Stereo won't power on... Bought at Circuit City years ago...

I've had a Pioneer stereo for about 4 years. I was purchased and installed at Circuit City (r.i.p). About a week ago I left my headlights on and killed my battery (not the first time, probably not the last). Everything is working fine except now my stereo won't power on. Zip, nadda, nothing. The main fuse for the stereo isn't blown, but I understand Pioneer stereos have another fuse on the back of the unit itself?! I can't take a look because the tech at Circuit City installed this thing so tight that you'd need a blowtorch and a sledge hammer to get it out. Seriously, my car has been broken into about 5 times and no one can manage to heist it. It's covered in dents and such from the failed attempts to get it out. I had gotten a full warranty for service/removal/etc. when I bought it, which basically means nothing anymore, right? Can Best Buy help me out here at all or am I S.O.L since Circuit City no longer exists? HELP.

Wow...sounds like that deck wasn't exactly made for your car, but nonetheless, it is installed. For life! Yes, we most certainly can help out with this. Just stop in at your nearby Best Buy and talk to the Install Bay techs. They will have a better idea of what's wrong and how to fix it. Let's hope it doesn't involved a sledge hammer and blow torch! Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel.

Yes, it can be true. There is a limit to how far back some versions are available and Acrobat Standard versions especially so. Every once in a while I will say a version is not available and someone will pop up and say otherwise. I can only identify the resources where you can search to see if you can find it. You will need the serial number. Contact Apple for help with the purchase receipt. Try the store where you purchased it. Did you purchase it as a standalone application or as part of a subscription?
If standalone you have to remove from your laptop and then install on your desktop, it will work fine, if part of a subscription your are permitted to install on 2 devices as long as only 1 is in use at any one time.

It doesn't matter if you have access to the email account. You can still use that address to search your adobe account. Go to the main page of adobe.com and look for My Adobe. Do you have your installation media? Which version of PSE is this?

Bought GTA 4 2 years ago and I cant redownload it

When I try to download to a location it says I have to try somewhere else anywhere I select it to be downloaded. Then if it actually accepts the destination and when I click download it shows the progress of the download bar for half a second then acts as if I haven't pressed it. I checked Akamai and it doesn't show anything being downloaded. I meet all requirments to download it and I'm signed in correctly and everything.
Whats wrong?

I’m very sorry to hear that you’re still having issues downloading and installing GTA4 via the Digital Library!
I’ve researched this issue a bit further, and I have a few suggestions to offer. The “403 error” that you refer to often alludes to the fact that some information on the website may be blocked, either by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or by software such as a firewall or anti-virus. Are you by chance behind a firewall, either 3rd-party or a Windows based firewall, such as Windows Defender? I’d suggest attempting to download the game with any firewall or anti-virus settings turned off to see if that’s causing the issue. You may also need to check with your ISP in case they have limitations on websites that deal with file sharing.
Also, can you please provide a bit more information around the circumstances as far as how as they may differ from when the download and installation previously worked? Are you on a newer computer? Have you changed ISPs? Are you attempting to download this directly to your hard drive? Or, are you possibly using an external hard drive?
Lastly, you mention that it shows the progress of the download bar for half a second then acts as if you haven’t pressed it. Have you attempted to leave the progress bar sit for a longer period of time to see if it ends up continuing? I would suggest trying that as well.
Please attempt the suggestions above, as well as provide any feedback for the additional questions I’ve asked. If the issue persists, I’ll continue to research this in hopes that we can get you back to playing GTA4!

I bought an ipod a year ago, and recently when it's plugged to a computer (charger, docks, etc)it charges, but almost everytime that I unplug it it turns off, and when I turn it on again, the battery is in red and the date is january 1, 1970.

Sounds like the battery is dead. Bu try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iPOd
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
If still problem your battery is very likely dead. An appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Dv7-1273cl won't power-on

Warranty still good until 2011-03-31, bought at Costco. I press the power button and the lights come on for about 1-2 seconds and then it dies. Tried taking the battery out and putting back in, no luck. Won't power-on at all w/o the battery in (no lights, no nothing.)

to those who have NOT solved this issue yet, we know you are out of warranty, so try this. i'm not sure how long this will last, but this should help. the computer's power circuit has a defect that HP didn't mention. the dv7 2nd Gen. has a problem where the primary power circuit stops responding to the correct voltage. here's a quick fix.

short the center pin to the outside white wire using solder to bridge the connection between the +14.4V connection coming from the charger. i personally used 26AWG wire and carefully wrapped it around the 2 pins and then soldered them. thin solder braid also works very well. i must reiterate that you cannot use ANY other pins than the second to the left. review this video on youtube for reference. this is what helped me to get it running.

try to use the wire with the solder as its a better connection and is more solid. do not use rosin core solder, only tin-lead solder. you may use fluxall tin-lead solder to make it easy, but its a tad messy at first when heated. flux kind of spits at you a little bit. haha.

Please Help! My iPhone 4 won't power on!

iPhone 4, out of warranty coverage, won't power on.
    1.    It has about 60% battery before it dead, but suddenly it became black screen and not responsive (like powered off).
    2.    Whatever I did, like "holding the power button and home button together for 10-25 sec and then pressing the power button again" etc. it just won't power on, no Apple logo!
    3.    But I can seen the "emergancy call" screen when I plugged it with my laptop and it just told me "No Service" at the upper left corner (status bar of iPhone 4).
    4.    iTunes can see it, but only when it was in Recovery mode or DFU mode.
    5.    I also tried to restore it to factory settings in iTunes, but it always gives me an error with various error codes, like 2001, 2006, etc. I also tried restore it under Windows or Mac, but was out of luck too!
    6.    Finally I bought a iPhone 4 battery replacement and replaced the old one with the new one, but nothing changed as if it wasn't replaced its original battery.
    7.    It keeps rebooting at every 10 min or so when It was plugged into my laptop without any operations (pressing any buttons).
    8.    It can be "powered on" only when it was plugged into a computer. It will IMMEDIATELY be in "dead mode" as long as I disconnect it from the computer (like taking out a battery from an iPhone that is powered on)!
    9.    Everything worked fine before it dead, I don't know what happened to it! I am so frustrated!

USB Problem, possibly bad Cable.
I misread your original post "It keeps rebooting at every 10 min or so when It was plugged into my laptop".
I thought you had a boot loop problem, but you say "rebooting when plugged into laptop" this is not the typical boot loop problem, because you had the iPhone connected to laptop.
Connected by what, obvioulsy a USB Cable, Error 2006, is most often due to faulty USB Cable.
Clean that Dock Port Very Well especially with Isopropyll Alcohol, get a good USB Cable, try a different USB port on computer, or try a different computer.
