Is there any method to change the strandard table contents for example T002.

well there are heaps of methods:
- by coding (Update, delete, modify, ...)
- try if there´s a maintainance-view in SM30 for that table
- se16, and changing the sy-ucomm in debug mode
- se16n and using "&sap_edit"
propbably some more but those i had in mind after thinking for a short.

Create Workbench request only.
Because when u will transport the table from development server to quality that time table records won't transport.
We don't have any TR type to transport table with records.

Transport content standard table

Goto SE01, select ur request->select task, enter now click change
Add an entry to your change request with R3TR TABU <tablename>.
then give * to take all values and specify client,
the above method works with ztables never tried on standard tables , may be u can give it a try.

Why "Modify itab index sy-tabix." makes internal table content blank?

We have an internal table itab which looks like to have the following content:
A---B---C
1----3----
2----2----
We would like to get the column C value in this internal table itab by summing Column A and Column B, and then fill C column values into this internal table. We know that the program would looks like:
Loop at itab into wa_itab.
    wa_itab-C = wa_itab-A + wa_itab-B.
    Modify itab index sy-tabix.
EndLoop.
But after executing the above code, all itab becomes blank. Through debugging, find it's caused by the statement "Modify itab index sy-tabix.". Could any ABAP expert here let us know the reason and we will give you reward points!

what you tried is correct.but instead of using
modify itab index sy-tabix
use
modify itab index sy-tabix from wa_itab.
the reason for blank data is you are not mentioning from where that record is to be updated.your specifying the record using index.one thing is no need to use index also because in a loop you are modifying so automatically it will take you to the record.
try the following code.
types:begin of it,
     a type i,
     b type i,
     c type i,
     end of it.
data:itab type standard table of it.
data:wa_itab type it.
wa_itab-a = 3. wa_itab-b = 4.
append wa_itab to itab.
Loop at itab into wa_itab.
    wa_itab-C = wa_itab-A + wa_itab-B.
Modify itab index sy-tabix from wa_itab.
*you can use Modify itab from wa_itab.
EndLoop.
loop at itab into wa_itab.
write:wa_itab-a,wa_itab-b,wa_itab-c.
endloop.

Problem in creating 800 client to see table content .

    I am new to sap . I have ideas 4.7 in windows 2003. i can see table content under user sap* and password 060719* . I have created a user sapuser . through client 000 , i can create create abap program , but could not find ant table content like mara . at first time after creating sapuser , it asked me the access key. i gave 36687663221261278694 and it has taken . but to see table content , i created a new user as partha in client 800. but at first time at the time of logging it is asking the access key. though i am giving same key it is not taking .
   1) is there any other key for that educational version ?
   2) how to crreate a user in client 800 . pls give step by step procedure .
   3) for creating a user under client 800 . should i delete my sapuser created under 000 client.

Hi Jack,
First of all, the client 000 is one of the standard clients that comes with any SAP R/3 installation (with client 001 and 066 (for EarlyWatch for SAP auditory purposes)). To work with the system you should always make a copy of the client 000 or 001 to a new client i.e. client 200, 400, or whatever name.
In the case of IDES, the system always comes with the client 800, where you can find all the IDES configuration and data (for test, training, sandbox). If you want to work in the system you should work on this client (800). To check the tables you can always use transaction se12 (table structure: fields, keys) and se16 to see the table content. If you want to create users you should always do it in the client 800 or any other client you've created (not in the standard ones 000, 001, 066, try to maintain these clients clean of any custom data).
To view the tables data you dont need any key. The keys are requested when you want to register a developer user (to create a new abap program (all the new programs must start with Z (or X,Y) to differentiate from the standard SAP programs. The keys are also requested when you want to edit a standard program or table or any other standard SAP object.
1) To get the keys for any SAP system (there are 2 types of keys: developer user and for editing any standard object) you must log on the OSS service (with the user and password provided by SAP when you got your SAP software) : service.sap.com/sscr. Here you use the installation number of your IDES system (the system must be registered in OSS) and then you can create your developer users or standard object keys.
2)To create a user in any system you need to go to transaction SU01. Here you can make a copy of SAP* user for example (choosing in the trx the button copy) to create your new user. you assign a password to the user and save it. You need to login again on the system and put your new password. This is the easiest way, otherwise you can create a user from zero but you will need to add more information to the user. To start you can create a copy of SAP* or DDIC users.
3) Yes, I suggest you delete the user you've created in client 000, try to keep it clean of any customer modifications (you could leave it there but is not a good practice).If you want to work with your IDES system and the IDES data, use the client 800.

