Still getting Download Error

I'm still getting the Download Error Contact Support error on my second computer. I've tried all the fixes in this forum several times since Monday and none of them work. I'm running a Win 7 64 machine that meets all the system requirements. It loads fine on my laptop connected to the same network (plugged in not wifi.) But will not load on my desktop.

Downloaded and installed Creative Cloud.
Logged in and went to Apps tab
Got download Error
Quit CC and did this:
Delete AAMupdater folder from
            Win :               C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\
Rename the opm.db file:
           Win:                C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Opened CC and got error.
Uninstalled CC
Did this:
Delete AAMupdater folder from
            Win :               C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\
Rename the opm.db file:
           Win:                C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Downloaded CC AGAIN and installed it.
Logged in
Got same error.
Quit CC
Did all steps in this:
Have you also completed the steps available in "Unknown Server Error" when you attempt to log in to Adobe Creative Cloud -http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launchin g-cc.html
Opened CC
Logged in
Got error

Did this again:

Repeated all of the above steps in every possible combination I could think of including downloading CC several times and I still get the error.

    Perhaps check to see if you're accidentally running two different versions of iTunes. There's some information on troubleshooting that in the Opening iTunes section of the following document:

    Please give a bit more system details. Which OS and version are you on? Is it 32 bit or 64 bit. Try downloading the Creative Cloud App if not already installed from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. You can choose to install PS from withing this app and need not rely on web page.

    But have you run the the iPhoto Library upgrader? It is installed in Applications > Utilities. Launch it and direct it to your iPhoto library.
    Which version of iPhoto did you upgrade from?
    The upgrader is only necessary, if you have been  running iPhoto7.1.2 or earlier.

    Hi I had a similar issue to you, I could connect to the router but no internet. Here is my explanation of how I sorted it.....I hope this works for you.
    *To anyone that is reading this it appears that the problem lay in the airport setting: IPV6: set to 'Automatically'. I turned it off (after reading someones plight on MacFixIt) & everything is back to normal.*
    *The worrying thing is although my problem was extreme with other computers on the network being locked out nothing was changed, one minute it worked the next it didn't. Reading on other forums it appears to be a problem with laptops (but I could be mistaken). A lot of people on the Macfixit forum are complaining of network just dropping out even when they are next to the router.*
    *I hope this is the fix (although I dont know why it suddenly went to sh*t!) & I hope my hair pulling & trawling the forums can help someone else out.*

    I realized that I bought this iPod T4 about a year ago, so decided to check the date and it is still under the 1 year ltd. warranty until 21 Dec.  I contacted Apple via Chat and was informed that the problem may lie in the version of iTunes I was running 10.7.  Today Apple released v. 11 of iTunes which I was instructed to download.  It's TOTALLY different from iTunes 10.7 - drastically different in fact. 
    The Apple Chat Rep set up a phone call appointment forl 8:00 pm ET tonight where another Rep will call me to make sure the restore was accomplished OK.  With v. 11 of iTunes I can't even find the restore option!!!  The phone Rep will have to help me navigate v. 11 of iTunes.  It doesn't seem intuitive at all.  Maybe it's just me?!?!
    Thank you for sending this new link for firmware.  It's not clear to me right now whether I'll need it or not.  The phone Rep will probably somehow be able to resolve the problem.  If not, they'll probably send me to the nearest Apple store if the problem is hardware, as it would be covered under the warranty.  I will give another update as to what transpires as a result of the phone call with the Apple Rep.

    Even after having verified a new email address using the email sent from BT/Yahoo I still get the 553 Error stating that the email address needs to be verified. I am going around in circles. Anyone else had this problem? I am using Outlook 2010.

But you can reinstate the original.  This does not seem to be documented in the help system.
    12/ This means I cannot simply swap in a newly-verified address to the master account, or an existing sub account which has reached 10
    13/ Hence I have created a fresh new sub account, and in that I have created fresh new email addresses (so there is no memory effect), and verified them.
    14/  But whatever I do they STILL get 553 errors, even after http://www.btyahoo.com/verify has told me they have been verified.

    You've done pretty much everything, and covered all bases. Indeed my shortcuts (option 0e) which was written before the BT version still contains more and better info that the BT one. Indeed your points 11 and 12 were certainly correct at the time as I had also pointed out.
    However the system has indeed altered recently, actually making it easier to verify and delete items.

    entering the relevant full BTinternet email address as the Yahoo! ID. You may see entries hidden in the usual email verification area.
    However I do feel that there are some problems with the system, which may actually manifest itself in the results you are seeing.

    This is a copy of ONEof the keys  in the registry I changed  as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR  software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others  they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so  I downloaded the software and installed again.
    Sorry, just this minute went to insert image  and it is giving me a message saying this sort of content  is not allowed?.
    The most recent key I altered is in: HKey _local _machine. System\class - 4D36E965-E325-11CEBFC1-08002BE10318. Upper Filter data: Upper filter NTIDrvr  SiRem GEARAspiWDN.

    Use the Finder "Go" menu while holding down the option key to expose your User / Library folder.
    Look in the Application Support folder for PACE items and delete them.

    This happens to me as well. However, I have a shortcut on my desktop as well as my quick start bar. When this has happened to me, I can usually log back in without restarting, by using the shortcut on the desktop rather than the usual quick start bar.
    I know this sounds weird, but it has worked for me about 80% of the time.

    I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
    So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one.   • I suddenly am unable to retrieve my emails.  I discussed this with my Internet provider, but still get an error message and can't access my emails.  Any suggestions???

    I am unable to retrieve my emails since yesterday.  I called Time Warner Cable, my Internet provider, but they could not help me; they stated that the settings had changed, since they were upgrading.  I adjusted the settings, but still get an error message:

              There may be a problem with the mail server or network.  Verify the settings for account "Mail 1" or try again.
              The server returned the error:  The connection to the server "smtp.roadrunner.com" on port 110 timed out.
    I changed the server, and the port, as Time Warner Cable tech rep recommended, but to no avail.  They recommended I delete my current email account and recreate it, but that I check with Apple first, because I might lose my contact list (and any email messages I'd previously saved!?).  They suggested Apple might be able to tell me how to not lose the contacts, emails, profile.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.

    If using Wifi/Airport...
    Instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.
    For 10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8, System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...

    (There may be better or faster DNS numbers in your area, but these should be a good test).
    Click OK.

    I am currently running CS5, on windows.  I can't open any raw format files in photoshop (I took some photos with a canon 5D mark 111).  I went to updates tab to try to update cs5, but I keep getting download errors and am unable to update.  Any ideas on how to fix this ?  Trying to edit some wedding photo's I took.
