to reset the phone few times, at 1st the problem seems solved..Howevever, after i tried on more phone calls..the same situation occured again. Any one has any idea solving it and anyone experiencing same problem?

ZTE Open C reboots during calls

The phone reboots during calls. OS version 1.3, latest according to ZTE.
Thing is, only when it is set to use 3G. But if I set to 2G the audio is absolutely terrible.
Both when using 2G and 3G sometimes the calls get cut-off on the receiver phone. I can hear the other person talking but the other person doesn't hear anything. This is another issue.
What can I do? The phone was bought from Ebay on September 2014.
Problem didn't start now, ZTE Ebay support said the issue was a SIM one. I recently changed to 3G because the noises in 2G are almost unbearable.

What ZTE meant was changing carriers not just sim card. I can't do that for another 1.5 years. The reason they said is because the phone seemed fine for a while when using another carrier. Sadly, the SIM is fine since another SIM card from the same carrier does the same. Both are working fine on Android Phones.

Reboots on a call

My Iphone 4 starts to reboots during a call on 4.0.1 firmware, so I update to 4.3.3 but no luck it still reboots 3 or 4 times a day during a phone call, I already restored 3 times, I set it up like a new device and nothing change, so what can I do?

Thanks for the comment. Problem is: I am in South Africa and with Vodacom. They are not prepared to replace it. They call it an "out of the box problem". They are prepared to send it away for repairs and that would take FOURTEEN DAYS!!

I am in the insurance industry and have at least 6 people who wantet to know if I am happy with my BlackBerry as they currently have Nokias an HTC's and was planning to change.
Do you think I am going to tell them to get BlackBerry?
I am very unhappy, but do not think there is any other option.