How to print table contents?

I am having a view which is dsiplaying data fetched from the R/3 through Adaptive RFC in a table. This table need to have a print functionality to print on the client.
How to do this I am not having any function / UI to do this.
Any help.

Try This:
When the user click on Print button, launch a new window as below:

The above code helps to launch a new window with your Web Dynpro application. The application is sepecific to print functionality.
ThePrintTest App should have the content with format what exactly you would like to print. (Users use the browser standard print functionality to print the table content).
This is a kind of work around and as of NW 7.0 there is no standard print functionality available in Web Dynpro.

How to archieve table contents?

Hi All,
I want to archieve (move) some DB table contents to another custom table. I got to know that some 'Relocation Program' has to be run to move this contents. The same can be revert back to original table after re-running the relocation program.
Please let me know if you know that program name. Otherwise just let meknow if you have any other good approach in place.

Standard business content not extarcting all data

Hello,
I am currently rolling out QN data. The standard business content for 2lis_05Q0task includes FECOD FEGRP & OTEIL (from table QMFE) fields however the data is not being pulled. All the other data is coming in ok. Is there something I need to do to get this data?

Take the notification no from the RSA3 extraction and
look for it in the QMFE table.

Can we update oracle standard table Attributes column by custom trigger?

Can we update the oracle Standard table's Attributes column using custom trigger? Is it allowed by oracle? Is this supported?

ATTRIBUTE columns store DFF information and therefore custom code can be used to update their contents. Care must be taken that such updates do not cause "logical" corruption (an ATTRIBUTE column may be designed to store the color of a product, for example, but an incorrect SQL statement can update the value to a numeric one, thus causing corruption - Oracle does not have a means to check the validity of these update statements). Also, some localizations, such as Brazil and India, reserve some ATTRIBUTE columns for their use - updating such columns is not supported. Memory and performance when copying a sorted table to a standard table

Hello,
As you all probably know, it's not possible to use a sorted table as a tables parameter of a function module, but sometimes you want to use a sorted table in your function module for performance reasons, and at the end of the function module, you just copy it to a standard table to return to the calling program.
The problem with this is that at that moment, the contents of the table is in memory twice, which could result in the well known STORAGE_PARAMETERS_WRONG_SET runtime exception.
I've been looking for ways to do this without using an excessive amount of memory and still being performant. I tried four methods, all have their advantages and disadvantages, so I was hoping someone here could help me come up with the best way to do this. Both memory and performance are an issue.
Requirements :
- Memory usage must be as low as possible
- Performance must be as high as possible
- Method must work on all SAP versions from 4.6c and up
So far I have tried 3 methods.
I included a test report to this message, the output of this on my dev system is :

Create a RFC function like this (replace SOLI_TAB with your table types):
FUNCTION Z_COPY_TABLE .

WAIT UNTIL gd_copy_done IS NOT INITIAL.
ENDFORM.

Hi Yusuf,
Modifying a standard table through a program using SQL statements is highly risky. However if u wish to do it programatically and not through MM02, you have the option of using BAPIs.
Goto transaction BAPI and through the application hirarchy, goto Material Management section. There i am sure u will find some BAPIs to modify material master and they are the most stable mode of update programatically.

Is it a standard or customer table, changing a standard table with non-standard tool can raise database inconsistencies...
Then use search tool for &SAP_EDIT (*) or look for BAPI/BDC...
