Structure or field where serial number is stored, while saving delivery

Hi All
When user will create an OB delivery ...he will enter the Serial Number of the Materials and then user will hit PGI.....
before the document get saved i want all the serial numbers that user has entered....and i want to process them....those serial numbers will be in some structure/Internal table......
I am not getting those serial numbers in the userexits...may be i m skiping somthing....
Please help me on this....
Thanks in advance,
Sabu

Hi,
In program 'MV50AFZ1', use the user exit 'userexit_save_document' for this purpose.
Inside this LIKP structure will contain delivery header info and XLIPS, YLIPS etc will contain item level info like material etc..
Here if XVBUK-WBSTK = 'B'/'C' indicates PGI is happening; else it indicates just delivery is being created.
Hope this helps you !!!

Ganga

  • How/ where to  check output type while saving sales order for confirmation

    Hi All,
Could you anyone pls let me know How/ where to  check output type while saving sales order for confirmation.
Present scenario : when the Sales Order is created the Order confirmation is sent irrespective of credit block of the sales order.
Requirement : Order confirmation “ZA00” sent to the partner only for those Sales orders which does not have credit block and ZCLE sent to the partner if the order has credit block.
Now i want to know where exactly to check the output types "ZA00" and 'ZCLE' based on the credit block to send the confirmation to partener.
    Quick help highly appreciated......
    Preetham

    Hi Santosh,
Thanks for the info. But here in this case I have to send the confiramation based on credit limit check. If credit limit check exceeds "ZCLE' should go as confirmation else 'ZA00' should go as confirmation.
Where can we check the credit limit whether it exceeded or not. My doubt is whether it is config issue or do we need to write code user exit or routine to send the specific output type for confirmation.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • How can a CVI module access the UUT serial number already stored in TestStand?

I'm using the parallel model and I need to program each of my UUT's EEPROM with its serial number. I know that
TestStand has the serial number and I've gathered from the Developer exchange that it is stored in RunState.Caller.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber, but how does my CVI module access it? Can it be passed to the module, if so, how? or what is the exact form of the TestStand API function that can be used to access the serial number. Thank-you for any suggestions.

    Hi lynx,
if you have a look at the way in which the parallel and batch process models work, they're a two stage process model, i.e. the process model sequence your (main) sequence sees is called by an another process model. In this case, RunState.Caller on it's own only takes you up one level, but RunState.Caller.RunState.Caller will take you to the top level process model. When dealing with multi-UUT models, it depends on which serial number you're after (parallel serial numbers are stored in the TestUUTs model entry point->Locals.ModelData.TestSockets[0].UUT.SerialNumber
where the [0] signifies the testsocket you're looking at (i.e. if it's the third testsocket, use [2].)
batch serial numbers are stored in the same place, with the addition of the BatchSerialNumber (i.e. TestUUTs model entry point->Locals.ModelData.TestSockets[0].UUT.BatchSerialNumber, however there is also a BatchSerialNumber in TestUUTs model entry point->Locals.ModelData.BatchSerialNumber which is the same as the above one.
You can always use the RunState.Root to get to the main calling process model, and in the case of the parallel and batch process models, the serial numbers are passed down from the top level execution entry point anyway into RunState.Root.Parameters.ModelData.TestSockets[0].UUT.SerialNumber
(otherwise, if you're very buried in sequences, i.e. your mainsequence calls another which calls another etc etc, your call gets longer and longer - in cases like this I tend to use a Parameter, and pass the serial number down through the levels)
If you want the data as if it came from the top level, since the LabVIEW adapter needs to see the data in a particular place, you can also use
    RunState.Root.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber.
The quickest way I've found to find stuff is to create a new sequence file with just a label step in it. Set the sequence file to use the appropriate process model you're interested in, and set the label step to a breakpoint. You can then look at the context tab once you've set the sequence running from your desired execution entry point, and browse away.
There's some great documentation in \Components\NI\Models\TestStandModels\TestStandProcessModels.PDF
explaining how the process models actually work.
A word of warning though - if you decide to change the serial numbers on the fly (one particular case is if you needed a bar code serial number which included information on failures for example), because the serial number is available in several places, you need to check where the report generation is picking up it's serial number information from.
    Hope that helps

    Hi Experts.,
Thanks for all of you for responding my questions.
    I found my question resloved.
Actually, in previous version, the standard program has been modified by taking access key. When the upgradation happened, it got overwrited to the previous one. So, in recent version it is not appearing.

