Sprint Collections / SOURCE RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT DID NOT REMOVE

Hey guys, I posted a while back about Sprint and Source Receivables Management here http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Rebuilding-Your-Credit/Sprint-Collections-SOURCE-RECEIVABLES-MANAGEMENT/m-p/4069766#M424272 Basically Sprint verbally agreed that if I pad them directly they would recall the collection and it would be removed from my credit report. Well I paid and waited a month AND.....The collection updated the collection as PAID which caused my score to drop since it changed the status date. I contacted Sprint and again they verbally agreed that it would be removed but when I contacted the collection agency they are saying that is not true. SOOOO I decided to get on Sprint chat and speak with an account specialist who reviewed my account and confirmed it was paid in full AND he even said and I qoute "Yes, once it get paid off . Our next level billing team report your account status and it will be removed from credit report" I have proof in the form of a chat transcript that was emailed to me and so I am wondering should I dispute the account with the CRA? And if so would the chat transcript be enough to prove what Sprint had promised? Or should I send this to the collection agency? NOTE: I paid Sprint directly NOT the collection agency   Thank you for the help

I decided to try again to confirm and I keep being told verbally and by chat that it would be deleted but I think they are saying that to get me off the phone. I decided to go ahead and try a dispute and submit the proof. Transunion and Experian are still looking into it but Equifax came back saying the debt was verified within 24 hours....can they really verify it that quick? Do you know if there is contact to the EO for Sprint I mean I want some type of written confirmation if not I want to show the EO that their employees are giving incorrect information. Yes they can verfify that quick and their keeping the TL is telling you it wasnt recalled, wait for the other 2 CRAs to complete their investigation before deciding on next move. I dont have any contacts for Sprint, what I would do is Google for the HQ address and phone numbers. If its in written form they have no leg to stand on there at Sprint.Thank you again. I am going to do some reasearch but I do have an update. I recieved 2 alerts and when I checked it shows that both Transunion and Experian have removed the item. It could be because it is in dispute so I am not going to get excited just yet but I am still mad why Equifax just said verified after 24 hours since I never disputed if it was mine...I disputed that I shouldn't have had it in the first place and I provided them the same proof I provided the others. I hate Equifax -__- . I am going to wait the 30 days and if it is confirmed that it has been removed from Transunion and Experian then I will fille a complaint with CFPB

    I created an external content typ in the sharepoint designer which takes my custom WCF Service as a data source. I sucessfully added all my required operations and created a new list based on the new content typ. At first I had a security issue which I got
    resolved by editing my BDC configuration in the Central Administration. Now I face a new issue. When I open my external list the BDC Service gives me the following error message:
    "Connection manager did not return valid connection."

    I know it can be frustrating when you are waiting for content to download to your iPhone from the iTunes Store. There are a few steps I would recommend in this situation. Please read over and follow the steps in the attached article.

  • IDoc TO File: Receiver Determination did not find any receivers at all

    Hi,
    We have IDoc to file scenario, where based on attributes present in IDoc we have configured different receivers.
    Everything was working fine and files were getting created based on the receiver determination criteria.
    But there is one change done in custom IDoc to re position the attributes.
    Idoc before changes was having NAME1 and NAME2 above KATR6 and KATR7 and after change it looks like below:
    So there is no change in segment and no change in mapping but the attributes KATR6 and KATR7 are used to determine the receiver.
    Cache refresh is done for both ESR and ID. I have re - entered the receiver determination criteria just to ensure that change should reflect.
    But still when I am triggering outbound IDoc from ECC to PI, the transaction is getting errored out with below error:
    "ErrText": "Processing error = Receiver Determination did not find any receivers at all",
    Can any one providee some idea what could be the reason and what is the right approach to resolve this issue.

