SRM 7.0 Ship to Address contact details not pulling through

Hi all
We are using SRM 7.0. We want users to choose the ship to address from a predefined list. I have added a new ship to address to an existing company. However when I add new contact details (telephone number, fax and email) it does not keep the new contact details. It still keeps the old contact details as standard. So when the requestor chooses the new ship to address, the old contact details are pulled through and not the new ones. How do I get the new contact details to pull through for the new address and the old contact details to remain for the old address.

if you changed the ship to address . you must get updated address when you search.
if you created new ship to address , you must get new ship to address when you search it.
how did you change the ship to address ? - internal address?

My problem -
Create or change Ship-to address by using search-help(F4). After selection, new/changed address is not refreshed in detail screen of Ship-to adress. Default Ship-to address is displayed.
I have looked at the SAP NOTE -1148246 which is the exact problem i have but the note is for older release and the changes mentioned in this SAP Note are done in my system.

SRM 7.0 Ship-To Address

All,
I am trying to determine how I can build and maintain a list of delivery addresses in SRM 7.0. I realize tht all company codes have an address which can be used as a deliver to address, but in 5.0, you could use the transaction "Maintain Address for Own Company" where you could add as many addresses for a company code you wanted. You could then set this address as a "Ship-to" address or something else if desired. The user could have this maintained in PPOMA_BBP in the GUI, OR they could perform a search when creating a shopping cart.
I can find delivery addresses I create (or have been created based on th ecompany creation) in the table ADRC in the SRM 7.0 GUI, however, I can not select any of these addresses when in the shopping cart as ship-to/delivery addresses.
Does anyone have any input on this? I don't know how a shopping cart can be created without having to free-text a manual delivery address for every line item of every shopping cart.

Purchasers can set the following addresses and defaults for suppliers or for themselves:
Ordering address
Ship-from address
Invoicing party address
System administrators can set the following addresses and defaults for their own company (purchasing side):
Ship-to address
Invoice recipient address

Define the attributes Ship-to address (ADDR_SHIPT) and Company (COMPANY) at least once at a high level in the organizational plan. The number of the organizational unit is then copied to the COMPANY attribute. The Ship-to address and Company attributes are then inherited by organizational units at a lower level in the organizational plan. If you define other organizational units as subsidiaries, you can identify these as separate legal entities with different addresses using these attributes.

Selecting Contact details not working

When I'm in 'Contacts' when I click on some of the contacts the phone goes BLACK and then goes back to the main screen. I've checked in my phonebook on my Mac and the contact details for these people exist.
Is this a common problem? Will a full reset resolve the problem?

PO items for ship-to addresses that do not belong to our company

Hello gurus,
this is the situation: Often, we would like our vendors to deliver goods ordered by us not to our company, but to other adresses (e.g. adresses of our customers, but also other places). There are approx. 4500 relevant "foreign" ship-to-adresses.
I know you can change the ship-to address in the PO, but we would like to handle this as ergonomically as possible. My question is: What master data can we use to store the adresses and make them easily accessible during PO creation (e.g. ME21N)?
Up to now we came up with three options:
a) Create a storage location for every adress:
    Pro: Relatively easy to access in ME21N.
    Con: We create loads of "storage locations" that do not even belong to our company.
b) Create one (or several) storage locations with many, many adresses. E.g. storage location "customer adresses" with 300 adresses (can a storage location have that many?).
    Pro: Not as many storage locations.
    Con: Adress-selection in ME21N is annoyingly uncomfortable. A certain adress may be hard to find.
c) Use SAP's adress management to maintain all the adresses. But how can I then select them in ME21N?
Any ideas on this?

This can be achived thro' third party scenario.
In Tcode MM01 Sales view maintain the item category group as BANS.
In configuration Item category and item category group relation to be maintained.
Then Create a Sale order against the customer ( Whom you want to deliver the materials)
Automatically PR will cretae.
Then convert the PR to PO. In the delivery address tab the customer address will come automatically.
Then raise the invoice and billing....

My mac contacts are not updating through icloud?

I am puting new conacts on my phone and ipad but they are not being updated through to my mac any ideas?

Please try the following…
    1.    First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
    2.    Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
    3.    If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.

HT2486 sending email contact details not autofilling

I'm using Icloud for my contacts, and when I go to send an email from my IMac I used to be able to start typing in the (to Address) and autofill would start to complete the details for the email address. This has stopped for some reason and on both the IMacs I have the same problem and have to manually type every email address in by hand! why has it lost the conection to Contacts?

Nokia PC Sync BUG: Contact details not synched to ...

looks like the fields aren't mapped correctly or at all. I can't modify the nokia phone book to add "internet telephone" fields, or safely back up ANY of the "internet telephone" fields from nokia to Outlook.
I rely on the "internet telephone" fields for my VoIP/SIP communications.
Please fix and update the software!

Its mapped but not very user friendly. Once sync is over you can see view last report of Nokia PC Sync. In that you can see that Internet telephone is mapped to User field. This you can find in Outlook in
Select a contact which has got internet telephone, In Contact options like General Details Activities Certificates and All fields-> Select from -> Select All contact fields from drop down list. There you can see the User field 1, 2 and so on , in this option you can view your internet telephone field Hope it may help you

My address contacts did not transfer to my new computer

I just got a new Macbook pro and I migrated my files over from my old computer but it didn't transfer over my contacts. Anyone know how I can get all my contacts onto my new computer without having to type them all in again?

