My stacking dropdown is greyed out in Lightroom 1.4. Can anyone sugest a remedy ?

You can only stack in bottom-level folders, or other folders if "include photos from subitems" is unchecked.

    Here is my requirement
The user creates new record by selecting "New" value from the dropdown. Then user enters values on form fields and clicks the Submit button. The result is new Record gets created in the database and also gets populated in the dropdown. The dropdown is populated from the database as shown below

If you created the materialized view as UPDATEABLE then changes to it should automatically be relected in the underlying table. If this is not occurring I suggest you check the replication jobs. You probably have a stack of errors in DEFERROR.

I'm not a guru, but I would say : your jdbc isn't working. Make sure that it's functioning properly.

  • Dropdown buttons not working in Portal (UWL, ESS & MSS)

    Hi,
I am having this problem in the portal. When a user clicks on any dropdown button in Webdynpro applications such as UWL, ESS & MSS in the portal, an error message 'Error: Access is Denied' appears in the left bottom corner of Internet Explorer 6.0, with a yellow triangle sign. The dropdown buttons then appears disabled and nothing happens when they are selected. I will appreciate if you can provide suggestions as to why this is happening and how to solve it.

  • Best Way to Stack 2d and 3d in a Composite

Hey everyone, it seems I'm really on a 3d binge with Photoshop CS6. It's just a blast! Anyway, I'm looking to figure out the best way to stack 2d and 3d items together in the same document, and maximize the editibility...
I'm working on a digital room setting, and I have part of the room in 3d and part in 2d. So, for example, the walls, ceiling, floor, table, chairs and corner hutch are 3d, but the regular hutch and buffet server are in 2d.
    - The table and chairs need to be in the foreground
    - The regular hutch and server are behind the table and chairs
    - The corner hutch needs to be behind all other pieces of furniture
So, you may be catching on by now to my little dilemna... I want all the 3D items to have the same lighting and reflect off one another, however, I need the 2d layers to somehow fit "inbetween" the 3d objects. The simple question is, how can this be done? Is there a way to mask the foreground 3D objects so that they appear to be in from of the 2D objects? My only current solution is this:
    - Move the whole 3D layer (the scene layer) all the way to the back
    - Make the final decision on the position of the table and chairs
    - Hide all other meshes in the scene besides the table and chairs
    - Render, so the edges are clean
    - Load the newly rendered 3D layer as a selection (which loads the table and chairs only)
    - Either create a new layer from the selection of the rendered 3D layer, or mask the 3D layer so that the table and chairs appear to be in the foreground
I didn't anticipate this post being this long, so I apologize,... but as you can assume, the method above means I can no longer edit/reposition/scale the 3D at all, so if there's a better way to stack these room elements I would be extremely grateful to whoever knows how!
    Thanks!
    Andy

First, I was wrong about layers needing to be hidden to prevent their appearance being included in a new Postcard. I misunderstood something that happened when working with a 3D document a while ago.
Materials support transparency/opacity. A material has an opacity control that can use a texture. The material opacity percentage is multiplied by the opacity of the texture.
When a Postcard is created, its default material's opacity control will contain an instance of the texture that's in the diffuse control, which is a PSB file containing the 2D layer (pixels, Shape, Smart Object or Group) from which the Postcard was created.
Here is an example. Two solid Pyramid meshes and a Postcard of a cloud Shape layer:
The Shape layer from which the Postcard was created is in the document that can be opened by picking Edit in the dropdown of the buttons highlighted above:

  • Not All Items Appearing In Dropdown List

    Hi,
You have a newbie here. I am trying to populate a dropdown list in a JSP with the following code, but not all the records are being displayed (approximately 4900 records are displayed). The Submit button that follows this Select tag is not being displayed, nor are any error messages being encountered. The last Option tag is incomplete. Any clues?

You have 4900+ records?? I'd say there was some exception being thrown somewhere, either you're running out of memory or something. Your response isn't coming completely which indicates that your output was interrupted but since it had been committed, the server couldn't redirect to an error page or display the exception or stack trace.
Check your logs, there'll definitely be something there.

  • JHeadstart 10.1.3: selection required error on mandatory dropdown list

    Situation:
    - JHeadstart 10.1.3 build 059
    - One JHeadstart Group containing three item regions
    - All items are in the item regions and the regions are stacked (generated as tabs)
    - In the first region (tab) a mandatory item generated as a dropdown list, using a dynamic domain
When the page starts, the dropdown list displays the meaning value correctly and the list is populated with the correct values. There is no blank option in the list, which is also correct.
If no changes are made to the list and we navigate to the second tab, an error occurs, displayed at the top of the page: status (which is the field name) - selection required.
Under the status field a red message reads: A value must be entered. Even when we change the field's value to another list entry and navigate to the next tab, the error reappears. The error does not appear when we change the field back to a simple textImput item.
Why does this error occur although the field has a correct value?

    Steven,
I do also have this problem. It occurs when the VO contains lookup attributes from another enitity.
In the form I have an table with two stacked tabs as overflow. In the context part I do have 4 dropdownlist. Now when I change one of the lookup items (using a LOV group) and press the save button, the first two dropdownlists become empty and the message 'Selection required' is shown. After entering the values and saving again the other two dropdownlists become empty (no message is shown because those are optional). When I'm only changing other items (non lookup items) the form works fine. At first startup the mandatory dropdownlist do have a NULL-value.
As temporary solution I moved all the dropdownlists to the stacked tabs and that also works fine. When three are moved and one remains in the context part, the problem still occurs.
    With kind regards,
    Martin Schaap

Using SuperTabBar from the flexlib solves this issue. http://flexlib.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/examples/SuperTabNavigator_Sample.swf
when you delete a tab, the bar selects the next one in line. Am I wrong in expecting this functionality out of the box in the spark componenet library?

