SRM Manager to Display/Edit Purchasing Document

Hi All,
We have configured SAP SRM 7.0 with PPS so that an end-to-end process starting from creating Shopping-Cart until Invoice can be performed successfully.
We have user called: BUYER, and MANAGER. Each of them able to perform end-to-end scenarios.
But until now, we cannot make MANAGER to display/edit any purchasing document such as Shopping-Cart, PO, Contract that is created by BUYER.
We have tried to put all available PFCG roles & portal roles to MANAGER which make MANAGER a super-user. But still, MANAGER cannot see BUYER's document.
We refer to the following URL for PFCG roles & portal roles:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm70/helpdata/en/d7/4b8a5e1b324584a4aa16281f071a0a/frameset.htm
Does anybody have solution for this?
Thanks before.

Hi! About SC's, the only roles that are able to access SC from other users are:
Approver: only when the SC is awating approval;
Admin: through the monitor.
I hope this clarifies.
Best regards,

  • Display/Edit custom document attributes in PC-UI

    Hi CRM Fellows,
we've customized via transaction DMWB - Document Modelling Workbench some additional attributes for the documents derived from Class CRM_P_ORD and CRM_L_ORD. Via the GUI in Transaction CRMD_BUS2000126 - Activities we can upload documents and maintain this attributes. But our client uses PC-UI and we try to show this attributes there. Unfortunately the Structure CRMT_BSP_CM_1O used to display the documents does NOT contain our required fields.
Has anyone come around such a problem? Is there a solution without modification? We have tried EEWB but there is no Object Type for the document management.
    Hope anybody can help.
    Regards
    Robert

    Hi Robert,
i have the same problem. We need this attributes for documentaiton purposes:
    Author, Source, Valid until
I've created this attributes via transaction DMWB in the PHIO Class CRM_P_ORDER_V. In the SAP-GUI Transaction CRMD_BUS2000126 i can maintain this attributes.
Now it comes to PC-UI. The screen structure of the document management does not contain this fields. So I've created my own structure which includes the standard structure CRMT_BSP_CM_1O and my own structure. I've copied the access class CL_CRM_BSP_AM_CM_1O to ZCL_CRM_BSP_AM_CM_1O and did the customizing.
Now I see our custom attributes in the personalization of the Content Management but the Fields are not visible in the Table.
I think the problem is caused by the class CL_CRM_BSP_CM_SC which calls the access class. As far as I've seen in debugging it restricts the display to the content management standard fields.
What can we do? Is the only solution to include SAP-GUI via SAP Transaction IView? I hope not.
    Regards

  • PO number not appearing in Purchasing Document number

    Hi
I have posted a MIRO. PO number: 4500000013. Now when i see in FBL1N & vendor open items, PO number does not appear in Purchasing Document field. Let me know how to bring the PO number.
Edited by: Deepak Agrawal on Oct 8, 2009 11:50 AM

    Hi,
The display of the purchasing document number for customers/vendors via the line item display is not possible. However, you can branch from the vendors/customers line item display into the document overview and there display the purchasing document number for the individual G/L account line items.

  • Master data for "Purchasing Document category" 0DOC_CAT

    Hello All,
I have a requirement to display the purchasing document category "0DOC_CAT" and its description in a report. The problem I am facing right now is:
How to get the Description or TEXT of the Purchasing document category ?
Is there any standard text master data datasource available ?
Is there any ECC tables which has this information ( both key and text).... as I searched through number of tables like T161T etc... but it only has the Key information (BSTYP)
Please let me know your ideas ....... Really appreciate your time........

    Hi Ram,
In the source system, this feild is used along with document type and hence into BI we can use the table mentioned by you, that T161T only can be used to load text of document type along with document categ as compunded object.
For your info....you may be able to see some text for document categ (BSTYP) in ECC, thats because in the definition of this feild, the text is hard coded. If you would like then the same can be done in BI as well, by manually maintaining the text in the info object, in stead of loading.
In ECC the hard coded values are stored in Data dictionary tables, in this case in DD07D table, but this cant be used for data source.

  • Accounting document number display in purchase order history tab

Is it possible to display the accounting document number in the purchase order history tab?  Currently it is displaying material document number for Good receipts and LIV (logistic invoice verification) document number for Invoice receipts against material document number colmn.  We can get to the accounting document number by drilling into the LIV document number.  We are looking for a way to display the accounting document number in the display screen of purchase order history tab instead of drilling down.
Is there an option to display accounting document number of the MIRO posting in ME23N , purchase order history tab?
Truly appreciate any help in this regard.

