Specific requirements on extraction triggering action

Hello,
I have a little bit specific requirements on how to replicate data betweeen two Data Warehouses.
So I have a DW. This DW recieves data from a lot of source systems.
Also it have some table, the structure of that table like the following (lets name the table "load_proc_table"):
source_system, load_start_date, load_finish_date.
What I need is to perfrorm extracting data from the DW basing on previously obtained value of the load_finish_date:
1. Init load. Extract data, save current value of the load_finish_date (let it be saved_load_finish_date).
2. Extract data changes using triggering action: when exists (load_proc_table.load_start_date > saved_load_finish_date AND load_proc_table.load_finish_date IS NOT NULL)
3. Extract only data changed in time period between load_proc_table.load_start_date and load_proc_table.load_finish_date (all rows in the tables are marked with date/time showing when row)
So the question: is it possible to save load_finish_date and use it for triggering extraction process?
And is it possible at all to meet requirements described below using Golden Gate?
Why I need it: I need to run ETL process only after all the actual data will be trasfered to the destination database (between saved_load_finish_date and last load_finish_date values).

I think you mean the followings:
You plan to use ETL loading tool to do the initial loading. However, you want to replicate the new data added to DW during the loading time.
If this is the case, you can start the Oracle GoldenGate extraction when you start the initial load to record the changes. Then start the replicat after the initial loading is done.
If not, please clarify. May I ask what DB is used for your source DW?

However, I missed to mention that we have two set of users One is for Finished Goods and another for Spares.
Only Spares users need to be prevented from creating Direct/Manual Sales Orders in Oracle.
As you suggested, if this will be done at Form level, that may Disallow FG users also to create Manula Sales Orders which should not be the case.
Further, I tried to test one scenario through Processing Constraints but it did not work.

You don't have Add and Customize Pages permissions required to perform this action - but i do!

I am having a similar problem to the one described by this post here:

However, his resolution of changing web.config under wwwroot did not fix my issue.
Here is the situation on a recently upgraded SP2010.
1) Create a document library. Set the document template to "basic page"
2) give a user full control on the document library.
3) Go, under that users credentials, to the document library and create a new document.
4) Name the document whatever and hit create
5) a page is displayed which says the following: "Web Part Error:
A Web Part or Web Form Control on this Page cannot be displayed or imported. You don't have Add and Customize Pages permissions required to perform this action."
6) Become confused as giving someone "full control" on the library should obviously inherit the permissions to when they create a document and try and edit it.
If i give the user "full control" on the entire site (site actions -> site permissions), then the document pops open an editor which would allow you to add content to the basic page. Obviously, i do not want to give users full control to the
entire site :)
Giving the user "Add and Customize Pages" permissions on the entire SITE allows them to edit get the popup to edit the file, but this is not desireable either since then they could "Add, change, or delete HTML pages or Web Part pages,
and edit the Web site using a Windows SharePoint Services-compatible editor.". I do not want them to edit any web pages, i just want them to edit a particular lists webpage!
Things i have tried:
- Set the permissions on the "MSContentEditor" webpart to have the user have full control of the web part.
- set the permissions on ALL the web parts to have the user have full control (permissions on the web parts list)
- Edited web.config to add a line to mark "contentEditorWebPart" as safe, and then restarted IIS.
- Recreated test lists and was able to duplicate the behaviour
So I am wondering, is this a sharepoint bug or what? Should a web part not inherit the permissions of the list it is working in? if not, what are the exact items i need to set permissions on to get this webpart to display correctly?
Setting global site permissions is not an option.
Another workaround is to make a "wiki page library" which allows you to copy and paste text into a static page, and also edit that text. I can move all the content over to a "wiki page library", and thats what i probably will end up doing
in the end, but its annoying because there is alot of content to move, and it all has to be done by hand as you cannot upload documents to a wiki afaik. Also the wiki uses a different editor, its inline instead of a popup in IE which is probably why it is
working.
This may not be a bug and could be a simple permissions problem or something else, but i have been looking at this for hours and it doesnt make any sense to me.

