Specific TTS help - PAUL

I am sure that I cannot be the only one who is both amused and annoyed by the TTS function.
I am working on a course within Captivate 7 and am using the NeoSpeech voice of Paul (american male).
I CANNOT get Paul to say something like, "Contact the Spill Team for assistance."
He pronounces it like "speeeel-TEAM" or Spiel-team!"
It's ridiculous. I've tried using Voice-Text-Markup-Language to add a pause:
the spill <vtml_pause time="90"/> team,
spill<vtml_break level="2"/>team.
But that still doesn't really sound like how a normal person would say "spill team." Something off with his intonation.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Or want to fiddle around with it and see if they can make Paul speak less stereotypically robotic?

How can I call a specific search help from and still get all the tabs

I use F4IF_FIELD_VALUE_REQUEST to display a specific search help from my program. This search help is included in a collective search help, but only the one specified search help is displayed.
Is it possible to call the collective search help and display one specific search help ?
Example: in CRM i have a collective search help BUPA. When F4 is issued from a customer field the search help "Search customer" should be displayed, and not the last search help which was activated - i.e.. "Search employee".

Material specific ( urgent help required)

                   i have a problem in user exit, my client want the tcode me11 material specific, in tcode mm02 he want to give the maximum value (commercial price 15rs.) at the time of creating info records(using me11 tcode) if an end user enter a value greater then the value of commercial price then they want a error message will appear for this condition ( entered value is grater then commercial price) and he don't want this report vendor specific.

Product Specific Form - Help Needed

I have a client who will be selling firearms and ammunition on a hunting site, along with other hunting products.
I need to have a form specific for firearms and ammunition products that will be required to be filled out before that product firearm and or ammunition can be added to the cart. The laws in Canada are very strict about purchases of such product on the internet.
How do I do this or is it even possible to have a form specific to these products pop up when add to cart is clicked?

I'm just spitballing here, but here is one option for this to work.
Basically you would create a secure zone and if the user isn't signed in they wouldn't see the Add to Cart button.

As a part of signing up for the secure zone they have to accept the gun and ammo purchasing terms. You could have the link to the form on the large product page, sends them to either log in or sign up via the form they need to fill out. After then fill out the form they are sent back a page sending them back into the large product view they were on, and since they are signed in now the product will be able to add to cart.
Maybe this will spark others to add on to this, but that is pretty much the only way I could think to accomplish the desired results.

Specific Batch Help Needed

I batch 100's of images and have sets of actions I use for
different objectives. I'm looking to tie them together to eliminate
all manual effort. Some things I do Fireworks makes me do them
manually (or I don't know how to do it through batching). If
someone is willing to lend extensive help or if I need specific
code written to help me I'm willing to pay. Here are my issues:
1. During my process I paste one image (a copyright image) on
top of the image I'm batching. This makes me batch halfway through
my process, open all images, manually copy and paste the copyright
image on the images I'm working with, re-save, then continue the
batching process. Is there a way to paste a separate consistent
image on top of another through batching so I don't have to stop
and do this manually?
2. I start with a jpg file and during the process save edited
files as png. Currently, I batch the save as command but have to
click OK to save the file just you would if you were doing save as
with one file. This slows down the batching plus I have to sit here
and hit enter every 10 seconds. Can this be automated?
3. In one process I apply a mask to an image that already has
a mask. During batching a box pops up and asks if I want to
replace, add or cancel the mask since the image already has a mask.
Can this be automated so I don't have to click replace for every
image?

IPhone cannot text one specific number - help appreciated?

Hi everyone,
So the problem is that I cannot text one specific number (that I text on a daily basis); or rather the text is not getting through to that number... We can call each other and they can text me; but whenever I text them the SMS seems to go through fine on my phone but they never receive it. Texts to other numbers seem to be getting through fine and it happened pretty suddenly.
Any suggestions? I have already performed a Network Reset in the iPhone settings. Could this just be an issue with T-mobile? If so who should I contact about it to alert them - their 'customer care' team?

Phone - iPhone 3G with the latest software update that is commercially available through iTunes (I think that this is OS 3.1.3)

I can send the text, whether in reply or as a normal message; and it appears to go through. No problems or issues seem to exist according to my phone. Because of this I am very much in agreement with you on your point that it is likely to be their phone/network...
Not too sure about other T-mobile users as I'm not certain which of my contacts are with T-mobile (most people seem to use O2, Orange or Vodafone!)
I have reset my phone and this made no difference to my SMS attempts
I thought it might be a number block too, but phone calls get through fine and surely that would be prevented if my number was accidentally blocked?

