Status Reconciliation, Resource with child data

Hello Guys,
I am trying to reconcile a resource which have child data.
The connector used is the DB application TAble GTC.
If I decide to not reconcile the status of the resource everythings goes well.
When I try to reconcile the status, too, Mapping the resource status on the
OIM_OBJECT_STATUS field, I get the following error:
<Apr 16, 2012 1:06:34 PM BST> <Error> <oracle.iam.reconciliation.impl> <IAM-5012244> <Matching rule where clause is null >
<Apr 16, 2012 1:06:34 PM BST> <Error> <oracle.iam.reconciliation.impl> <IAM-5010000> <Generic Information: {0}

I am able to reconcile the status when I have to deal with resources that dont have child data. I thought that the same mapping was enough
when I have to deal with resources that have child data, but it seems I was wrong.
My oim is 11.1.1.5.2
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Could you share any help on this?
Regards,
Eugert

Hello Nayan,
I tried it, but still the same result.
I even tried creating another user on the target resource (since old users remain connected to the old form version)
but still no progress. However I have to mention that I am not having this problem when using target resources that don't
have multiple-value attributes (process form without child data). I have this problem only when I have resources with multiple-value data.
Thanks,
Eugert

    If you expect a useful answer here, you'll have to narrow your thread(s) to one specific
    issue. Posting a (virtually) complete application specification is far too broad and
    comprehensive for any one thread in these forums.
    Pick *one* aspect of this project and describe what problems you're having writing the code.
    Post a new thread for each specific problem.
    As posted, you appear to be hoping to find code already completely written for this project.
    Most sample code illustrates *one* task, not a dozen. If you aren't able or willing to do
    the lion's share of the coding yourself, you may have to consider contracting a developer.

    I suppose you have no means to set the name explicitly. Rather something is wrong with your configuration.

  • Same station resource with same schedule squence but the start date is diff

    We are running ASCP capacity planning but found "Same station resource with same schedule squence but the start date is different". Does anyone know which parameters/setup may impact on this result or the root causes?
    Regards,
    Edward

    Wesley,
    I am a little confused about your scenario.  I will assume that you are talking about the Planned orders that are generating the dependent requirements that are being seen by your Raw Material.
    So, you have a material (not the Raw Material) that has the Material master settings that you mentioned above.  This material has been planned, and MRP created two planned orders.  These two planned orders have the same start date, but  the dependent requirements dates that have been generated against your Raw Material are different. You do not want this to happen.  Please confirm.
    Dependent requirements of planned orders can be influenced by:
    1.  Dependent Rqments Settings in OPU5
    2.  Distribution Strategy OPB3/OPB4/OPB5
    3.  Lead Time offsets in the BOM
    Ensure that these settings meet your business requirements.
    Best Regards,
    DB49

  • X-distr.chain status in combination with valid from date

    Hello I am using MM02 X-distr.chain status in combination with valid from date, to give materials a certain status in the sales order depending on the delivery date of the orderline.
    How can I enter multiple statuses with future validation dates?
    example following status with validation dates where entered in MM02 for a material
    - material should have status A valid from January
    - material should have status B valid form April
    - material should have status C valid from July
    - material should have status D valid from September
    When I enter a sales order with delivery date in January system replies with status C.
    When I enter a sales order with delivery date in April system replies with status C .
    When I enter a sales order with delivery date in July system replies with status C .
    When I enter a sales order with delivery date in September system replies with status D.
    So only the current  ( or previous status when current is not valid yet) is retained by the system.
    How could multiple statuses be used?
    Thanks in advance
    Joos

    Hello Jalo,
    Thanks for your reply,
    My customer sell season relevant materials so they want to control order entry and delivery creation based on predefined dates.
    Status A  = material is blocked for order entry and delivery creation
    Status B  = material is allowed for order entry, delivery creation is blocked
    Status C  = material is allowed for order entry and delivery creation.
    Status D  = material is blocked for order entry, delivery creation is allowed.
    I had hoped to use standard functionality with this status field, it meets most of my customers requirements but at this moment the only alternative is to create a new table where this data can defined and create some abap logic in the user exit to set the status base on the table information.
    Regards
    Joos