Yes, you must have “Add and Customize Pages” permission
from site level to perform this action, the permission is not in list permission level.
You can add a new permission level which only includes “Add and Customize Pages” permission, and then create new SharePoint group with this permission
level.
Add the users into the SharePoint group and these users will get the “Add and Customize Pages” permission
from site level.(site permissions)
Additionally to add/edit page, the users also need the permission level “Contributor” in list permission level.
(you should know when you grant the full control to the users in list permission level, the users won’t get the permission from site level)

ITS - A Specific Requirement

Hi Experts,
We have a specific requirement.
Customer has a 3 Landscape System (ERP6.0).
As of Kernel 700, ITS is included by default in the System.
But customer does not want to use this System for ITS Functions
He wants to make a separate Server for ITS alone.
and the separate server to talk to the (existing)
3 Landscape ERP6.0 System.
1. Is this Possible ?
2. What happens to the ITS in the (existing )ERP6.0 System.?
( If yes to Question 1, can the existing ERP 6.0 system's ITS be disabled. )

we have 4 dev ,4 qty , 4 prod
with that we want only 1 dev, 1 prd ,1 qty
by following the landscape by migrating the all different servers
we will go for migration
taking this as eg......
1 dev server divided into 4 dev
1 qty server divided into 4 dev
1 prd server divided into 4 dev
if u want logically
u can divided these servers
into different servers
but the whole dividing part defined under the landscape structure permission...
intially for it is there any there any migration is going or not. what i mean ...........

The emailenable value is true. And it just does not work for one site collection. It should not be regarding any hot fix.

Embedded Image triggers action even when disabled - Agentry

Hi;
I am working on SAP Work Manager 6.0 customising, using Agentry 6.1.3. I have created these embedded images for triggering actions that act on the current selected object on the current screen. The embedded images have rules to display the enabled image when particular conditions are met and rules to display the disabled image when not met. To my suprise, the buttons still seem to trigger the underlying action even when the button is showing the disabled image. Is this standard Agentry behaviour or there is a particular way I have to implement the underlying action to avoid this?

Greetings to the staff and users of this forum,
As the title clearly stipulates, the question is "What are the optimal hardware specification requirements for Adobe Photoshop CS6?".
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the specs specified on the website, as I believe they are far lesser than the specs needed to run the program at its full potential. This belief comes from my experience with the product Adobe Photoshop CS2 that I currently run on my computer. In effect, Ps CS2 cannot fully run without inducing time lags on my computer (i.e. when using 500 pix diameter smudge tool/ using liquify gallery), even though my specs are already higher than those specified for CS6 (mine are: Intel Core 2 Duo 6300 1.86 GHz, 3 GB RAM). I can assure you that I get those time lags even when almost in safe mode (only system main processes running) and that my computer is clean from any process/virus that could lower its performances.
I've been through two chat rooms and four telephone operators to always get the same answer: the specs on the website.
If any user here could provide me with proper higher specs, I would really be grateful.

if someone can redirect me to formula kind of thing "how to calculate Hardware Requirements WRT increase in number of concurrent sessions".
for example need formula like below.
Minimum Server Requirement: 10 GB lets say for 5 concurrent sessions for 1-2 Applications
for every 5 concurrent user addition, increase Hardware Like processor 1 2.X Ghz , Ram 5GB , HDD 100 GB....

Workflow triggering actions?

We defined multiple workflow actions for opportunity sales assistant. These actions share a common business logic (WF template), but they should be processed by different groups depending on the actions.
Is there a way for us to find out the triggering action at runtime? so we can direct the workflow to the responsible group.
We were able to pass the opportunity business object to the workflow container, but it doesn't contain any information of the triggering action.

You can't update another object when one object is updated i.e. Custom Object can't be updated automatically using Workflow when Contact Object is updated. You need to use Web Services to do this. All you have to do is define some Integration Events on the Parent object (which triggers the Update) and then based on the Integration EVent, update the Child Object (which needs to be updated).