Language specific Search help

Hi Experts,
I am using a data dictionary search help in my webdynpro component which in sap core (r/3) gives me 7 values all in english which is my login language , when i run the same search help in my webdynpro component on first hitting the serach button it gives me the same 7 values but if i keep hitting the 'start' it throws me values in other languages as well.
my issue now is i need to keep the value list to the initial 7 in the webdynpro component irrespective of the number of times we hit on the search button.
Please suggest the right approach towards resolving the above issue.

Is this an SAP provided search help or one you created? This doesn't sound like correct functionality. The number of hits shouldn't change if you perform the same search. Also if the keys/descriptions are language keyed, they shouldn't cross over and provide entries from other languages keys than your logon language. If the search help functions differently from the SAPGUI/classic dynpro usage than Web Dynpro ABAP, I would suggest opening a support ticket.

JPQL Query for specific usecase, help needed

Does anyone knows how to write the JPQL query for this specific use case.
Take 3 tables,
Table 1 contains bids for many auctions (Bid table)
Table 2 Contains many auctions (Auction Table)
Table 3 contains many users (User Table)
I need a query to retrieve all the highest bids per auction for a particular user.
For example if the user has bidded on 10 auctions., but for each auctions has placed 3 bids each. Following the query, I would expect to get 10 bids back, each being the highest per auction.
A Bid has a bid value that can be used for filtering.

It would be something like the JPQL version of 'select * from bids join auctions using (auction_id) where bids.userid = ? group by auctions.auction_id order by bids.amount desc'. But this is primarily an SQL question, and only secondarily a question as to how to translate that into JPQL, which should be straightforward.

UCCX - Forwarding call to a specific agent - HELP!!!!!

I am implementing an IVR, and I am with the following problem.
If I get an external call to extension 5000, it should be directed to the agent 1, if I receive an external call to extension 5001, it should be directed to extension 5001.
I would know if there is a way to configure the script so that it forward the call to a specific agent only, and not to a queue.

Once the condition is met , setup select resource setup to select the exact resource instead of selecting from CSQ
Make routing target type as Resource and set up resource target.

Need One-Click keyboard and TTS help

A family member recently had surgery. During his recovery, he cannot speak (due to a tracheostomy). He's also having problem with fine motor control, so he cannot write or use a keyboard.
I'm looking for something similar to what Stephen Hawking uses -- where he can spell out a word with a single mouse click. Mr. Hawkings setup has a cursor that automatically marches over each letter of an onscreen keyboard. When the cursor is over the correct letter or word, a single click then adds that letter to the main document. Then the process repeats.
Surely there is something for Mac OS X that can provide this simple function.
I would very much appreciate any help.

You're right that the "practice" function only runs under OS 9, but the application itself is a preference pane under OS X 10.2 and up. You can try it out for two weeks. It works in conjunction with KeyStrokes from AssistiveWare. This provides predictive text input from minimal user indications. Again, you can try it before you buy it. It's unfortunately quite expensive at $299. However, if the mouse is usable, you won't need Cross-Scanner.
As for speech output, there's an excellent free application from Kafka's Daytime that has only just come out. It's called CS_KDREV. If you type in its window or paste a document, it will read it in the system voice you've configured, at a speed you choose.

i am looking for an app, i have searched and searched but there are so many out there, i know someone has had to come up with this, i want an app that will child proof my phone. that will lock out most everything but the games. I have a 2 yr old that loves my phone but calls people and stuff. Is there an easier way to search? i did child or kid and there are SOOO many

To paint a rectangle in a specific position of a specific colour --- help!

i want to paint many 2D squares of colour "contrast" (which i have set previously and changes each time the 2D square is drawn so that many 2D square of different colours result) and i want to draw these 2D squares in a particular position.
my code so far is (in the Paint method: )

}but this is in a class called "Second" which is called from the class where the main method is called "First". "First" may change the size and position of where the "Second" draws. how do i make sure it draws where i want it to?

Make a third class that sets everthing back the way you want before you call second. This is just a guess, because your statements of desire and implementation seem to contradict each other.

Specific sequence help!

Hi, I've done a bit with flash, but am still relatively new
to the whole thing.
I'm making a flash header for a website and what I want it to
do is play the intro once and then repeat the main section once
it's loaded. So like frames 1-85 should only play as soon as it's
loaded and then I want it to repeat 85-250 continuously. What's the
easiest way to do this?

ITunes help, Japanese, no help (Windows)

It has taken so long to find an input field in this registry that I've almost forgotten the problem. Perhaps that is by design - to frustrate, defuse, and eliminate reports of problems.
I've adopted iTunes for Windows, in English on a Japanese system, but when I click on the help menu, what but Japanese appears? The help on "help" I needn't explain beyond the subject heading.
What's the problem with getting language specific iTunes help, regardless of operating systems or users' locations?