  • Acrobat Pro asks for serial number after update while being part of CS4 package

Hello, frustrating: I installed CS4 on a new Mac as the old one wasn't fast enough anymore. I deactivated the package (Master collection) on the old one, and activated it on the new one.
Everything works fine. Then there was Adobe updater, updating Acrobat pro. No problem.
But when it launches, it asks for a serial number. And my CS 4 number doesn't work on this. Weird, it seems the Acrobat pro isn't linked to the master collection anymore ? But we did nothing
with the software, just ran the update as suggested by Adobe updater.
PLEASE HELP! as we cannot use Acrobat Pro now and we need to use it!!!
    thanks
    Maaarten

    Hi,
I suppose you have installed Creative Cloud Desktop App, or Latest Adobe Application Manager (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773).
You can also try following steps:
    Launch the product
On Trial Screen click on License this software
On Sign in Screen, click on “Not My Adobe ID” (if displayed), else click on signin (do this even if it shows a valid ID).
Sign in with your Adobe Id
    Software should now be lincensed.
Can you please share your adobeID and mail oobelib.log and amt3.log from %temp% on Windows, or /tmp in Mac, if it is still not working to [email protected]

  • No batch number appears while saving delivery

    hi all,
While creating delivery, system is throwing a message
"cannot add row without selection of batch number" and
there is no batch no in the available batch for auto selection.
Our client is unable to create delivery and subsequently
    do AR invoice.
    Additional Info:-
Items in the delivery is already batch activated- Batch ,On Release only.
Batch was also activated in general settings of Administration module.
System was not asking us to enter  batch number anywhere in the production cycle.
    Expecting your esteemed reply.
    Jeyakanthan

    Jeyakanthan,
I believe you have Batch management set in the Item Master but it is on Realase only.
You can create Batch numbers for already received items. See help file extract below
In addition, you can enter batches for the received items if you did not do so while generating marketing and stock entry documents. However, this is only possible if your company allows the receipt of items to stock without a batch number.
To use this function, choose Inventory > Item Management > Batches > Batch Management.
In Operation..Select Complete – to create batches for the received items
Enter a range of item codes, for which you want to create or update batches.
Click Ok and create the necessary batches

  • Issue with field data type NUMBER(22,5) while updating field data.

    Hi,
I have a field with data type NUMBER(22,5).
While inserting or updating field data it should take 17 digit and after decimal point 5 digit total 22 digit.
I set 22 for maximumLength property of messageTextInput field.
While updating field I am getting following problems,
    1) I provide the value as 1234567890123456789012 (22 digit) and click apply button.
then I got error message as
    Error
    मैकेनाइजड दो पहिया/तीन पहिया वाहन - Value 1234567890123460000000 exceeds the maximum allowed value (NUMERIC (22, 5))
2)then I insert 12345678901234567.1234 (17 digit before decimal point and 4 digit after decimal point and it didn't accept 5 digit after decimal point) and click apply button.
It insert the value as 12345678901234600 (value changed after Apply)
The I tried with simple SQL insert statement to insert data and it successfully insert 12345678901234567.12345 value.
Any item property I missed here to set?
    Please suggest.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Sagarika

    hi
    according to
" then I insert 12345678901234567.1234 (17 digit before decimal point and 4 digit after decimal point and it didn't accept 5 digit after decimal point) and click apply button.
It insert the value as 12345678901234600 (value changed after Apply)"
this statement ,it seems that it is definitely applying round or somthing like that function in the code before inserting value in the table("try with select round(12345678901234567.1234 ) from dual u will get the same result = 123456789012345600 ") ,
bcz u r able to insert the same directely into the table using insert statement so kindely have look on the code if something like this is not happening there.try to check code in related EOimpl class
try to to use debugging mode ,and the 23 char problem is related to maximum lenghth of text box make it 23 it will get resolved and u will be able to enter 17 digits with 5 digits after decimal point

  • Table for storing serial number data assigned to material in delivery doc.