Skype contact requests not going through to other ...

Hi,
I have this problem where I send a contact request to someone and their icon stays as a question mark and they say they haven't received the request for long intervals of time. I have four requests pending right now, with people I know well in real life that we exchanged Skype account with, and for about a week now the request just wouldn't go through to the other side. I've tried restarting and tried resending the requests.
Does someone know what the source of this problem could be?

I have changed all the setting to allow everyone but my contact request is not being received and calls not being answered. Both computers have Windows 8 and when I send the request it says it was send but the person does not get anything on their screen about getting a contact request, they look in recent and nothing shows, looked in IM and nothing shows. Where do they go to see they have a contact request?

Loans given - Customer detail does not pull through

We do a Loans given to a subsidiary using product 33A. On the status of the loan the customer detail is not automatically updated. The fields are greyed out, and payment methods arenu2019t allowed.
Any ideas?

Loans Taken works correctly.
The Business Partner we use has a role TR0100 Main Loan Partner and on the "Control Data" tab the box "Customer Assigned" is checked and the External Customer field is populated.
We use transaction FN1V to create the loan.
FNVD to disburse
FNVM to change.
When we use transaction FNVM to display/change a Pmt method can't be selected and the following warning get displayed:
"No customer assigned to the partner"
When we use transaction F110 to create a payment proposal the following error appear:
               Compay codes T001/T001 do not appear in proposal 05.08.2009 TEST2
                        Message no FZ003
                Diagnoses
                       No data exists for the specified paying company code T001 and the specified sending company code T001
                       in payment proposal 05.08.2009

Ship To Address issue due to HR replication

Hello All,
We are in SRM 7.0 SP2.
We have integraed HR org structure to SRM Org structure.
There was a change in the HR org structure at the root level, which resulted in SRM root level Org structure with a different Business Partner number.
In SRM Org structure we have many attributes at the root level, and we have created many ship to address against the old Business partner.
Now with this change there is only Company address available.
Is there a way where we can assign the old ship to adress which we had created earlier to assign to the

The problem is that all PR items are being sent to SRM with a default Ship to Address instead of the Ship to Address described for each item in the PR.
After some investigation we found out that this address comes from the Purchasing Organization default address wich can be seen through PPOMA_BBP (address tab at Purchasing Organization level).
So, this is the first problem. Items are arriving in SRM with wrong Ship to Address and buyer must correct all of them manually, wich is terrible and unacceptable for the end user.
Trying to fix this palliatively, we've maintained a few different Ship to Address in SRM so that buyer can create a PO in SRM (through Sourcing Cockpit) and then change the address for the PO items using search help instead of keep filling in all address fields for Ship to Address.
By doing this we found a second issue while choosing one of these address already maintained in the system. The main name for the address (wich can be seen in the PO partner tab view) shows the Purchasing Organization name, instead of c/o name defined in the address. Therefore user can not know wich is the address choosen for each item unless he opens the address details for all items since all address are indexed to the same Purchasing Organization and therefore to the same address name.
Mainly what we need to know is how to make Ship to Address described for the items in PR comes exactly the same to SRM instead of the default address.

Supplier Email contact details

Hi,
We have performed EBS upgrade from 12.0.4 to 12.1.3.
We have picked up a small issue with Supplier Contact details not being picked up and printed on the PO.
In Rel 12.0.4 the contact details were picked up even if the contact details were not selected in PO header.
With Rel 12.1.3 this doesn't happen anymore and no details are picked up.
I am aware of the new profile option 'PO: Communication Email Default' but this only works when the Supplier contact details are assigned to an address in the contact details form.
The issue is we have more than a 1000 Suppliers which will need to be updated if we are to fix the issue this way.
Supplier Email details are not printed on the PO even with the manually update.

Ship-To Address not getting picked for one particular user

Hi SRM Gurus,
I am working on SRM5.0 system with ECC6.0 as backend.
For one particular SRM user, the Ship-To address number which has been maintained in his attributes through transaction PPOMA_BBP, as default delivery address, is not populated when he creates a SC.
This default ship-to address is not seen while creating the cart even though the address can be found via the F4 search help in the same SC.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening for one particular user?
Please note that this problem is occuring even when the user is shopping for self and creating a new SC (no copying from template). So SAP note 1055203 is not valid in my case.
I have checked the ADRC table, and this address number exists. Infact, when I assign this address number to some other user's Ship-To attribute, this default delivery address is picked in the SC.
So, I understand that the problem is not with the address, but with the linking of this address number to this user. I even tried deleting and re-assigning the address number in the attribute to this user. But, it doesnot work still.
Can anyone help me out?

Ship to address not being picked from attributes for any user it was being picked from Org address data , and I had reset the value
now , when I am trying to create a SC and I have tried to add delivery address bby 2 types .
1. By adding through the portal
2> i have tried to add the same throgh ppomabbp in user attributes "Delivery address"
I have also made it default however when I raise the SC it again shows me as blank :
I am not too sure how do I populate the value that I need . Please see below still the delivery address is blank !!

Customer has same Bill-To and Ship-to address...

If a Customer has same Bill-To and Ship-to address, then is there any way to enter one address and copy to another in the BP-Master??? (in SAP B1 2007 B PL7)

If you want to copy them automatically, only FMS may not be good enough. By SDK or add-on wold be better. It is not that difficult to copy them manually . Because not all Customers have same Bill-To and Ship-to address, automation might not be a good idea.
