Based on the dump contents, your SQL Server MDF database file is corrupt,  the possible solutions are based on the situation:
1. If the corruption is not severe, then you can use the SQL Server build-in command DBCC CheckDB to correct the errors. See
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms176064.aspx
2. If the corruption is severe, then you may try some third party tools. The one I have tried successfully in the past is DataNumen SQL Recovery at
http://www.datanumen.com/sql-recovery/ . You can use it to scan and recover the data from your corrupted MDF and NDF database files.
Good luck!
And what about restoring from backup ? That tool is of no use seriously have tried it.
Restoring from valid backup is best option here dont go for tool its useless.

  • Resolve line numbers from a stack dump

    I have an application with a mutex dead lock. This program is compiled with CC and the flag g.
    With pstack(pid) I get a proper stack dump with symbol names and hex addresses.
    Is there any way to resolve those hex addresses to line numbers from the source file?
    GNU got a tool named addr2line which solve this problem, is there any corresponding tools for Solaris 10?

    Don't know about addr2line analogue (maybe you can build it on Solaris, too), but there's always an option to use dbx:
    - attach to the process with 'dbx - pid'
    - issue 'where' in dbx console

  • CAUFVD gets initialized result in dump with error Production ord not found

    Hi All,
    We want to make change of start date and end date of a production order via CO02 (Production order change). Based on these changes we want to update an existing a Purchasing Planned Order  Start Dt and Finsih Dt (MD12)
    We are using Enhancement component (PPCO0007) : Exit when saving production order
    Within this exit we are using BAPI_PALNNEDORDER_CHANGE  to update some other purchasing  planned order dates.
    The BAPI_PALNNEDORDER_CHANGE  is executing succesfully however the production order structure (CAUFVD)  gets initialized resulting in dump with error Production order not found
    How can we update and save a purchased planned order and also the  production order

    Hi Max,
    Thanks for the reply...
    The error details are as below:
    Dump gets generated via program : (SAPLCOBT).
    Exception condition ORDER_NOT_FOUND raised.
    include = LCOBPU16.
    Row No: = 21.
    Module Type = (Function)
    Module Name = CO_BT_ORDER_DET_TEMP
    We also give brief details on what is happening:
    My exit calls from Standard (LCOZVU01) :
    CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION '001'
               EXPORTING
                    header_imp = caufvd
               IMPORTING
                    header_exp = caufvd_tmp
                    no_update  = answer.
    *     Check if update of header necessary and allowed
          IF caufvd-aufnr EQ caufvd_tmp-aufnr AND
             caufvd       NE caufvd_tmp.
            PERFORM caufv_upd(saplcobh) USING caufvd_tmp.
          ENDIF
    When BAPI for planned order is executed within the exit, the structure (caufvd) values are found refreshed. This structure is further updating the production order.

    Publisher/Subscriber db:  SQL 2008 R2, 2000 compatability mode

    After snapshot agent finishes, the log reader agent starts and fails immediately with this error in the Agent Job.

  • Stack dump: SQL Server keeps crushing

    My SQL Server keeps crushing with a stack dump error saying:

  • Short Dump with ALV Report

    Hi
    I have one Zreport which gives the result in ALV form.
    After getting the result(1 row with 33 columns) when I tried to export the ALV results to spread sheet using the option : List-> Export-> Spread Sheet OR by click on Excel icon in the display screen,I'm getting the short dump with the description "No more storage space available for extending an internal table" .
    After analysis ,find that dump is raising in the FM : F4_GET_RESULT of Include Program : LSDH3U03.
    Can anyone provide us some clue .
    Thanks & Regards,
    Sreeram

    Hi,
    If the display is in ALV grid format, then you can try another approach to save the data in a spreadsheet.
    - Right-click on any output cell.
    - Select 'Spreadsheet' from the drop down list
    - radio-button 'All available formats'
    - Excel (In existing XXL format)
    Thanks!

  • Stack Dump while creating Write Optimized DSO on BW 7.3, MS SQL - any SAP Notes?

    While attempting to create a Write Optimized DSO on BW 7.3, MS SQL, we had a stack dump - ABAP Program     CL_RSD_ODSO_VERS==============CP with short text " Access using NULL object reference is not possible. "
    Has anyone seen any SAP Notes on this subject?

    Hi John,
    Was any field deleted from the DSO, if yes, probably the system is not able to relate the pointer from the DSO table. Error like these come up very often when fields are deleted from DSO. Solution is to remove the field manually from the table also. However, the system is supposed to do but sometimes such ambiguity causes such issues.