    Hi All,
Kindly tell me the table name in which the serial numbers assigned to the material in the delivery document are stored.
I have seen VBPM table, but it is not been updated.
    regards
    Ravi

    Hi
There is no particular table wherin the serial number is stored for a material. A Ztable has to be created for the serial number to flow from the delivery.
For a combination of material and serial number, there exists an equipment number. Go to IQ03 and enter the serial number and get the equpment number details. Go to table EQUI and enter the equipment number to get the serial number (SERNR field).
Award points if the above info helps.

  • Where do I find my serial number for Shake

I'm upgrading from OSX 4 to OSX 5 and have misplaced my Shake license key. Is there a way I can launch Shake and check my license key within the application in the event I should have to reinstall the application under OSX 5?

Welcome to the discussions, Mr Z.
Do yourself a favor and until you locate your serial number, make a copy of /Library/Application Support/ProApps/Shake System ID and keep it safe somewhere off system. That's where your (encrypted) serial number is stored.

  • How to remove serial number from a PC?

    Hello,
I had previously activated some NI products on a PC using my serial number. Now, I'm transferring ownership of the PC to someone else, so I've deactivated the products. However, the serial number is still recorded somewhere in the PC: In the NI License Manager, when I select Activate -> Use a Web browser... it auto-fills the fields with my serial number.
How do I wipe this serial number from the PC?
    Thanks!

@uday: Yes, there are no more traces of the license files. I have NI License Manager 3.7. (But even though the license files are gone, my serial number remains)
@RavensFan: Because this is a brand new PC which forms part of a product I developed for a customer. I activated the Development versions of LabVIEW and TestStand for debugging purposes, just like this guy 5 years ago. Now I want to ship the system to the customer with LabVIEW RTE and the TestStand Base Deployment License in place, without undoing and redoing the work I've done on it.
Well, suppose I completely uninstall all NI software. I get the impression that if my customer decides to install their own copy of NI software on this PC, the first thing they'll see in the activation wizard is my serial number, which is stored somewhere in the PC. I'd like to find out where the serial number is stored, so that I can wipe it.

  • How to find table / field where condition records are saved?

    Hi,
We want Sales Order Rate ( Condition type ZR00 calculated with backward pricing ), as a column in a Z report.
I am not able to find out the table / field where system saves condition records for this condition type. I can only see structure.
Please help to trace down the field where this data is stored.
    Regards
    Trupti

    Hi Vishal,
KNUM is the internal number under which system saves the conditions that apply to a Sales Order.
So first to derive this KNUM from sales order we use Table VBAK
AFter this we use this KNUM and the condition type in table KONV to get the value for that perticular condition type.
    Please check following.
SE16> VBAK> enter any sales order in field VBELN and note down number in field KNUM.
SE16 --> KONV --> enter this KNUM and the condition type --> you would receive condition record value for this condition type, for that sales order.
KNUMH is a similar field in the table A503( in our case), but we also wanted link of the sales order to this record.
    Thanks for your help anyways!!
    points provided.

  • Serial Number Stock Check at the time of Delivery

    Experts,
    Process:
Sales Order PR(Purchase Order) GR( New Serial Numbers are created automatically or manually keyed in)
Once the Goods Receipt is received, we do the (SO) DELIVERYu2014SERIAL NUMBER ASSIGNMENT Post Goods Issue
    Issue:
Current Serial Number Profile Management does not do a valid serial number check during DELIVERY CREATION where we do a SERIAL NUMBER ASSIGNMENT.
Only during POST GOODS ISSUE, the check happens for valid serial numbers; this is too late in the game for business as there is a time lag of 3 days from the DELIVERY CREATION and PGI.
Reason being--- We donu2019t check the following u201C Existing Stock Checku201D( which does a serial number validation during delivery creation as well)
SPRO>Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Technical Objects>Serial Number Management>Define Serial Number Profiles
If we check this option, the business requirement to do a valid serial number check does happen during delivery creation, however we cannot create new serial numbers during Purchase Order- GOODS RECEIPT.
    QUESTION:
Can we have the system check the valid serial numbers from stock during delivery creation and serial number assignment.
And Also create new serial numbers during Purchase Order- Goods Receipt.

    Hi,
Thanks for the reply.  This field is having the value the count of serial numbers entered irrespective of the valid serial numbers entered.  I created two delivery document, one with serial number which was not there in the stock and the other with a valid serial number.  For both the delivery document LIPS-ANZSN gives the count of serial number which I have entered.
Please let me know how can I move further.
    Rgds,
    Gopali
