Batch wise stock report with qty and value as on date
is there any report so that we can see the stock qty with value as on date,
i have tried mb5b but it is showing only qty and batch combination not qty value and batch combination
plz suggest me, it is very urgent.
nitinMBEWH is the valuation history, this is only updated with the first movement after a period closure. And the period is a month.
There is no table in SAP that holds the stock information on daily basis.
You have to develope this yourself. Easiest method by copying a table like MBEW and MARD daily to a Z-Table.
A stock situation at a certain date can be calculated with MB5B.

Custom Report for the Stock and Stock value for a specific date
Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there any SAP standard t-code or any logic to get the transcations (additions (for example: Purchases) and subtractions (Sales) to the inventory) for a particular materials in a plant and with Total Stock and also Total Stock value when that particular transaction happened?
Our system is R/3 4.7
I looked at the MB5B, MBCE, MBCA, MC44, MB51 and some other standard T-codes but could not find the total stock value at the time of Transaction happened.
The history tables MBEWH and MARDH are updated after the month end closing procedures, right, which means I will have the inventory value changing every month if material has Price "S".
Thank you,
-HarterHi Harter,
Unfortunately, you cannot see in a single tcode the value of stock and stock quantity on a specific date. As you yourself have pointed out, we only have to make use of the history table MBEWH, MARDH for the month wise stock quantity and value. Along with that you should also make use of the table MBEW to take teh stock quantity and value. So the total value of stock on a particular date will be
Stock qnty = MBEWH value until the previous month (for teh specific valuation class, period etc) + MBEW value for the present date.
But this will nto work out if you want to find out teh stock quantity and stock value on a past date basis. For past data, only m onthwise data is available. For this anyway you can refer to MC.1 and so on reports. -

Stock value and qty on particular date.
Hi All.
Could you you guide me in which transcation I will get the report of existing stock value and qty for a particular valution class on particular date like 15 Apr 2009.There is a transaction MB5B similar to my requirement but there is no Valuation class as selection.
Thanks in Advance
Regards
kattaHi,
You can get valuation class data thru MC.9 or MC.1 but problem is it is for month only
If you want to go for particular material analysis than use MB51 from go live to till date or MB5b with storage location selection

Stock Quantity & Stock Value at vendor on a Particular Date
HI,
My client requirement is to get a report for Stock Quantity & Stock Value at vendor on a Particular Date .
Please give suggestions to get the stock & value in tables or Any standard T.codes
Note : I am getting Stock qty on paricular date In MB5B & S_P00_07000140 , but not getting the values
Regards,
PRHI,
we can get this report thru SAP standard without vendor selection, do the following steps
1. goto MB5B
2. Give plant /material details
3. give selection date
4. select stock type option as special stock
5. select special stoct indicator as "O" for material provided to vendor
excute the same , you will get a report with qty and value posted for the vendor from the plant
here by copying this standard program we can add one more input parameter as vendor, then we can get this report vendorwise also.
try this and let us know

Query - Stock Value (On a Selected Date)
Hi all
I came up with the below query to display the stock value at a given date in the past. The total value is correct as per the Inventory Audit report. However, it displays the total value for the two warehouses that we have, yet I want it to display the value separately per warehouse. My chart of accounts has only one (general) account defined.
SELECT T0.[Debit]-T0.[Credit] FROM [dbo].[JDT1] T0 WHERE T0.[Account] ='XXXX' AND T0.[RefDate] <='%0'
Anyone with an idea about how I can I can display the values separately? Thank you.
Regards,
HenryHi Gordon,
Many thanks, it worked great.. I'm able to include warehouse selection too.
out of curiosity, what does the T0.Cogsval contain?

Stock qty/value on specifiec date
Hi All
Can anybody explain how can we find the Stock qty and value on paricular date period through the table instead of transaction MB5B.I am waiting for your valid inputs.
ThanxThis is not possible as SAP only captures stock data at month level. Transaction MB5B actually uses posting date in material document to provide stock for a particular posting date; it does not read a table that provides stock data by posting date. Now if you need to view stock data at a particular month, this should be possible by viewing a combination of regular stock tables (e.g., MARD for regular storage location stock, MBEW for valuated stock at plant level, MKOL for consignment stock), and their historical data tables (e.g., MARDH, MBEWH, MKOLH).
Please keep in mind that the period data in these tables does not get updated every month. They are updated only if there is a stock posting affecting these tables on that particular month. As such, you will need to come up with the logic to project data for a particular month based on these tables, which should be possible using data from these tables.

Closing stock of a particular date
how to get plant wise material closing stock on any particular date. say previous months end date. I am calculating that from MSEG table with the help of MSEGINSMK and MSEGSHKZG field. (with date filtaration by joining MBLNR of MKPF table) But stock is showing different with the closing stock showing in MB5B report for that date. I don't know which BWART of MSEG table to be excluded. My email id is [email protected]
Hi,
This is a stock aging report, you can use this for reference.
Logic: Based on current stock and value from MBEW table. The latest receipt dates were taken till the qty tallies off.Rejections and reversals are considered.
The movement types considered are ('101','102','105','106','122','123','131','132','301','302','309','310','501','502','531','532','561','562','701','702').

Stock value is not getting updated in APO system From ECC automatically
Hi All,
Stock value is not getting updated in APO system From ECC automatically but if we do it manually from transaction CFM2 it will get updated.
for this we are using EXIT_SAPLCSTK_001.
I am using VL10A for delivery and VL06G for PGI
I have also checked integration model for material and stock.
Please help me out as it is very urgent.
Thanks,
Gaurav Mittal
Edited by: GAURAV MITTAL on Feb 6, 2008 6:09 PMHi,
for transferring the stock data from R/3 to APO automatically, you need to have the integration model for material and stock activated.
please check the same.
if this does not help, let me know in detail the steps which you are following..

Changes in stock value of the material even after closing period
The client closes the accounts every month end. Say they close the books of accounts for the month of Jan07 on 31st Jan 2007. After closing the account they are running MC.9 to know the stock value of different plants for the previous month. i.e. for the month of Jan07. But every day when the client runs the MC.9 they found some differences in the stock price & quantity.
For better understanding, consider they close the period on 31st Jan. When they run the MC.9 on 2nd Feb it shows the value say 100$ and qty of 100. When we run the same report on 4th Feb the value got changed to say 98$ and qty remain same. Again when we run on 6th Feb the value is changed again to say 102$ and stock is 100.
We checked the MB51 with posting date & entered date. We could not find any back posting.
What could be the reason for the variation in the stock price & qty ? Any pointers will be highly appricated.Hi Venkat,
Your previous posting talked about variation in stock value and now you are saying that there are changes in stock qty also. So the better option would be to check those material which has variation and compare them with other standard reports to get a solution. Export the list of material to an excel sheet and compare them with that of the other reports. This would help you to find the materials which has changes and you can narrow down to the root cause. Once you get the material then u can go by posting date and find the movements.
Hope this helps. Reward if u find it useful.