  • Resources with a future start date appear overallocated

    Hi,
    With Project 2010, since last week any resources in my project with a future "Available From" date always appear overallocated after I close and reopen the file--the ! message is the standard "The resource is overallocated and should be leveled."
    I definitely leveled them and saved before closing the file.
    Some background info on what I've tried so far:
    I see this issue with both a brand-new test project I just made and with a project that already existed. The test project is really simple - two resources with 1 day of work each. Resource 1 doesn't have an "Available From" date and doesn't appear
    overallocated when opening the file. Resource 2 has an "Available From" date of March 2, 2015 and appears overallocated every time I open the file. This issue happens when tasks are auto-scheduled and manually scheduled.
    Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,

    Does the resource with the Available From date of March 2 have any work scheduled BEFORE March 2?  If so, that will cause the overallocation to appear for that resource.  The reason for this is when you specify that a resource has an Available
    From date of March 2, you are saying the resource IS NOT AVAILABLE before March 2.  Thus, the availability for that resource is 0% until March 2, which means that any work scheduled for the resource BEFORE March 2 will cause the resource to overallocated
    prior to March 2.
    I created a project that simulates what you are doing, and was able to create the resource overallocation you describe.  When I moved the task to March 2 or later, the overallocation disappears.
     Out of curiosity, what are you trying to do with the Available From date of March 2?  Let us know and we will try to help you.

  • OIM 11g R2  - Issue while removing child data

    Hi,
    We are facing the following issue when we try to submit a "Modify Account" request by removing all the child form data.The issue is there only if the child form contains attributes which are of type integer ,date etc (non-string).
    Steps followed
    ==========
    1.Create a Parent process form with an attribute ( For e.g Firstname)
    2.Create a Child process form with 3 attributes ( EmpID --> Integer , Date of Joining --> Date, Address --> String )
    3.Created a resource object
    4.Created a process definition and attached this resource object and parent form
    5.Created some process tasks (Create user,Child Data insert etc) and attached tcCompleteTask
    6.Provision this resource object to an user with one entry for child data.Since tcCompleteTask is attached,the status of the account now is "Provisioned"
    7.Click on "Modify Account" button and remove the child entry (so that there is no child entry presents ) and click on submit
    8.Getting an error in the UI saying "IAM-2050061:Type mismatch for the attribute EmpID.The type passed is string but the corresponding type in dataset is integer".
    Any idea onhow to solve this issue?.Thanks.

    This could be a bug. Try raising an SR. Also more logs if you can.

