SRM PO Change Details

Hi all,
I need to display change details in PO using smartforms in SRM.Like if i create a PO and change any item like Qty or delivery date or price of that PO those changes should be shown in PO Output. How can i do this in SRM 5.0?
I found that BUS2201 can be used to get these details.But how to use this BUS2201.Please help me. This is an urgent issue.

  • SRM PO Changes doesnt transfer to R/3 PO

    Hi All,
    SRM 5.0 ECS
    We face an issue sometimes that SRM Po changes doesnt flow in R/3 PO. The bigger issue is we do not see any error in RZ20 nor in BBP_PD.Yes there is a FM at our disposal to push the changes, but just wanted to see the root cause and if anyone has faced a similar case.

    Hi Krishna,
    If you find another one, access the PO through BBP_PD.
    Scroll down to bottom of screen where below the workflow you will see a thing called "Check again"
    click on this and if you scroll down again after screen refresh you may see errors that didn;t appear on the WEBGui.
    Sometimes the DOC_CHECK_BADI can be responsibe for this but either creating or getting rid of errors, you could set BP at beginning of this BADI, then press the Check again button and jump over all the code of the BADI and see if you see any different behaviour.

    Using Manager Self Service, we would like to be able to have our users change the job title, department etc. of their 'reports' i.e. their employees. Is there a way to do this using standard Manager Self Service functionality?

    Yes, it is possible to change the department related changes through Manager self service using function Change Cost Center, Location and Manager and it is possible to change the job using Change Job.

    is it simply a GET_LOCATIONS_ that I need to run once all the new plants have been created in R3 or do i need to create the plants in SRM?
    With one Purch org to one co code to one plant how will this effect the workflow start conditions
    How will the be differnt to a on Purchasing Org to many co codes to many plants?
    Any thing else you think that I might need to do with this change

    These determine whether the address is primary or not, and also what type of address it is.

    1. I created SU01 User.
    2. I created Root Organistaion with PPOCA_BBP.
    3. I went into PPOMA_BBP Tr. code and added Organisation structure like Root Organisation -> Organisation for Company Code -> Organisation for Pur Org -> Organisation fro Pur Group -> Position.
    4. I got struck at assigning BusinessPartner for each organisation and creating Cntral Person
    Plase provide further steps to copmplete SRM USer creation.

    Are you using USERS_GEN transaction in SRM to create users ? Please read the SAP documentation in this case associated with the transaction using SRM GUI logon..
    Which option do you use in USERS_GEN : file upload ?
    In your case where the "US" (User) link is missing: is the SU01 user created ? Wasn't is already created before USERS_GEN ?
    If the system is not able to create the CP <-> US relation, you should get back an error message in USERS_GEN.

    We are impoting PLM Details to SAP from Agile through WeMethod via Idoc.
    We are impoting Datas like Materials Details, Manufacturer part number, BOM Etc.
    But i dont know to import change details (Change log of Agile like change history, change approver, Who has did the change, Change Date etc) to SAP from Agile.
    Please let me know what type of idoc are used with idoc message type.

    In CC07, you can find more options if you check 'Additional Selection Option'
    After marking check, press enter which will extend your selection options as shown in below screen,
    This will be helpful in more specific selection criteria for user.

  • SRM PO Changes Error Status - Error in Process (SRM 4.0 and ECC 5.0)

    Hi All,
    I created PO in SRM from Sourcing (Shopping Cart) and it is replicated to Back End (ECC 5.0). But I did not post GR or Invoice Verication with reference to PO.
    When I am trying to change PO in SRM (SRM Webbrowser - Processing PO) like Quantity, I am receiving the PO status as Error in Process.
    Please let me know do I need to configure anything for this issue or need to implement OSS Note/BADI.

  • Purchase order changed details

    Hi, could any body tell me how to check the changed purchase order details............i.will explain my requirement.
    Purchase order created ,Released & sent to vendor .but th ePo required few changes . next day Po is changed (for values, schedule dates etc). & Re  sent  to vendor asking him not to process the old one.
    How the vendor will differentiate between two Pos (if the changes are very negligeble ).
    Can we find any changes in Ammended (changed PO) ?

    If ur functional consultant maitain the versions for  changing the PO then u can get the changes in the POs in the database table EREV . this table is for amendment po with respect to the version .

  • Changing details in Service PO

    In a Service PO, the problem I am facing is that entering in Purchase Order "Item Category in Purchasing Document" (column I) the value D (services) automatically declares the unit in terms of AU (Activity Unit). Hence, when I go for the output (print preview) it gives a weird Quantity of 1 AU no matter the service was measured in terms of, fee charged per liter or per tank or per day etc. This obviously is not good but my supervisor thinks it is a lot of work.
    If I want the quantity to appear as it appears in the Service Item, all I need to do is get the unit from that field right? Hence the form only requires changing of field from qty in the header to the qty in the item?
    Replacing MEPO1211-EPSTP with ESLL-MEINS in however the code for forms (i.e. output for print) is written should do the trick right? I want to be sure about the way to go about it to discuss this with my supervisor.

    I just want to justify the logic why system picks AU for service items.
    two ways you can procure the service.
    - for short term services, we create account assigned PO with short text.
    - for long term services, we create service master and also we want to track the service completion with SES.
    Having said this... for service PO with item category D, in the line item we dont enter any material and we just enter short description with account assignment. so it means we are not entering exact service details in the line item. We enter the exact service details in service tab and moreover a single service can have multiple services clubbed. for ex. you are creating a service PO for lunch bouffet party. You want to categorise this service into specific services..
    - food  - 100 EA
    - drinks - 20 Litres
    - waiter service - 5 man hours
    In the above example, you create PO and mention short description as New year lunch party with UOM AU. and in the service tab you mention all the three services with three different UOM. So if system allows you to change the UOM in line item, you can't have different UOM in service line items. Hence I think system is using generic UOM.
    So you need to change your smartform logic to fetch the UOM from service tab and not in item tab.

    If you have change documents active for status management and project profile then you can get the data from JCDS table directly (changed status and who changed it). Note that you will get the status in SAP internal code and you need to refer TCJ30 table for status.
