plese any one can help me out i am getting error in special purpous ledger
This document will not be posted in a FI-SL ledger, because no ledger is assigned to the combination activity/company code or activity/global company.

    Hi Selvam,
    Check in Opportunity the sales org. u have used. Then go to path: SPRO-> CRM-> Master Data-> Org. Mgmt-> Assignment of Org. units from SAP ECC.
    In this node, check the corresponding sales group you are using in ECC and then go to ECC and map the sales office and sales group.
    If you dont want to use sales group or sales office then go to tx. PPOMA_CRM in CRM. Select the org. which you are using, then click on Function tab, select Sales radio button and delete the assignment for R/3 sales office and sales group and uncheck them as well.

    Hi,
    When I restarted my Inetd daemon , it logs the following line to /var/adm/messages/
    May 2 15:31:40 MyMachine inetd[121]: config: 100083/rpc/tcp still active and was not reconfigured.
    Can anyone explain me what does it mean?
    ( the /etc/inetd.conf contains this entry :
    100083/1 tli rpc/tcp wait root /usr/dt/bin/rpc.ttdbserverd /usr/dt/bin/rpc.ttdbserverd )

    Well the message means that someone else is using this port/service.
    Sometimes people who have wrappers built around a particular service
    see that if they have already have an instance of the service running and
    they try to stop/start the inetd daemon.

  • People and Groups not appearing in Address List

    We have an Exchange 2013 deployment running on Windows 2012 Standard servers. Some of our people and all our groups are not showing up in the Outlook Address Book on people's client application. This despite the fact that "hide name from address book"
    is unchecked on these people and groups.
    This affects both those running Outlook and OWA.
    Any idea how I can go about troubleshooting this?

    Hi,
    From your description, I would like to clarify the following things:
    1. Outlook in cached mode automatically updates the offline address book on the client every 24 hours. The 24-hour time period is measured from the time that the offline address book was last downloaded successfully. So sometimes new users can't be displayed
    immediately on Outlook.
    2. If you would like to show the dynamic distribution groups in “All Groups”, you can use the following cmdlet.
    Set-AddressList -Identity "all groups" -RecipientFilter "(RecipientType -eq 'MailUniversalDistributionGroup' -or RecipientType -eq 'MailUniversalSecurityGroup' -or RecipientType -eq 'MailNonUniversalGroup' -or RecipientType -eq 'DynamicDistributionGroup')"

  • How to export all distribution group display names and group notes

    We would like to create a list of distribution groups that includes the "Notes" information and email address.  I have found several option, but none of them reveal the Notes.  Where is the "Notes" information for groups
    and how can we report on it?

    You can run this command to get the name of all the DL's
    Get-DistributionGroup | FL Name
    I checked, and Group Information attribute doesn't have all the information.
    Run Get-DistributionGroup -Identity "NameOfTheDL" |Fl
    In the output of above command, check if you see anything Group Information and Notes.

  • Forum activity (answers and replies) doesnt get reflected in profile activity and points not counted

    I see that some times the replies as well as answers marked doesnt get reflected in the profile activity.
    Eg: One of my replies is marked as an answer (https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/0e47a7fa-c418-43ed-a12e-6cf53de39bf9/cannot-access-instance?forum=sqlsecurity)
    . This answer doesnt show up in profile activity and points didnt get added. However, there are two votes for my replies in the same thread which are seen in the profile activity. The funny thing is there is another response which is also marked as answer
    for this thread and it shows up in that persons profile.
    I am noticing similar behavior with replies as well. Ie even if you reply to a post it doesnt show in activity and that question will not get updated as a recent post. If you see the last reply would be some one else who responded before me. If you open
    the thread then you will see my post as well. If somebody responds to that thread then it will come up again as a recent thread. Still it wont get reflected in profile activity.
    This has happened many times, though its not really an issue its little sad that marked answers are not getting reflected in profile activity and points added up.

  • IMessage and FaceTime not working, Urgent Help please!!!

    Hi guys,
    Need help urgently, my iMessage and FaceTime are both not working on my Macbook Pro.
    The iMessage gives giving this message "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again.", while FaceTime just simply cannot login.
    Please help!!!