this is my requirement.how can i achive this requirement.could you suggest me on this.could you send me sample code or
    reference links if poosible.
    Could anyone please suggest solutions?
and if possible send me the sample code for this requirement.
Thanks in Advance for your replies.
    Regards,
    Babu

    Hi,
Create a context attribute READ_ONLY in the node to whcih the ALV is bound.
    Implement the column settings.
For those columns which you want to make them enable/disbale for those columns
create a input field  CL_SALV_WD_UIE_INPUT_FIELD for that alv config object CL_SALV_WD_CONFIG_TABLE.
there are many thread on the same please search SCN.
data lo_config type ref to cl_salv_wd_config_table. "model object
    * GET THE MODEL OBJECT USING CODE WIZARD
*GET THE COLUMN SETTINGS GET_COLUMNS of IF_SALV_WD_COLUMN_SETTINGS of CL_SALV_WD_CONFIG_TABLE
    * LOOP AT THESE COLUMNS and create an INPUT field for those columns to enable/disbale
    * pass this read_only field name
    lo_input->GET_READ_ONLY_FIELDNAME
    VALUE( 'READ_ONLY' ).
    First Time  in WDODOINIT-
I suppose that dropdown column as NO for all rows.
If that dropdown column name is CHOOSE
    LOOP AT IT_TAB into WA_ITAB.
    IF wa_itab-choose = 'NO'.
    wa_itab-read_only = abap_true. "disbale
    ELSE.
    wa_itab-read_only = abap_false. "Enabale
    ENDIF.
    ENDLOOP.
Next when the drop down is selected then ON_DATACHECK event gets triggered (or check for other event also)
    Implement this event handler
You will get the index in this Method importing parameters
Try to read the node at that index. - USe code wizard
DATA LO_NODE type ref to if_wd_context_node.
    LO_NODE = WD_context->get_child_node ( 'TEST' ). "node name
    LO_ELEMENT = LO_NODE->GET_ELEMENT ( index = lv_index ).
    if LO_ELEMENT is bound.
    LO_ELEMENT->set_static_attribute
    importing
    name = 'READ_ONLY'
    exporting
    value = abap_false.  "enable
    endif.
    Hope this helps.

I have a dropDownBox which has a database table containing artist names attached to it. I accomplished this by dragging the artist table onto the dropDownBox.
I created a dataTable and dragged the table, Inventory, that contains a list of all the prints for an artist. The primary key for this table is the stock number, The primary key for the artist table is the artist code.
I would like to be able to select an artist from the dropDownBox and have only the fineart related to that artist displayed in the dataTable.
I followed the example in the tutorial, but its not working. I noticed that the way the master/detail relationship is done in the Application Model is totally different. I am new to java and web programming, so the way it was done in the application model I don't understand enough to replicate.
If you look at my original post, I provided the error messages and a copy of my code. This application is a school project which needs to be turned in by Tuesday of this coming week, I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

  • Can I stop specific webpages apearing in address dropdown list when typing a webpage

That is just the full question there, Can I stop specific webpages apearing in address dropdown list when typing a address?

I believe I've figured this out. You probably don't have a virus and there may not be much you can do. What is probably happening here is that the DNS provided by your ISP is trapping the request and redirecting you to the teoma server (run by ask.com).
When you enter "flurdl" into the address bar, first the browser (& network stack) tries to resolve it as a host name into an ip address, by contacting the DNS server. If it resolves to an ip address, the connection proceeds. If DNS replies there is no such host, the browser passes it onto your search provider to perform a search.
Your ISP has cut a deal with teoma such that when there is no host, instead of returning that, they return the teoma address. Your browser connects to that address and teoma returns its search page. So your browser never realizes it needs to search; it thinks it hit a valid page.
Why do they do this? Because the search engine gets paid for the "preferred" entries in the search result.
Your options are probably twofold: 1) don't search from the address bar, use the search bar instead. 2) Find another more honest DNS provider and configure it explicitly in your network settings.

  • TabNavigator: Tabs have a dropdown list

I want to create a TabNavigator, in which some of the tabs
contain a dropdown list. When those tabs are clicked, the
dropdown list is displayed and you can select one of the
items in the list. The display will change after the selection.
Is there is simple way to do it within TabNavigator?

I don't think you want a TabNavigator then. The tabs in a
TabNavigator are used to, on click, switch through a view stack for
    instance.
Seems like you could do what you wanted without a
TabNavigator at all. Place some labels at the top (styled like tabs
if you so desire), on click use an Effect to show a canvas sized as
your desired subnav (wipe down from the label you clicked, move it
    via animation, bounce, etc).

  • Stacked Composition Issues

i'm currently having an issue with my site.  I donwloaded an adobe muse theme from Musegrid called "Mega Menu".  It allows for a great deal of flexibility in terms of navigation, only when I added it to the master page the dropdown (In stacked mode) goes underneath all of the content on the homepage, rendering it pretty useless.  As the result of this, I placed the composition in Lightbox mode, but I don't particularly like how it looks.  Can anyone help me?
    Here is my site:

You need to make sure that the menu's container's z-index is higher than the other elements.
Here is a CSS Tricks article that covers z-index: http://css-tricks.com/almanac/properties/z/z-index/

  • Fill in the blanks html5 stacking order issue

I am using the fill in the blanks quiz slide but when I publish it out to html5 the dropdown boxes are stacking on top of eachother. How can this be fixed?
    Thanks,
    Oliver

I have tried your sugestion Rajeev but it does not fix the issue for HTML5 output. I can see that all of the z indexes are set to 1000 surely the first dropdown should have the highest z index.
What else can I try to fix this issue. What could be causing it?
    Thanks,
    Oliver