  • How to Populate the JTable Object programatically with SQL Results

    Use code tags.
    Don't mix GUI and JDBC together. Split them out into separate classes.
    You have a good start, but you will need to loop through your resultset and also pull the ResultSet metaData for you column headings

    Hello,
    These types of errors are related to memory pressure or working set trimming on the SQL Server instance. Please try to set the max server
    memory option and leave 2 or 4 GB of RAM to the operating system.
    sp_configure
    'show advanced options', 1;
    GO
    RECONFIGURE;
    GO
    sp_configure
    'max server memory', 4096;
    GO
    RECONFIGURE;
    GO
    The above code limits SQL Server Memory Manager to 4 GB.
    Hope this helps.

    Please apply CU1 for SP4 to make sure the hot fix has been applied to the SQL Server instance.

  • Auto-Stack by Capture Time: results don't match selected interval

    I selected a collection of 2075 images in Grid mode, and invoked Auto-Stack by Capture Time, with "Time Between Stacks" set to 0:10:00. This resulted in all images being grouped into 7 stacks -- but the difference in capture time between one stack and the next stack was only a couple of seconds.
    I then changed the interval to 0:20:00, and repeated the Auto-Stack command. This resulted in all images being grouped into 4 stacks -- and again, the difference in capture time between one stack and the next stack was only a couple of seconds.

    Thanks Bob for that very fast reply!
    But neither "Modifying hal configuration" nor "Using the Desktop Environment settings" (xfce) worked. So I tried the "I don't want this crap, how do I turn it off?" solution and well it works
    Maybe I turn it back on in a month or so.. but for now i'm fine with no hot plugging but a working keyboard...
    Thanks and Bye!

  • Forms Runtime stack dump - MSVCRT.dll

    I'm having trouble with a Forms 5.0 app that I'm bringing up to Forms 6i. Whenever I try to run the form, I get a stack dump. I searched METALINK and found lots of people complaining of the same or similar problem, all in forum threads that have since been closed without anyone posting a solution. Has anyone experienced this? I'm desperate for a solution!
    I'm running Windows/NT Build 1381, SP6, but the problem also occurs on a Win2k workstation. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling all the Oracle products on my workstation, and I've also tried loading various different versions of MSVCRT.dll into the WINNT/system32 folder. (This is a pain because Windows opens & locks the DLL.)
    Thanks in advance.

  • I am trying to create a print ready PDF from a word file with unacceptable results.

    I am trying to create a print ready PDF from a word file with unacceptable results.
    The word file has a trim size of 6” x 9”. It has been set to mirror margins with the inner, top and bottom margins set to 0.75”, the outer margin is set to 0.5” and the gutter to 0.14”.
    It doesn’t matter if I create the PDF from inside Word, or open Acrobat Pro 11.0.9 and click Create From File, while the resulting document size is correct and the odd numbered pages reflect the correct margins, the even numbered pages do not. This results in some text near the outer margin, as well as the page numbers being omitted.
    Does anyone know how to correct this?
    I just noticed that some of the odd numbered pages' text is also cropped. Apparently Acrobat is refusing to set side margins to smaller than 1" (@ 3cm).

    I'm away from my printer, so I'll try it later. Even so, the proposed test is irrelevant. I operate a small publishing house and am trying to upload certain novels to Ingram, the largest book distributor in the world. The specifications I've set are the specifications they've asked for. Since they've said that the results I'm obtaining are unacceptable, and since they demand submission in PDF form, this renders Acrobat Pro for Mac completely unacceptable for anyone in the publication industry. As far as I can tell, Adobe has a serious bug here that it needs to fix—and at once.

  • OS 10.8 just installed. "Hot Corner" to put new iMac 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5  to sleep mode doesn't work. Have tried cordless and corded mouse with same result. Momentary sleep, immediate wake. Any idea how to fix?

    Set "hot corner" to put iMac to sleep.  Doesn't work.  Selecting the corner will momentarily put to sleep, but immediately rewakes.  Have tried all four corners with same result.  Have tried with wireless mouse and with corded mouse with same result.  Any ideas as to how to fix?

    You've been so great, I want to thank you for all the help over a very frustrating day.  Last evening, I redownloaded and installed the fresh copy of Mountain Lion.  The problem remained.  After installing the new OS 10.8, any clicks on a web page (Firefox browser) didn't open the page, but instead made a copy of the page on the desktop. Felt it must be hardware  degrading, so I set up a case with Apple support for today.  Early in the diagnostics, I had swapped out for a corded mouse and the problem remained.   As a last try, I changed out my wireless mouse for a different wireless mouse. That seems to have done the trick. My Logitech mouse is incompatible with OS 10.8.
    Thank you again, so much!