    This could be a complicated problem to solve, as there are many possible causes for it. Test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Back up all data before making any changes.
    Before proceeding, test on another network, if possible. That could be a public Wi-Fi hotspot, if your computer is portable, or a cellular network if you have a mobile device that can share its Internet connection. If you find that iMessage works on the other network, the problem is in your network or at your ISP, not in your computer.
    Step 1
    Check the status of the service. If the service is down, wait tor it to come back up. There may be a localized outage, even if the status indicator is green.
    Step 2
    Sign out of iMessage and FaceTime on all your Apple devices. Log out and log back in. Try again to sign in.
    Step 3
    Restart your router and your broadband device, if they're separate. You may have to skip this step if you don't control those devices.
    Step 4
    From the menu bar, select
               ▹ About This Mac
    Below the "OS X" legend in the window that opens, the OS version appears. Click the version line twice to display the serial number. If the number is missing or invalid according to this web form, take the machine to an Apple Store or other authorized service center to have the problem corrected.
    Step 5
    Take the steps suggested in this support article. If you don't understand some of the steps or can't carry them out, ask for guidance.
    Step 6
    From the menu bar, select
               ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Network
    If the preference pane is locked, click the lock icon in the lower left corner and enter your password to unlock it. Then click the Advanced button and select the Proxies tab. If the box marked SOCKS Proxy is checked, uncheck it. You don’t need to change any other settings in the window. Click OK and then Apply. Test.
    The result may be that you can't connect to the Internet at all. Revert the change if that happens, or if iMessage still doesn't work. Remember that you must Apply any changes you make in the preference pane before they take effect.
    Step 7
    Select from the menu bar
               ▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Storage
    and click
              Block all sites from storing information on this computer
    Close the preference pane.
    Step 8
    Make sure you know the ID and password you use with iMessage. Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
    Use the search box in the toolbar of the Keychain Access window to find and delete all items with "iMessage" or "com.apple.idms" in the name. Log out and log back in.
    Step 9
    Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
    While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
    Test while logged in as Guest. After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
    *Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
    If iMessage worked in the guest account, stop here and post your results.
    Step 10
    Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you start up, and again when you log in.
    Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to start and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound outputand Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
    Test while in safe mode. After testing, restart as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and test again.
    If iMessage worked in safe mode, but still doesn't work when you restart in "normal" mode, stop here and post your results.
    Step 11
    Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    /Library/Preferences/com.apple.apsd.plist
    Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
              Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
    from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item selected. Move the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password. Restart the computer and empty the Trash.
    *If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination  command-C. In the Finder, select
              Go ▹ Go to Folder...
    from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
    Step 12
    Reset the NVRAM.
    Step 13
    Reset the System Management Controller (SMC).
    Step 14
    Reinstall OS X.
    Step 15
    If none of the above steps resolves the issue, make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or contact Apple Support. When you set up a support call, select "Apple ID" as the product you need help with, not the hardware model. That way, if you're not under AppleCare, you may be able to talk your way out of being charged for the call.

  • What do I do about contacts and groups not synced from iPhone to iCloud?

    I've been syncing my contacts with my Mac (Snow Leopard, not Lion) via iTunes for years now. It's worked well enough, but I don't sync with my Mac that often (typically weeks between syncs), so I've worried a little bit about losing data entered on my iPhone before it gets on my Mac.
    Before: Mac <-iTunes contacts sync-> iPhone
    A week or so ago I backed up contacts, calendars and my whole iPhone (and my Mac) then upgraded my iPhone to iOS 5. It took a while (hours) but seemed to work.
    Then I set up iCloud contact syncing.
    What I intended: Mac <-iTunes contacts sync-> iPhone <-iCloud contacts sync-> iCloud
    After setting up iCloud contact sync, the trouble began.
    I looked at my iPhone contacts and saw that instead of the half dozen groups they were organized into before, they were all in one iCloud group. I found I could make new groups and assign contacts to them on iCloud and they'd sync, but I'm not interested in redoing work organizing hundreds of contacts that iOS and iCloud lost for me.
    Shortly I discovered that some contacts were just missing. Poof. Gone after the iCloud sync.
    I've hesitated before syncing with my Mac again. I don't want to have the messed up groups and the deleted contacts propogate back to my Mac.
    I've also hesitated because I don't see a way to disable iTunes contact syncing before actually plugging in my iPhone — the options for managing what gets synced only seem to appear when the iPhone is connected, and sync starts automatically.
    Suggestions for how to proceed?

    I found out how to disable automatic syncing:
    In the device’s Summary pane, you can set iTunes to automatically sync your device when it’s attached to your computer. To temporarily override this setting, hold down Command and Option (Mac) or Shift and Control (PC) until you see your iPhone appear in the sidebar.
    I'm still looking for suggestions about how to proceed to get contacts with groups synced.

  • Active Directory groups not being managed when added to an OD group?

    Hi all,
    Hopefully someone out there might be able to help with this. I have a magic triangle of authentication working and when I add an AD group to an OD group, some work and some don't.
    For example if I add a AD User to an OD group it works. If I add the "Domain Users" AD group to my OD group, it works - everyone on our network is managed (because everyone is in the Domain Users AD group). But if I remove "Domain Users" and add the "Students" AD security group, they are not managed. If I add "Staff' AD group, some staff are managed and some are not (I have confirmed that they are added to the group).
    Is there a trick to having AD security groups work in OD groups every time. (Note they are not distribution groups)

    If the group was added to SharePoint and then users were added to the group try waiting a day.  The claims token in SharePoint lifetime is fairly long.  So when new users are added to an existing AD group SharePoint will not recognize the new membership
    in the Claims token for 12 -24 hours.  If you add a user today they should be able to log in tomorrow.  Take a look at the following Blog post.  I think this is your issue.

  • Active Directory Groups Not Working in Sharepoint

    We are trying to manage permissions with AD groups but thus far permissions are not working.  We have a site and are able to search for, find, and add AD groups.  However, users in this group still get access denied.  If users are added explicitly
    to the site or to a SharePoint group their permissions work correctly.  The UPS has been synced many times without issues and this problem has been occurring for weeks.  Is this a problem with SharePoint or AD?  Any ideas how to resolve it?
    Also, I don't know if this is relevant but the site is also configured for anonymous access.  If a user accesses the site anonymously they are granted read access, if they try to access the site while logged in with their account they get access denied.

    you're assigning xLoc twice in that code on line 1 and the 2
    lines above your trace() function and they are both going to assign
    the same value to xLoc.