  • Intercompany reconciliation - help with customizing

    hello I am trying to make work the ICR functionality but I could not make it work yet. I'll appreciate any help or guidance about this functionality.
    So far I have done (following note 863630):
    1. create A & B as companies
    2. set company code A as company
        set company code B as company
    3. set in OBYA the postings for clearing between company codes
    A & B
    4. I have created A & B as vendor and customer popolating companies A & B as Trading Partner.
    5. FBICIMG3
    5.1  Define Enhancements in sender system - standard
    5.2  Define Reconciliation Process Attributes - standard
    5.3  Create Additional Fields - standard
    5.4  Activate Processes - standard
    5.5  Activate Transaction Data Tables - standard
    5.6  Maintain Field Catalogs - standard
    5.7  Define Reconciliation Process Detail Attributes - process '003' chage recieving ledger to '0L' and chart of accounts to local CoA.
    5.8  Define Ledger -standard
    5.9  Define Enhancements - standard
    5.10 Companies to be Reconciled- set company code A & B; check local company; Sender field for reference = XBLNR for A & B
    5. 11  Maintain Number Range for Group Reference Numbers: I've created the number range for process '003'
    5.12  Define Rules for Document Assignments - check for '003' the rule 'SAP0050' (I understood that this one would check documentos's xblnr)
    5.13 Set Up Reconciliation Display - standard
    5.14 Define Sets - standard
    5.15  Set Up Display Categories and Subcategories - standard
    5.16  Define Possible Status for Documents - standard
    5.17  Define Enhancements - standard
    At this moment doing that, running transaction FBICS3 (version = 1) the system shows this information:
    @5B\QInformation@     Select open items with key date 30.09.2008. Store data in 009/2008.
    @5B\QInformation@     Company A/Partner : Number of selected open records:        18
    @5B\QInformation@     Company A/Partner : Number of transferred new records:        18
    @5B\QInformation@     Company A/Partner A: Number of selected open records:        65
    @5B\QInformation@     Company A/Partner A: Number of transferred new records:        65
    @5B\QInformation@     Company B/Partner A: Number of selected open records:        75
    @5B\QInformation@     Company B/Partner A: Number of transferred new records:        75
    so it seems that some data are transferred....
    but when I run 'FBICA3 - Customer/Vendor: Document Assignment' the system displays the message "No data selected according to the specified restrictions"
    and when I run 'FBICR3 - Customer/Vendor: Reconcile Documents' the system displays the message " No data selected.
    I will appreciate any guidance about this matter, I need to configure ICR in order to clear AR/AP transactions (process '003') but I cannot make it work.
    Cheers

    Hi Ralph, I finally have configured a "sandbox" system and I have done (again) the following steps:
    1. create A & B as companies
    2. set company code A as company
    set company code B as company
    3. set in OBYA the postings for clearing between company codes
    A & B
    4. I have created A & B as vendor and customer popolating companies A & B as Trading Partner.
    5. FBICIMG3
    5.1 Define Enhancements in sender system - standard
    5.2 Define Reconciliation Process Attributes - standard
    5.3 Create Additional Fields - standard
    5.4 Activate Processes - I have inactivate process FBICRC001A & FBICRC002A and FBICRC003A is activated.
    5.5 Activate Transaction Data Tables --> activated
    5.7 Define Reconciliation Process Detail Attributes .
    at this step I have done (FIBC010):
    - set local CoA in processes '001' & '002' (seems to be mandatory) although processes '001' & '002' are not activated. Processes '003' do not need (?) to set a CoA.
    I am facing a problem. In trx FIBC010 I try to set Ledger '0L' as receiving ledger for process '003' and '001' and as recieving & sender ledger for process '002' but system shows me the message: Ledger 0L is not a valid receiver ledger.
    Do I have to create a special ledger in order to configure IR? where?
    Thanks in advance
    Rafa

  • Formula Created in BI Query appears in Universe as Measure with No Data

    Hi,
    I have created the universe on top of SAP BI Query(Which is built on Infoset).
    There are some formulas created in BI Query as mentioned below:
    Eg: Status1=
                        If Completion Code = null then Status1 = 0
                        If Completion Code = =10,11,18 then Status1 = 1
          Status2=
                         If Status1= 1 and Field Completion Date <= Regulatory Due Date then Status 2 = 3
                         If Status1= 0 and Report Date <= Regulatory Due Date then Status 2 = 4
    In the Universe I get Status1 and Status2 as Measures.
    When I use these Measure Objects in WebI report, I donu2019t see any Data for these objects in WebI Report. Both the columns for Status1 and Status2 appear Blank with no data in it, although I get the data in SAP BI Query for both Status1 and status2.
    Is there any issue with the formulas to be used in SAP BI Query?
    Are Formulas supported in Business Objects from SAP BI Query?
    regards,
    Nisha

    Hi Ingo,
    I tried running the standard test MDX in MDXTEST and I got the data for those calculations.
    But I wonder why there is no data in WebI for those formulas(Key Figures)?
    In Standard test MDX the MDX Query is as Follows:
    SELECT
    [Measures].MEMBERS ON COLUMNS,
    NON EMPTY [Z_WM_IS01___F98].[LEVEL01].MEMBERS ON ROWS
    FROM ZWM_M02/Z_ZWM_M02_Q001 SAP VARIABLES
    [!V000001] INCLUDING [Z_WM_IS01___F15].[3]
    Based on above Query I created the WebI report which includes the objects as described below:
    one Dimension Object Notification Number which is equivalent to [Z_WM_IS01___F98].[LEVEL01].MEMBERS  from above query.
    Selected All the measures objects available in query which refers to [Measures].MEMBERS
    And  one Prompt on Region which is equivalent to [!V000001] INCLUDING [Z_WM_IS01___F15].[3]
    Why there is no data for Calculation columns (Key Figures Status1 and Status2) in WebI Report???