Two Batch in a Single Bin_ Specific requirement

Its a specific requirement.
A whole pallet of 1000 kg will be placed into a Single Bin. One Pallet may contain different batches totaling 1000 Kg
1. Batch 'A' - 1200 kg, Batch 'B' - 1400 Kg, Batch ' C' - 1600 Kg.
St Bin placement should be
Bin B1 - 1000 Kg of Batch 'A'
Bin B2 - 200 Kg of batch 'A' + 800 Kg of Batch 'B'
Bin B3 - 600 Kg of Batch 'B' + 400 Kg of Batch 'C'.
Could you please suggest how to configure such requiremnt?

6. Capacity method: 1 - as per max. weight
7. material master: Palletization maintained as 1000 kg per PAL
8. Bin: Bin type mainatined with max. weight 1000 kg
9. Define Strategy for Pallet is configured: Bin Section and assignement to SUT is done
STILL this config is NOT ABLE to fulfill my requiremnt
I tried permutation and combination..but failed.
Could anyone suggest a solution..?

When will iTunes 11 actually be compatible with Windows 8. Not just as print on a specification requirements list. When will iTunes 11 be functionally compatible?

I just got off the phone with a Senior Rep at Apple who clearly and concisely stated.
Apple iTunes 11 Does Not Support Windows 8.
He stated that there is currently nothing in the works to support Windows 8.
I installed and read the specifications requirements list which states that Windows 8 is supported.
I have Windows 8 Professional and have not been able to sync or back up my iPhone since installing Windows 8.
When will Apple actually address this?

This is a user support forum. We don't know what Apple will do when. iTunes 10.7 didn't cliam to support Windows 8. iTunes 11 does. If there are still outstanding issues with compatability for some people then these have to be found and workarounds put in place. I don't have Windows 8, but I gather for some people updating drivers (I don't know which) has fixed their problems.

Conditions for triggering actions - times in SLA

Dear CRM experts,
I'm configuring actions in SAP CRM 2007 - Service Scenario: in particular, I'm trying to configure actions for triggering of e-mails when SLA deadlines are reached.
Let's assume that the following are the dates in my service ticket:
Opening of the ticket --> 10/05/09 - 10:15 A.M.
First level of escalation --> 10/05/09 - 02:15 P.M.
To Do By --> 10/05/09 - 06:15 P.M.
When I write the Starting Condition for the action, I can only compare the Date Types (Opening of the ticket , First level of escalation, To Do By ) with the Local Date of the System...
The problem is that the condition considers only the DATE(10/05/09), but not the TIME!!
But in our scenarios, the time is a critical parameter!
Any idea on how to solve my problem?

I have similar requirement,Where as i have maintained the first respone as date type and in duration i have maintained 15 Min.
Where as in action condition I have maintained Fisrt response<current date. Notification receipt as Todays date and time.
Please guid me in details.

Service desk-Email Triggering Action is not getting scheduled

I have scheduled an action wherein a mail will be triggered to reporter whenever the status changes.
But this is not happening inspite of all the proper settings maintained in Conditions for Actions.
This thing is working properly in my Development system but not working in Production system
I have tried all the possibilities but still not able to reach any solution.

The action is not getting scheduled only so email triggering will not take place.
I cant see the action in Transaction Data of support message.

Functional specification required for Me57 requirement

In SAP MM, Transaction ME57, I want to pull in the Common Inventory Quantity (Not Project or Sales Order Stock) of the Material which is maintained on the Purchase Requisition.
And also in the T code MB52 screen, the Inventory Quantity i want to bring it. It will be ALL Common Inventory in the Plant (minus Storage Loc a001 for Plant a000). Again, this should NOT pull in Project or Sales Order stock. Only Common Inventory.
I would like a rough functional specification draft ASAP. Pleas help.

we can get SAP idoc types in tcode we31.For every requirment there will be different message type.
For example we want idoc type for account invoice receipt.
First find out message type for that purpose which can be found in we81-ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT.
Get this message type and search in we82 where we can find message type and idoc type linkage.
try this way.