    I have an issue configuring a simple File Adapter Content Conversion, it will be great to give me some support as I'am new in the PO Environment.
    Iam reading a flat file and trying to write into an XML in the same FTP server
    I have a 1 to 1 Mapping as follows
    And my Content Conversion at Sender side Looks like this
    After running the configuration Iam getting following error message

    My System is the SAP Netweaver Process Intgration 7.4 single Java stack

  • Java update 2012-006 did not remove Java plugin from any browser

    I successfully installed Java update 2012-006 via Software Update on my iMac running OS X Lion 10.7.5 (German) and it updated the Java runtime to version 1.6.0_37 and removed the Java Preferences application as expected, but it did not remove the Java plugin from any browser!
    Safari and Firefox can still use the Java plugin as before.
    I repaired permissions, rebooted, manually downloaded Java update 2012-006 and successfully installed it again without any change to the Java plugin: it is still present on my system and fully functional from any browser!
    The web is full with messages from users missing the Java plugin after installing this update - but I could not find anything about the plugin not being removed!
    Is anyone experiencing the same behaviour under Lion? I thought this would happen only under Snow Leopard...
    What should I do now? Can I really trust this "successfull installation" of Java update 2012-006 on my system?

    Thanks - I will keep the symlink in place and I won't touch the Deploy bundle, because I need the plugin in Safari and I don't need Oracle's Java 7 for now...
    If the plugin is supposed to stay in the Deploy bundle, this could help others who miss the plugin - they could just recreate the symlink, right?
    To summarize I think we can state, that the Java update 2012-006 for Lion and Mountain Lion sometimes leaves the symlink in /Library/Internet Plugins/ untouched.
    The circumstances that lead to this behaviour are still unknown.
    The install log in Console shows that the scripts to create links and to delete obsolete files ran okay, but there was an error with the "postinstall" script. In spite of this the installation succeeded:

    Does anybody know what "com.apple.mrt.uiagent" and "com.apple.mrt" stands for?
    Obviously the "postinstall" script provides an invalid argument (at least on my system).

Several restarts of Firefox, even with the add-ons disabled did not bring them back. I then installed another add-on and after restarting, all of the previous add-ons are now shown in the manager.
    Running on Mac 10.5.8. Add-ons installed:
    Adblock Plus, Add-on Compatibility reporter, Ant Video Downloader, Forecastfox, Google toolbar, Reload Every, Session Manager, and Steep and Cheap Watcher.
    Note: the troubleshooting information was taken after the problem was fixed. Prior to fixing the issue, there were no items under the Extensions heading. Add-on Compatibility Reporter was the add-on that was added to restore all of the other add-ons, even though it was already installed.

    FWIW, renaming or deleting extensions.sqlite and the other files beginning with "extensions." causes the files to be rebuilt from the extensions directory, so nothing is lost, but they will be restored in alphabetical order.
    I've solved places.sqlite problems by simply restoring a bookmarks backup, or creating a bookmarks backup and restoring that rather than face loss of history.
    Please mark as solved so others will see your answer when looking for solved problems as solutions to there own or other people's problems.

    The new Pages-Numbers-Keynote updates did not remove older versions. Delete them myself I guess?

    WAIT!  Before you delete the old versions (which should be in a folder named:  "iWork '09", I would strongly recommend that you KEEP the old versions around for a while.
    Apple has stripped out a lot of functionality from the new iWorks apps, basically dumbing them down to be more compatible with the more limited iDevice versions.  I would keep the old versions around indefinitely because you may find that they have some functionality that you want that the new iWork apps don't have.

  • Concurrent manager did not failover

    i've setup the load balancer and PCP on 2 appsTier and 2 DBTier.
    the failover of forms and HTTP are working fine.When i shutdown node 2, i can connect to common URL and open forms and run request because node one is the primary node for all managers and node 2 is the secondary node for failover. but when shutdown node # 1, i still can connect to common URL and open the self service, forms but could not submitted any job because there were no manager to handle the request.
    i check my setup and i have primary and secondary on all those managers.
    Please advise why the managers did not failover and where to check and correct.