  • In FI Line Item Display Purchase Document Not appearing

    Dear All,
Could you please help me, how i can get the Purchasing document Number in Line Item Report .
    Thank you in advance.
    KSK

    Hi
You have to add Purchase Document (PO) as a special field in the line layout variant through  customizing  to view PO in the FBL3N Line layout,
Go to SPRO Settings - **** - GL Accounting - GL Accounts - Master Records - Line Items - Line Item Display - Define Special fields for finding and sorting data"
A message will be displayed that it is a cross client change. Presse nter
Before adding the special field PO, the line layout variant does not have the field PO
    Click on New Entries button
Give the Table as BSEG and Field as EBELN.
    And save.
    Assign points if useful.

  • SRM purchasing document updated in enhancement only in Debug mode

    Hi everybody,
I created an enhancement for a SRM include ( LBBP_SOCO_APPF0R -> Form CREATE_FOLLOW_ON_DOCUMENT) because existing BAdI are not called at necessary moment to update Shopping Cart (purchasing document) CUF items.
ABAP code i added allows to get data from follow-on document, then i get details from parent document, i update this document with values for CUF fields, i save this document and finally i run function module BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT (with or without export parameter 'WAIT').
Nevertheless, those CUF fields are correctly updated but only when i am in debugging process flow with an external break-point.
When i delete this debug point, CUF fields are not updated any more !
Is anyone have an idea to solve this problem ?
    Regards.
    Laurent.

The problem may come from the network system or something's wrong in the system Because I have run the tcode and It work properly.
    Thanks,

    Thanks Andy,
I have googled activating workflow approvals in SP2013. However the sites I have read, refer to activating a feature that is not there on my server. So not sure how I should be doing this.
I have spent days looking into this. Is there an article somewhere that explains how to do this.
I will read up on people picker, it looks a little more complicated than I think setting up a document approval should be.
I only want the approver to be 1 of about 10 people. Is there any way just to set a simple list to pick the approver from?

Did you receive the order confirmation e-mail? Have you installed Acrobat XI professional? if yes then open a PDF in that software and edit from the right or else check the account for the order completion.

  • Problems displaying and editing long documents on small pages sizes

Problems displaying and editing long documents on small page sizes
I read this problem have called with the helpdesk they didn't know the solution but how can I find the solution:
In Pages 09, I can't scroll down andand click on text to edit it!! All the mouse will do is draw gray transparentboxes and not place the cursor in the text. Again, like the display problem, itdoesn't happen at the beginning of the doc, but starts showing up around 50 to60 pages in ... I can't select text at the bottom of pages ... at 50 pages, thecursor can be clicked into anyplace on a page. Further and further down, the unselectablearea on any particular page creeps up from the bottom line by line: at 175pages in the unselectable area is 12 lines high; at 360 pages in theunselectable area is 25 lines high. and finally at around 440 pages down, Icannot place the cursor anywhere on any page all the way to the end of thedocument.
    I have Page versie 4.1

What you get was described here several times.
As we are end users like you, we can't change the app behavior.
Under 10.6.8 you have the buttons allowing you to scroll one line up or one line down.
Under Lion they are no longer available.

  • F-47 and Purchasing Document

In Advance Payment through F-47, while selecting purchasing document,  system again ask for selecting Vendor from list and then by selecting its Po, it may happen by mistake another vendor choose then its Po will pick.
Want to restrict PO should be available of vendor to whom payment is going to be made and not by selection of vendor.
    Waiting for Reply.
    Thanks in Advance.
Edited by: Kiran L. Bhatia on Aug 5, 2010 11:24 AM

    Hi,
SAP does not have such check to check the vendor againest the vendor of PO. It only checks whther the PO no. is valid or not.
However you can build your validation in OB28 to perform such check.
To make the vendor line mandatory for KR document type, you can write the validation as below:-
    Step 1:-
Create a message ID via transaction code SE91 for message class /EACC/MSG/ACC_COMP as you want to display to user.
    Step 2:-
Go to transaction GGB0 and create the validation step at line item level in Financial Accounting as below:-
    Pre Requisits:-
    SY-TCODE='F-47'.
    Check:-
Create a exit code using user exit and check that vendor in PO is same as vendor in the line item.
For this take the help of ABAPer and create a copy of the program RGGBR000 and code your check here and assign to the application area GBLR in view V_T80D via transaction code SM30.
    Message:-
Message created in step 1 as error message.
    Step 3:-
Please also check that this validation has active status (Status=1) at line line item level (level 2) for your company code in transaction OB28.

    Gaurav