  • Getting parent-child data from a single column in a table

    Hi,
    I have a parent-child data in a column.
    Eg:
    0
    00
    01
    010
    011
    1
    10
    11
    These values are present in the single column itself. My need is to get the parent values for the given child value.
    For eg: If I am giving the input as 011, the query should return all its parents, i.e. 01 and 0
    Could you please give me any inputs on this?
    Thanks,
    GV

  • Procedure Confirmed with Comparing Dates

    Trying to compare two dates, and there's so many ways I'm
    just getting a bit
    confused.
    I have a date stored in my database in a timestamp field with
    this format:
    2006-03-05 19:13:05
    I have a term defined in months (in the database) of how long
    the account is
    valid:
    term: 12
    I can now almost get the expired date, with this code, where
    $vDate is the
    untouched date from my database, and $term is the term in
    months.
    $blog2 = date("M jS Y",strtotime($vDate,'+'.$term.'
    Month'));
    But it only increments the months, not the years.
    Now, here's my problem:
    I can create an array with expired and current dates, but
    then I have to
    construct a moderately complex if/elseif statement to check
    year, then
    month, then day.
    Is there a better way? IE, can anybody think of a method in
    which I can
    compare the dates more efficiently? I'm going in circles.
    Everytime I
    think I've almost got it, I lose something.
    Any suggestions?
    TIA,
    Jon

    David, thank you for replying.
    I was just looking at doing it with SQL, but here is my
    question/problem:
    I am doing this for a client database of hosting customers -
    a one-stop list
    so we can see who's due. I'm worried about having two sql
    queries per
    customer. Currently it wouldn't be a big deal, but hopefully
    in the future
    it would be.
    Can you confirm this would be an issue? If it is an issue,
    can you take a
    peek at my code below? Can you confirm I'm either bass
    ackwards or on the
    right track to do this in PHP? As I stated, if there's an
    easy SQL solution
    that won't cause extra load on the server, cool.
    I'm doing it as such now (my previous method was not
    working):
    $dates1 = create_Dates($renewDate);
    //Create_dates function listed below
    $status = account_expire($dates1);
    echo $status;
    //account_expire function below:
    //Create Dates function:
    function create_Dates($date){
    $date = strtotime($date);
    $dates['eM'] = date("m",$date);
    $dates['eD'] = date("j",$date);
    $dates['eY'] = date("Y",$date);
    $dates['cM'] = date("m");
    $dates['cD'] = date("j");
    $dates['cY'] = date("Y");
    return $dates;
    //and this long bore is my if/else to check dates:
    function account_expire($dateAray){
    //exploding an array would be best
    $eM = $dates['eM'];
    $eD = $dates['eD'];
    $eY = $dates['eY'];
    $cM = $dates['cM'];
    $cD = $dates['cD'];
    $cY = $dates['cY'];
    //this is where we begin calculating
    if($eY > $cY){ //07 > 06
    $status = 'Paid';
    return $status;
    elseif($eY < $cY){
    $status = 'EXPIRED';
    return $status;
    elseif($eY == $cY){
    if($eM > $cM){
    $status = 'Paid';
    return $status;
    elseif($eM < $cM){
    $status = 'EXPIRED';
    return $status;
    elseif($eM == $cM){
    if($eD > $cD){
    $status = 'EXPIRED';
    return $status;
    elseif($eD <= $cD){
    $status = 'Paid';
    return $status;