  • OS X Server 3.0.1 and OS X Mavericks: Managed Preferences not Removing on Mac After They are Removed from Server

    I just upgraded my server to OS X Server 3.0.1 and am testing changing some managed preferences on my MacBook Air with OS X Mavericks.  Initially from the upgrade the security & privacy and users & groups is disabled.  I changed the settings in profile manager, and the push was successful.  I then restarted my macbook air, and after logging in, it stalls and says "Updating Managed Preferences..."  it stalls for about one minute and then logs in.  Those preferences that I allowed in Profile Manager are still grayed out as if the preferences are not updating.  Has anyone see this or have any idea how to troubleshoot?

    I also would like to thank Brandon for the tip about smbutil statshares, I had been looking for a simple way to tell what version of SMB was being used to test my NAS.
    For everyone's benefit, it would appear from the above that whilst Apple advertise Mavericks as using SMB2 they have gone as far as implementing SMB2.1 and merely list it only as SMB2 for simplicity and due to the fact there is not a huge different between SMB2 and SMB2.1

  • Recovery manager did not recover specific type of files

    I tried to boot the PC in "Safe Mode" by pressing F8 key at the time of boot. However PC did not boot in  "Safe Mode" .  So I booted it normally and then open "MSCONFIG" menu.  In this menu I opted for Safe Boot under advance option.  and then opted for rebooting the PC.  However PC did not booted at all.  All along it kep showing various DOS commands and then welcome Screen but thereafter PC used to crash  and back and forth these activities continued.  In order to get of this vicious cycle I tried cold booting by switching off the PC from socket.  Then when I tried to boot PC it showed two option one was for normal booting and other was for revoking the startup recovery manager menu.  Since normal booting was not possible as "MSCONFIG" menu was configured for booting in "Safe Mode'' and PC just refused to boot in "Safe Mode".  Hence only option that was left is to revoke Startup Recovey solution.  In Startup recovery menu offered two solution one was "system restore" which I tried but system could not restore to point I suggested.  I tried system resore point of older date but system could not restore that point it did displayed some error message.  Hence only option that was left was to System Recovery.   The system recovery prompted me to take backup which I took.  I saw it was copying many many files.  The size of backup on my Pen drive was about 8 GB.  Thereafter the system was recovered.  Normal booting of Windows was also restored. Now I tried to restore my data.  The data was restored.  Even outlook mails of the size of 4 GB were restored.  But on further observing the data which was in my erstwhile My Document folder I was shocked to know that certain files with extension .123, .apr, .adx, .lwp were not restored.  These files were created by my use of Lotus Smartsuite software.  I used to extensively use Lotus 1-2-3, Lotus Approach and Lotus WordPro for my work.  I also observed that .dbf files were also not restored.  Well this is a native file format like .txt and .jpeg.  Actually when one  use Lotus Approach it creates three files one is .adx file that is index file. the other is .apr file which is a database viewer file and the other is .dbf files in which all data is stored.  All such files were not resored by HP recovery Manager.  This is the problem I am facing.  I still have .exe file of the size of 8 GB on my Pen Drive.  Is there any way to restore files with extension I mentioned above ???

"  I have found in other comments on the forums that possibly not all files one thought were being backed were in fact backed up.  Check in the folder on the flash drive to see if the ones missing are in fact there.  The person in that above thread actually had all the files.

    On the iPhone there is no FaceTime app or icon for it.
    FaceTime is integrated into iOS.

    We are using SAP ISU 4.72 version with CRM 4.0.
    Sometimes when user is doing final bill reversal and moveout reversal from CRM, the flag "Contract terminated for billing reasons" (EVER-BILLFINIT) in SAP ISU is not removing automatically and this gives problem for further billing of the contract.
    Can anyone suggest a solution for this problem that how to correct this problem or any notes to be applied to correct this.

    I have already checked this note. It seems that this note is for manual billing problem which is not carried out here.
    In our case if we are doing in SAP, the removal of flag is happening with reversal of final bill.
    But sometimes when we are doing through CRM the reversal process, sometimes this flag is not deleting.
    I am not very sure whether it is an ISU issue or this issue happens only from CRM.
